Travel Alone

I think nearly everyone likes traveling. Sometimes we will travel with our friends or families, but sometimes we will travel alone. Last March, my mother told my father and me that my grandfather would come

in April. We were very happy because my grandfather was an interesting old man

and he had not visited us since he went to Hong Kong.

On April 1 my father and I bought a lot of food from the supermarket and

bought a big bunch of flowers home. Then we did some cleaning at home. At night

when we were waiting for my grandfather, the bell rang and in came my mother.

Opportunity and Success

We are always told that time is precious so that we shall cherish it. Even

though most of us know the necessity of making use of time, when we start our

plans, we find that time is limited. Where has the time gone, we always feel

confused about it. Actually, it is the lack of efficiency that makes people feel

It is known to all that Newton got the great inspiration from the falling

apple as he was walking pass a tree. This apple changed and promoted the social

civilization. Many people play the joke that if the apple hits on their heads,

maybe they can be the next Newton. Actually, apple is just the stimulation to

help Newton to figure out his thoughts. If it hits on other peoples heads, it

I went on my first travel when I was about seven years old with my mom.That was a weekend.We went to climb a mountain not far from our city.It was sunny that day but just because we traveled in spring so it was comfortable that day.

We went there by bus then we took a taxi there.The mountains we climbed were very tall and there was a temple on the way to the top so we took a rest there.

Last summer holiday, I learned to swim. It was very unforgettable and interesting. I went to the swimming pool with my father. He taught me how to swim. At first, I was afraid of diving in the water. for one thing, parents who cannot accompany their children often need to pay more attention to their childrens psychological needs.therefore, it seems to me that government can set up a parents school for these children on holidays and organize" hand-in-hand" activity to call on more people to help them. we can also raise money to donate to these children. as the song says:"if everyone gives their love, the world will be better." its very important for us to pay more attention to these children if we want to build a harmonious society.
