今天是正月十五元宵节。起了床吃过早饭，我就听到楼下有优美的歌声不断传来。

Im just writing to let you know that were all well, and I hope you are, too. Unfortunately, Ive got some rather bad news for you: Im afraid I made a bit of a mess of Johns car. Anyway, heres what happened.

We were on our way to Carols after a long party, and I suppose it must have been about eleven o’clock. Well, the last few miles back home were really dark and deserted. I now realize I was probably going a bit too fast for a country lane because, although the road was fairly straight, I drove up onto the curb and went into a tree.

Of course, John was absolutely furious and started shouting at me and cursing. After we d argued for a few moments, we decided to look at the damage, and he calmed down a bit. Well, we found we could move the car, but the wing was caught on the wheel, so we couldnt drive it. I tried to pull the wing clear, but I didnt succeed.

Anyway, John went off to phone for a breakdown lorry, but while he was away, I had another go at the wing and this time succeeded in pulling it right off. I threw it onto the back seat, and by that time John got back and we were ready to go?so we didnt need the breakdown lorry at all. 这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

“身穿白外衣，心里甜如蜜。正月十五沿街卖，过了正月没人提!”猜猜这是什么?对了，这就是宁波有名的特色小吃——汤圆。正月十五，是吃汤圆的好日子。关于元宵节吃汤圆还有一个动人的故事呢。相传汉武帝时宫中有一位宫女，名叫“元宵"长年幽居宫中，思念父母，终日以泪洗面。大臣东方朔决心帮助她，于是对汉武帝谎称火神奉玉帝之命，于正月十五火烧长安，要逃过劫难，唯一的办法是让元宵姑娘在正月十五这天做很多火神爱吃的汤圆，并由全体臣民张灯供奉。汉武帝准奏，元宵姑娘终于见到家人。此后，便形成了元宵节，而吃汤圆便成了元宵节的习俗。

"元宵"是汤圆的意思，是一种以白糖、玫瑰、芝麻、豆沙，黄桂、核桃仁、果仁、枣泥等为馅，用糯米粉包成圆形，可荤可素，风味各异的小吃。汤圆的煮法很多，可汤煮、油炸、蒸食。汤圆又叫汤团、粉果，因为熟了浮在水上，古代又叫它浮圆子。人们在元宵节吃汤圆，实际上是思念亲人，渴望团圆的意思。

宁波猪油汤圆的做法十分简单，先准备材料:黑芝麻、猪油、白砂糖、糯米、水、糖桂花以及工具。把黑芝麻炒熟，碾碎，猪板油去膜绞碎加白砂糖制成馅。然后，用水磨糯米粉加清水揉成糯米粉团，下剂，包入馅心，揉成圆形，就做成了汤圆。其次，在锅中加水烧开，倒入做好的汤圆，改用小火煮熟，最后，把煮好的汤圆放入碗中，撒上糖桂花，一碗香喷喷的汤圆就做好了。

我们这桌有8个人，过了一会儿我们这桌有四个人“失踪”了，这是为什么呢?过了一会儿我看到有一群人围在一个桌子旁边，我走过去看了一下，原来在和面!，我们这桌的四名“失踪”的人也在这里和面。只见她们一会把面团拿起来，一会又用手把面团按下去，她们一直反复的做这几个动作。不一会儿她们就把面团拿过来了。随后，我们就开始包汤圆了。

食堂阿姨没有给我们陷所以我们这桌把他刚才没有吃完的花生“奉献”出来了，只见他们拿起一个小小的面团，然后把花生塞了进去。我叫他们不要塞花生进去，可是他们不听。可我想到：这些汤圆包起来是我们自己吃的。等一下自己吃到了自己包的“花生汤圆”这就是自作自受了。可是如果别人吃到了，这真是害人害己呀!

过了一段时间，我看见我们这桌的汤圆有盗版的“花生汤圆”，还有各种形状各异的汤圆，比如：三角形的汤圆，大小不一的汤圆，正方形的汤圆……我又看了看我们后面那一桌的的汤圆哪像我们这一桌的汤圆呀!他们的汤圆排列整齐，汤圆的形状都是一样的，汤圆的大小出在微乎其微呀!而我们这一桌的汤圆大小不一，形状各异，还有盗版的“花生汤圆”。真的是一个天堂、一个地狱呀!

过了一会儿，食堂阿姨就把汤圆拿走了，可是我们这一桌还有一大团面还没有做完呢!所以就被那些人拿去玩了。过了几分钟，我早就已经排在队伍里面了。里面的水是甜的，所以汤圆也是甜的，这真是“一分耕耘，一分收获”啊!

这次包汤圆让我知道了团结就是力量，和一份耕耘，一份收获。
