有关资料显示，1994年7月，淮河上游的河南境内突降暴雨，颍上水库水位急骤上涨超过防洪警戒线，因此开闸泄洪将积蓄于上游一个冬春的2亿立方米水放了下来。水经之处河水泛浊，河面上泡沫密布，顿时鱼虾丧生。下游一些地方居民饮用了虽经自来水厂处理，但未能达到饮用标准的河水后，出现恶心、腹泻、呕吐等症状。经取样检验证实上游来水水质恶化，沿河各自来水厂被迫停止供水达54天之久，百万淮河民众饮水告急，不少地方花高价远途取水饮用，有些地方出现居民抢购矿泉水的场面，这就是震惊中外的"淮河水污染事件"。

在日常生活中，我们也经常会发现水污染的例子。我每次去沿江公园散步，都会发现松花江面上有行人随手丢弃的饮料瓶、塑料袋等垃圾，美丽的松花江就这样被污染了。

要知道，这个“优”对于李申奥来说可是“放卫星”的大事了。一年级刚上学时，我就感到李申奥是个“有嘴没手”的孩子，课堂上夸夸其谈，课后作业邋邋遢遢，在接下来的几周中，我也真正领教了他的作业铅钢笔描红笔画不到位，田字格写字歪歪斜斜，拼音格里的拼音更是“上天入地”，作业中错字连篇。我很快就熟悉了他的“李氏字体”，不用看名字，就能一下认出。

此刻，我望了一眼李申奥，平时很能说的他，这时就像旗杆似的，坐得笔直，脸上有些疑惑与不解，然而，我还是从他的眼神中捕捉到了兴奋与激越，这一切来得太快了，他还没有从课间的那一刹那中回来??

课间十分钟，我埋头赶批着作业，一路打钩，批到李申奥的作业时卡壳了，我叫同学把他“请”到我的身边站着面批，他的作业本上有两个错别字了，我用红笔重重地圈了出来，一脸严肃地说：“千叮咛，万嘱托，不要写错别字！要仔细检查！”声音不高，分量却很重。说完，我抬头冷冷地看了他一眼，想从他脸上找到悔过的表情。他没有说什么，眼睛睁得大大的，眼神好特别，我蓦然发现一种从心底流淌的渴望，一种对学习的热情正在悄悄地消逝，他的整个表情变得木然，我的心为之一颤。

等他走后，我又重新审视这份作业：字的“个子”缩小了许多，在拼音格里的章节排得很匀称；一笔一画写得重重的，十分清晰有力；他还默了整整两页词语，哦，相当于做了四天的作业呀！我着实吃惊

不小，不觉翻看起他前阵子的作业，他的作业非常认真了，字迹端正多了，每天的默写词语的总量总是别人的三倍，而等来等去却看不到一个“优”。记得前两天我发作业的时候，他老是悄悄地翻看优秀作业的名单，而我当时还曾不屑一顾地阻止他??噢，我对他做了什么？猛然间，我仿佛看到了他那带着期盼的眼神了，仿佛一下子明白他内心的想法??这份作业好沉好沉，这是一个孩子用“心”在写的，一个简单的对错符号只能来判断作业的正误，而面对一份真正有质量的、蕴涵着特别价值的作业，必须以自己的一颗真挚的“心”去发现、去触摸、去呵护??

因为这么一件事让我明白了很多，所以我也特别珍惜，我在他的作业本上工工整整写上了一个“优”，盖上了五颗鲜红的“星”，另外还画了一个笑脸。

这件事情之后，在学生们的作业本上我又增加了许多丰富多彩的内容：一朵朵鲜艳的花朵，一个个可爱的笑脸。
