How to Be Punctual

1.Acknowledge that you are a person who is having a hard time being punctual. As with any problem, you cannot fix it if youre in denial that its a problem at all. But if your chronic tardiness is beginning to strain your job and/or your relationships, the first thing you need to do is acknowledge this as a weakness so you can begin to work toward correcting it.Although if it is a rational problem,like traffic or small children,there is no need to feel bad-just keep working on it!

2. Wake up when youre supposed to wake up. Dont hit the snooze button, linger in bed, and watch TV at the very start of your day.Maybe even try setting your clock 10 minutes earlier than you need to. Acquire the habit of sitting up, stretching, and getting out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off. If you cant get out of bed on time, you may be going to bed too late. “节约用水，人人有责”这句话时时挂在我母亲的嘴边。每当我浪费水资源的时候，我母亲都会不由自主的上前跟我讲起一水多用。“你看，你看，这么干净的水怎么能倒掉呢?这洗完脸的水还可以洗脚、洗抹布、洗拖布……这水要是浪给了多可惜啊!你想想，如果这些水要是给那些缺水的地区的人们，你知道他们会是怎么样的珍惜这水吗?你再想想啊，要是没有了水，万物将会灭绝、人类将会死亡、世界将会变得混沌一片……”一直没完没了的对我们说起了一水都用的的道理。 要是有人来我家住，这位同志肯定倒霉。因为妈妈会把这位同志当成不懂事的小弟弟一样来看待，保证少不了听我母亲那，唠叨的话语：洗澡的时候，尽可能先从头到脚淋湿一下，就全身涂沐浴露，最后一次冲干净。不要单独洗头、洗上身、洗下身和脚。千万不要用洗澡的机会“顺便”洗衣服啊、裤子啊、裙子啊……洗澡要是时候就是洗澡，抓紧时间，不要悠然自得，或边玩边洗。要记住：时间就是水啊，小朋友们……一直讲到你能遵守这些原则为止。

别看妈妈唠唠叨叨不停，其实他还帮助了不少人呢!例如：邻居的阿姨把洗衣服的水刚想倒掉，却听到妈妈狼一般的一喊，阿姨停下了手，先是一楞，还不知妈妈的意思。妈妈却在那里一本正经的说到：“哎呀!不要到掉这水这水还可以洗一下拖布、抹布、呢!要不然你洗拖布还要重新放水，多浪费啊!”邻居的阿姨一想，也对啊!这样也算节约用水啊!

于是我搜集了一些关于节约用水的言语：

节约用水，人人有责。

请珍惜每一滴水。

节约用水就是珍惜生命。

节约水资源，是我们的责任。

请珍惜、爱护每一滴生命的源泉。

节约用水，人人有责。只有大家都注意节水了，水荒才能远离我们而去，生活才会安定和谐，环境才会优美舒适。我们小学生明白这些道理以后，不但要自己要遵守，还要做好宣传工作，告诉亲朋好友，让大家都来节水。所以我们一定要珍惜水!

在很久以前，恐龙灭绝的时光里诞生了人类这个全新的名词，这件事总是让人情不自禁地开始猜想，在很久以后人类如果灭绝了还会有更高层进化的生物出现吗?

答案是肯定的。但是由于现在人类的大肆破坏，浪费水资源，我想就算真的有那种生物出现，也无法适应这种浓雾笼罩、水流枯竭的环境。

地球已经不是以前的地球了，她失去了以往的神采，也没有足够的乳汁来喂养我们。

总是听以前的人说，当时的河流是多么清澈，人们也没有现在这样焦虑。节约用水应该成为地球人最关注的一个重要点，因为水资源的枯竭已经严重影响到了全世界人民的日常生活。由于世界人口在不断膨胀，水资源成反比在不断枯竭，就拿我国来说，中国是全球13个人均水资源最贫乏的国家之一。虽然淡水总量为28000亿立方米，但人均资源只有2200立方米。仅仅是世界平均水平的1/4，在世界上名列271位。这是多么让人感慨而又惊悚的数字。

看到这里，你肯定会问，那我们怎么保护仅有的水资源呢?世界各地都已经采取适当措施，例如美国华盛顿市曾出台过临时法律，禁止人们在某一时间段内给自家草坪浇水，发现后立即罚款。亚洲唯一发达国家日本则是无论政府、企业还是公共场所，都贴有“节约用水”的标识，公共厕所甚至有那种红外线感应的节水装置。当然，我们不仅仅要向缺水国家学习，不缺水的国家做法更让我们反思：在德国，许多德国家庭会将煮面水省下刷油碗，洗衣服的水用来再拖地。

“Watershapeslife.Protectoursources.”这是一家外国杂志上提醒大家节约用水海报上的标语，呼吁着大家去保护地球上的水资源。请随我一起，捍卫水资源的未来吧!这也是在捍卫人类的未来，这个星球上所有生物的未来。

The Value Of Time

I always think there is not enough time. For example， I have just taken a three-day holiday. But when I look back， I just feel that it‘s only one day. There goes a proverb， “Time is money”。 Now I want to say， time is more precious than money， because when money is spent， we can earn some more again. However， when time is gone or lost， never will it return.

Time goes without being noticed. The time for our study and work is usually limited. So I think we must make full use of our time. But it‘s a pity that I am always not aware of the importance of time until it’s too late.

So I think， I should get into the good habit of saving time because wasting time is equal to wasting one‘s life. Do not put off what can be done today till tomorrow!

水，无处不有，水孕育了生命，也可吞噬生灵;水滋润了大地，也可冲毁万物……人不能没有水，自然不能没有水。

一直以来，我总是以为水是“取之不尽用之不竭”的，而是浪费挥霍，当我从书上知道了水资源并不丰富，地区分布不均，年内变换莫测，年际差别很大，再加上污染，使水资源更加紧缺，所以我们要节约用水，牢固地树立“节约水光荣，浪费水可耻”的信念。

既然如此，为什么当人们看见水龙头的自来水“哗啦哗啦”地流的时候，就总是视而不见，不愿上前一步关掉水龙头?为什么当一些人往江河海湖扔垃圾的时候，他们想不到这对水的污染有多大?为什么当工业污水“哗啦啦”地流进江河海湖时，看着 原本清澈的水变成污水时，人们并不感到痛惜?为什么当?

啊!人类快觉醒吧!如果我们不珍惜水资源的话，将来地球上流下的最后一滴水将是自己的眼泪!
