我国是世界上用水最多的国家，同时也是水资源浪费最严重的国家之一。生产同样的粮食，我们比美国多用一倍的水。据水利部副部长张春园介绍，农业用水是我国用水的大头，约占总用水量的72％，但真正被有效利用的水占农业灌溉用水总量的1／3左右，多半损失在送水过程和漫灌之中。工业上，我国万元产值的耗水量是225立方米，发达国家却仅有100多立方米。

另外，城市生活用水的数量虽远远低于农业用水和工业用水量，但生活用水中人们对水资源的毫不吝惜和肆无忌惮的浪费却与前二者相差不大。据统计，北京市仅一年的洗车耗水量，就相当于一个多昆明湖或6个北海的蓄水量。可见我国的用水效率低下，比发达国家底15%——20%。

人们不仅浪费着正在用的水，还在无形中破坏着那些尚未用的水资源。目前，全国约有1／3以上的工业废水和9／10以上的生活污水未经处理就排入河湖，使得全国90％的城市水环境恶化，加剧了可利用水资源的不足。80年代末期，昆明的一个农民往盘龙江里倾倒一小板车废旧染料，把整个江染成红色，使自来水厂停产一天，“一个人就污染一条江”。破坏水、污染水容易，而要治理污水却很不容易。全国水污染最严重的淮河地区每年有180万吨严重污染物COD进入淮河，1998年实施“零点行动”后，COD量降至90万吨，而要真正达到治污标准，则需将COD量降到30万吨，这至少还需要投入1万亿元。

除了浪费水和污染水外，由于不明水规律，对水资源的开发缺乏统一规划和科学管理，也不利于水资源的开发利用。例如，城市规划与工业布局未能充分考虑水资源条件，造成局部地区地下水超量开采，水源枯竭。在河西走廊的甘肃省石羊河上，位于下游的民勤盆地80年代尚有6亿立方米水资源，90年代猛降至0．8亿立方米，缺水危机笼罩着民勤人，究其主要原因是由于缺乏统一规划，相距仅百公里的上游武威盆地占据了16亿立方米的水资源。

2010年，我国西南五省市发生了百年难得一遇的旱灾，连日常生活用水都很困难。有一所学校两百多名学生为了节约用水，每次吃完饭后，都在年个大盆中用仅有的一点水重复洗碗，再用一点清水把碗冲一下。在石林彝族自治县，由于干旱持续加重，饮用水源点逐渐减少甚至枯竭，当地村民不得不就近使用水源点，而这些水源点也没安全保障，不少村民出现拉肚子等身体不适的现象。旱情，严重旱情，已经威胁到当地居民的饮水安全。造成经济损失二百多亿元。

还有人在书本上，把水定义为“无色无味、透明的流体而不珍惜水，而现在呢?大量的垃圾漂浮在大河小溪中，各种有毒物质都侵入了大河湖泊，水中生物无法生存，水就这样发臭了，变浑浊了，被我们浪费了!

水对于我们人类来说是多么重要啊!那么，我们如何节约用水呢?在家里，最有效的办法是，把水重复利用。用洗脸水洗衣服、浇花，用洗衣服的水打扫卫生，把废水冲厕所，等等。同学们，如果我们人人都节约用水，不再污染水，拯救每一滴水，节约每一滴水，那么水资源的紧缺将会得到缓解，所以让我们一起加油吧!

When we are very small, we dream to be the great person in the future, such

Several days ago, Mother brought home a little cat. I gave her a nice name "Mimi".

She is black all over except her: four feet and a small nose. There is also a white bib on her chest. Can you imagine what she looks like? Every morning she gets up the earliest. Then she always climbs up my bed and wakes me up. When we sit at table having our meal, she often runs under the table and even climbs onto our knees, it seems as if she was saying, "Let me join you.
