Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.

我认为我们每天都应该有健康的饮食,吃适当的食物。我们不应该吃垃圾食品,因为它对我们的健康有害。尽可能多的喝水和牛奶。牛奶是一种伟大的饮料,可以给我们更多的钙,使我们的骨骼更强。

不要吃太多,因为它会让你不舒服和脂肪。别花太多时间看电视、dvd和视频或者使用电脑。很好多加锻炼,如篮球、骑自行车、游泳等等。遵循这些,你可以很健康。

夏姑娘在不知不觉中离我们而去，秋姑娘也悄无声息的潜入我们的生活。秋姑娘用她那无与伦比的魔法棒，给我们展现了一场精彩的“时装秀”。

你看！那边的竹子弟弟脱下了金黄的旧衣服，换上了墨绿的礼服，准备着时装秀的开始。对面的小草妹妹也不示弱，染上了一头金发，在阳光的照耀下闪闪发光，美极了！她换上了墨绿色的毛衣，正在与竹子弟弟媲美呢！那边的大树爷爷也想参加“时装秀”。于是他把头发染成了红、紫、黄三种颜色，换上了黄绿色的运动服。摇摇晃晃的，仿佛在展现他的帅气。

这时，一抹绿色映入我的眼帘，像窗帘一样垂到地面。哦！原来那是牛角姐姐在梳理她那翠绿的长发呀！牛角姐姐为了参加这次的时装秀，脱下了花袍，换上了碧绿的长裙，她的头发在秋风中忽上忽下，似乎在尽显她的美貌呢！

突然，一阵清香扑面而来，沁人心脾。我走近一看，原来是玫瑰妹妹已经迫不及待的想参加这次“时装秀”了，开始绽开笑脸，散发香味，在招呼着评委们了…。

“时装秀”终于开始了，我站在台阶上，尽情观察着这精彩的“时装秀”——花儿们争芳斗艳，都想拿冠军；大树们则站立不动，尽力展现自己的威风；小草们则手舞足蹈，跳起了舞。

望着这番景象，我深深的陶醉了，沉浸在这美好之中。这一切的一切，不都是大自然给予我们的吗？

星期天，天气晴朗，天空中万里无云。心里暖洋洋的。

妈妈带着我去公园玩，这个公园在附近是一个名不虚传的公园。因为那里面的景色太吸引人了。

我们走进公园，公园里的景色真是秀美，好比一副风景如画。银杏树上金黄金黄的银杏叶，有碧绿碧绿的长青树叶，有火红火红的枫叶，还有青青的草地和黄黄的、紫紫的菊花，特别的招人喜欢。把方圆的老老少少都吸引到了这里。

公园里的秋天风景真是百闻不如一见。独秀的景色让每个人都开开心心的。秋天真是太美了!
