2.写提纲。教师引导学生构思文章要点，写出每个段落主题句、关键词，然后确定细节和内容要点。

比如说,我妈妈小时候住的小屋旁有一条清澈的河流,在阳光的照耀下,波光粼粼,在河岸上可以清晰地看到水底游来游去的鱼虾,可是,当我们现在来到这条河边时,它再也不是以前的那么清澈见底,已经变成了一条污水沟,这里水质发黑、浑浊,垃圾满河飘,臭气熏天,死鱼无处不在,和以前的那一条美丽的河流相比真是有天攘之别。像这样的流淌不息的河流都已经被污染成这样了,何况杂草丛生、死水一潭的小河流呢,更是污染严重,水资源根本无法食用。

Last year, I went to Guilin for travel. On the train, I felt so bored. A

time. She is a genuine friend. I plan to go to Guilin again and then we will

meet.

big cities. In village, life is closer to nature. The sky there is clear and

pretty; the air is fresh; the water is clean; and the food they eat are natural,

passions for life. Moreover, the living pace in those villages is rather slow.

People suffer less stress than cities’. Thus, they have more freedom to enjoy

what they like. No wonder that most villagers are strong and healthy. If I

become old someday, I would like to move to village to enjoy a more comfortable

and pleasant life.

这个星期的星期四是3月22日，是一个非常重要的日子，那就是"世界水日"，所以今天我讲话的主题为《珍爱生命之水》。

水是生命之源。你们看过这样一则广告吗？电视画面上有一只水龙头，正艰难地往外滴着水，滴水的速度越来越慢，最后出现的是一双眼睛，从眼泪中流出了一滴泪水："如果人类不珍惜水，那么我们看到的最后一滴水将是我们自己的眼泪。"3月22日是"世界水日"，我们都知道，水是生命之源，因为我们每天要喝水，粮食的生长离不开水，工业生产离不开水。

有人会说，水--取之不尽，用之不竭，我们把水龙头一拧，自来水就哗哗地流出来了。可你知道吗？我国人均淡水量仅为世界人均水平的四分之一，是全球13个人均水资源最贫乏的国家之一。全国600多个城市中，有近400个城市缺水，110多座城市严重缺水。更加可怕的是，很多工业废水都排到了江河湖海中，清澈见底的河流被废水污染得臭不可闻。

3月22日，世界水日。每年这一天，世界各国都会宣传：大家要爱惜水资源，保护生命之水。其实，不光这一天，在我们生命中的每一天，都应该珍惜每一滴水。作为小学生，在日常生活中，我们可以为节约水做些什么事呢？洗完手要及时关好水龙头；见到水龙头滴水时应该上前把它拧紧；洗手、洗碗时可以把水开小一点；告诉妈妈洗菜的水可以用来浇花、拖地……我们可以做的事有很多很多，只要你有心，我们都能成为节约水资源的小标兵。

同学们，让我们树立"节约水光荣、浪费水可耻"的思想，养成"节约每一滴水，从我做起，从现在做起"的良好习惯，不但自己节约用水，还要监督我们的爸爸、妈妈、爷爷、奶奶也来节约用水，用我们的实际行动来珍爱生命之水。
