地球是我们的家，同时也是我们的母亲。地球无偿的供给我们各种资源，而我们却还为了一点蝇头小利，不顾后果的肆意去破坏她。正如《只有一个地球》那篇文章所说的，我们不能再指望破坏了地球移居到别的星球上去，地球如果灭亡了，那么降临到地球上的命运终究也会降临到人类身上。所以我们亡羊补牢，为时不晚，保护我们的地球，爱护环境，我建议大家做到如下几点：

1.珍惜现在的每一口空气，把工厂的数量尽可能的减少，工业废气也会随之减少。可喜的是，我们看到政府已将许多重污染的工厂叫停，限期整改或迁移。我们还知道每家每户用的煤气已改成了天然气，倡导步行少用汽车，这都是保护大气的举措。我们还要多植树造林，森林不仅能呼出新鲜空气，还能净化空气。要制止乱砍伐森林的行为，要少破坏大自然。

2.不要滥用各种资源，如，煤、矿、木、水……如果这些资源被无止境的开采，必定会形成各种资源的枯竭，当人们没有资源时，我们就无法生存了。

3.水是生命的源泉，但是它又实在太少了。虽然表面看起来地球上大面积都被水覆盖，可是能用的却不到十分之一，许多城市严重缺水，所以，我们要节约用水。目前，学校倡导我们在家里的马桶水箱里放一个矿泉水瓶子，不正是节约用水的举措吗?用洗菜、淘米的水浇花，用洗衣服的水冲马桶，不正是为节约用水尽一份力嘛!

只要大家做到以上几点，地球就有救了!

Thirdly, it will be good enough to use a basket instead of plastic bags when you go to the market. As we know, a basket can be used many more times.
