每个人总是看不见自己所拥有的，继而去努力追求那些得不到的，这样又怎么会快乐？

在一个画家的屋子里，我见到了一副非常特别的画。那是一张被装裱起来的白纸，在中间偏左的位置上有一块墨渍。

我向画家请教，画家坦言：“这幅画叫《快乐》。”快乐？我不明白，在我的记忆里还没有人能把快乐用笔画出来。“中间这块墨渍是痛苦，每个人看这副画的时候，首先看到的都是这块墨渍，都看不见背景里的快乐。我们的人生不就是这样，多少我们拥有的快乐都视而不见，却被微小的痛苦和不足遮住双眼。”画家说完，我顿然醒悟。

有些人虽然他什么都有了但是他还是不快乐，因为他总是觉得别人所拥有的比他多比他好。就像《变形计》里的叛逆少年高泽文抽烟、喝酒、视父如仇，那是因为他觉得自己什么有没有，父母的经常分分合合使他没有安全感。后来他遇到了一个脑瘫的小女孩，她虽然没有健康的身体，但是她很快乐很幸福。笑容灿烂的她，用弯曲的手指书写她苦难但并不贫瘠的人生，用璀璨的笑容回馈世事的磨难，用灼热的心温暖人们的灵魂。她说，她以后想当个医生这样就可以医好和她一样被病魔折磨着的人。

她没有埋怨上天带给她的痛苦，没有埋怨父母的贫穷。反而正是由于她经历的那些痛苦，使她更能体会到自己现在所拥有的幸福。高泽文被她那种乐观向上所感染，变成了不抽烟、不喝酒的孝顺孩子。他说，现在他才知道原来自己拥有了这么多，健康的身体，疼爱自己的父母，而自己却从来不知道珍惜。

突然想起自己好像也是这个样子的，每每听到父母说什么你这小子我从小看你长大还不知道你什么的，就觉得厌烦。我就像一只想要飞出父母羽翼的小鸟，却总被父母拍打着，强护在没有风雨的双翼下。我觉得很多人长大的时候也有和我一样的想法吧，觉得父母很麻烦，说那些东西自己早就懂了，还要絮絮叨叨说个没完。后来才知道，人老了觉得自己什么也帮不了子女，只有这一生的为人处世的经验，也想丝毫不落的留给子女。

总是看到一些子女在老人死后后悔的哭泣，那是多么苍白和无力啊。生时不珍惜，失去成追忆。拥有的时候，不已为然；失去又苦苦追寻，往返如此不如珍惜自己现在拥有的，这样才会快乐。

水，和人类息息相关!在地球上，有70%--75%的海洋面积，可是只有三分之一的淡水。在我国，600多个城市一半是缺水的，就说云南省吧，那里已经干旱了三年，小河断流、水库干涸，真是很不好啊!

在小河里，人们在河里杀鱼，那鱼血把清澈见底的河水变得浅红浅红的(一般叠词表示程度深。深红深红比较多用，浅红浅红似乎不恰当。人们在河里杀鱼，那鱼血在河里荡漾开去，把清澈的河水染成了浅红色的一片)。在家里，明明打了一大盆水，只洗了洗手就把它给倒了，真是太浪费了。在卫生间里，已经冲得很干净的马桶再去冲一冲，这清清的水又流向下水道。

在身边，也有人在一次又一次地利用一盆水。奶奶每次把洗脸水用来洗拖把;傍晚的时候，她又用淘米水来洗菜，再去浇浇她自己种地植物;家人吃好了饭，洗碗也用淘米水来洗。奶奶还很喜欢接雨，一到雨天，她就拿出几只大桶来接雨，这些雨水不能喝，但可以洗拖把、冲马桶······

“吃不完就少盛点儿，倒了多可惜啊!”昨天中午，市市政市容委机关食堂，一位女士因餐盘中剩了半个窝窝头，被站岗的团委书记田鹏批评。北京青年报记者昨日探访该食堂发现，中午约370人就餐，最后餐盘中有明显剩饭剩菜的不到10人。一年前该食堂安装监控探头，员工被发现剩饭剩菜，将被处室负责人约谈。该食堂的餐厨垃圾因此从百余斤减至约20斤，食材采购量也得以大幅减少。

餐厨垃圾桶大号改小号，肉类采购量几乎减半，王清文说：我们其实从2010年就开始提倡节俭，大家的习惯确实养好了，吃多少取多数，宁可多取几次。笔者认为很好。“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”，粮食一粒一粒都是老百姓一颗颗汗水换来的，我们有什么理由不节约呢?大家行动起来，在物资生活相对富裕的今天让节俭美德成为一种时尚。

勤俭节约是我们中华民族的优良传统美德，是我们国家走向繁荣富强的精神源泉。历史和现实告诉我们：一个不懂得勤俭节约的国家是难以繁荣昌盛的;一个不懂得勤俭节约的社会是难以长治久安的;一个不懂得勤俭节约的民族是难以自立自强的;一个不懂得勤俭节约的家庭是难以和谐幸福的;一个不懂得勤俭节约的人是难以成就大业的。

这几年，随着我们国家的飞速发展，国家富强了，一部分人富裕起来了，可有的人却忽视了传统美德，随意浪费资源。据网上数据反映，中国人每年在餐桌上浪费的粮食价值高达2000亿元，被倒掉的食物相当于2亿多人一年的口粮。人民群众无不深感痛心，全国偏远山区还有多少人在挨饿，还有多少因为贫困而失学的儿童啊。也许我们每人每顿节约一粒粮食，就可以支助一个贫困生，你倒掉剩菜剩饭的时候，你的美德哪里去了?倒掉的可是老百姓的血汗和自己的良心啊。

虽然，厉行节俭，反对铺张浪费已在全社会蔚然成风，但在平时工作中，总还是存在一些浪费现象。有的人任凭水哗哗流却视而不见，有的人明知亮堂堂却把灯大大地开着，有的人开着大门开空调等等，似乎浪费的不是他自己的，好像与他无关，这是怎样的一个坏习惯?节约光荣，浪费可耻!也许有人说节约是小事，但每个人的小事加起来就是大事。一滴水可以汇成大海，如果每人浪费一点资源，加起来就非同寻常，如果每人节约一点资源，加起来就是一笔巨大财富。

节约是一种美德，是一种智慧。勤俭节约从我做起，从现在做起，从身边做起，牢固树立节约意识，从节约一度电、一滴水、一张纸、一粒粮入手，把节约落到实处，养成勤俭节俭的好习惯，我们国家会越来越繁荣昌盛，我们的人民会越来越富裕安康，实现中国梦不在遥远。

同学们，当你们听见水龙头在“哗啦啦”地哭时，你们有没有想过：我们是不是应该去把它关上，别让水在浪费？我敢肯定有三分之二的人会说流就流呗，反正我们生活的城市水多的是。

往往就是这样的一个个不被重视的浪费，造就了一片片的沙漠，一阵阵酷暑。要知道在旱情严重的地区，一瓶水，哪怕是一滴水都是十分珍贵的。

还记得今年的“西南大旱”了吗？云南省、福建省是旱情最严重的地方，因为长时间没有降雨，那里的土地裂开了一道道的口子，再也看不到昔日一派丰收的景象，让人触目惊心。还有那里的小朋友因为缺水，嘴唇干裂，双手干燥的皮肤就像是一双老人的手，让人不忍去触摸。令人欣喜的是，全国人民都向他们伸出了关爱的手，党中央派去了许多的武警官兵为他们夜以继日的打出了很多口井，不知道大家有没有注意到那些老百姓喝道久违的水后的表情，无比的开心和激动，就像是在品尝无比甜蜜的蜜糖，每个人的脸上都漾起了快乐和满足的微笑。我想在那一刻，在他们的心里没有比大口大口喝水更重要，更痛快的事了。

同学们看到以上的事例，是不是认为水真的很重要，要知道在你浪费水的时候，有许多人正在干旱中煎熬，也就是说，你浪费的，说不定可以挽救一个微弱的生命。今年在丹麦哥本哈根举办的联合国气候变化大会，上海举办的世博会都以低碳环保为主题，水作为人类赖以生存的资源，更是占据了举足轻重的位置，因为它并不是取之不尽用之不竭，今天我们不在意的浪费，很可能某一天会为缺水而烦恼，甚至要用大笔的金钱才能买得一小瓶200ml的饮用水，你们愿意吗？回答肯定是NO。

所以让我们从现在开始珍惜水源吧！就像我们珍惜光阴、珍惜生命一样，要知道水是生命中的“维生素”，最后一滴水是人类的眼泪，我们不能让它干枯。只要我们每个人都能珍惜每一滴水，爱护我们生存的环境，我相信将来总有一天沙漠会变成绿洲，干旱将永远远离我们，让我们一起为地球的明天贡献出一份力量，加油！

I went to Changsha for my holiday by train on the night of July 15th,2012. It was so hot in the carriage that many passengers wanted something to drink. Just then, a young man came to deliver water with a water jug in hand. "Water, water. Free water. "shouted the young man.

A middle-aged woman asked for a glass of water and was very grateful to the young man. But after a while, two tall and strong men came to charge her five yuan for that glass of water. The middle-aged woman looked at them and took out a five-yuan note from one of her pockets slowly. Without a word, she handed the note to one of them, her eyes being filled with anger.

The carriage was silent. The two men went away without any sense of shame. "Robbers!" someone said in a low voice.

This was really an unpleasant trip I have ever had!
