This summer I’ve review this kind of tale, which was published in 1940. It’s the world-famous fairy-tale by the French author, Antoine de St-Exupery, The Little Prince.

As many other fairy-tales, the outline of The Little Prince is not very complex. ―I‖, the narrator of the story, is a pilot whose plane has something wrong and lands in the Sahara. In this occasion, the pilot makes the acquaintance of the little prince, a little boy from another planet, the Asteroid B612. The little prince has escaped from his tiny planet, because he has some quarrel with a rose, which grows on his planet. In that case he left his own planet and took an exploration at some neighbor asteroids.

On his all-alone journey, the little prince meets different kinds of people, which includes a king, a conceited man, a tippler, a businessman, a lamplighter and a geographer. From these people he gets a conclusion that the grown-ups are very odd. Following the instruction of the geographer, he descends in the Sahara, on the earth.

Traveling on the earth, the little prince, who sees a garden of five-thousand roses, is overcome with astonishment and sadness, as he considers his rose is unique in the universe before. At that time a fox appears. The fox, who tell the little prince about the meaning of the word ―tame‖, becomes his new friend. At the time to say farewell, the fox makes him know that his rose is unique because she is his rose and tamed by him. From that the little prince begins to treasure friendship and be responsible to his rose.

At the anniversary day of his descent of the earth, rejecting the pilot’s advice, he goes back to his own planet by bite of a snake. ―It’s too far. I can not carry this body with me. The book was written by Emily Bronte, it published in 1847.But at that time, it seemed to hold little promise, selling very poorly and receiving only a few mixed reviews. I found this in our school library, I chose this book because the title attracted me. The book is structured around two parallel love stories, the first half of the novel centering on the love between Catherine and Heathcliff, while the less dramatic second half features the developing love between young Catherine and Hareton. In contrast to the first, the latter tale ends happily, restoring peace and order to Wuthering Heights and Thrushcross Grange. In the story, the two houses, Wuthering Heights and Thrushcross Grange, represent opposing worlds and values.

I spent twenty days reading this book. After reading this book, I felt for Heathcliff at first. Heathcliff begins his life as a homeless orphan on the streets of Liverpool, and then he tyrannized by Hindley Earnshaw. But he becomes a villain when he acquires power and returns to Wuthering Heights with money and the trappings of a gentleman. His malevolence proves so great and long—lasting. As he himself points out, his abuse of Isabella—his wife is purely sadistic, as he amuses himself by seeing how much abuse she can take and still come cringing back for more.

Catherine represents wild nature, in both her high, lively spirits and her occasional cruelty. She loves Heathcliff so intensely that she claims they are the same person. However, her actions are driven in part by her social ambitions, which initially are awakened during her first stay at the Lintons, and which eventually compel her to marry Edgar. Catherine is free—spirited, beautiful, spoiled, and often arrogant, she is given to fits of temper, and she is torn between her both of the men who love her. The location of her coffin symbolizes the conflict that tears apart her short life. She is buried in a corner of the Kirkyard. In contrast to Catherine, Isabella Linton—Catherine’s sister—in—law represents culture and civilization, both in her refinement and in her weakness. Ultimately, she ruins her life by falling in love with Heathcliff. He never returns her feelings and treats her as a meretool in his quest for revenge on the Linton family.

Just as Isabella Linton serves as Catherine’s foil, Edgar Linton serves as Heathcliff’s. Edgar grows into a tender, constant, but cowardly man. He is almost the ideal gentleman. However, this full assortment of gentlemanly characteristics, along with his civilized virtues, proves useless in Edgar’s clashes with his foil. He sees his wife obviously in love with another man but unable to do anything to rectify the situation. Heathcliff, who gains power over his wife, sister , and daughter.

The author Emily Bronte lived an eccentric, closely guarded life. She was born in 1818, two years after Charlotte—the author of Jane Eyre and a year and a half before her sister Anne, who also became an author. Her father worked as a church rector, and her aunt, who raised the Bronte children after their mother died, was deeply religious. Emily Bronte did not take to her aunt’s Christian fervor, the character of Joseph, a caricature of an evangelical, may have been inspired by her aunt’s religiosity. The Brontes lived in Haworth, a Yorkshire village in the midst of the moors. These wild, desolate expanses—later the setting of Wuthering Heights—made up the Brontes daily environment, and Emily lived among them her entire life. She died in 1848, at the age of thirty.

I like this book because it rest on the unforgettable characters. Wuthering Heights is based partly on the Gothic tradition, a style of literature that featured supernatural encounters, crumbling ruins, moonless nights, and grotesque imagery, seeking to create effects of mystery and fear. I would like to recommend this book to other readers.

I really can’t help losing myself in the colorful pictures and clear words in the books. After reading the books, I have been considering a question: What if we lived without science? Great changes have taken place in the world with the help of science. In the past, life was nasty, brutish and short. Anyway, it is science that changes the world and makes people’s life better and better, although it also leads to some bad aspects at the same time.

From the discovery of the gravity to the first step on the moon, we human beings have experienced a long process of developing science. And now, this process is still continuing much faster. New organisms are already being engineered, and new genetically modified crops promise benefits from higher yields and less use of harmful chemicals and so on. A lot of examples are showing this point. In the future, changes are likely to be even much greater as science reaches out to shape life itself. Maybe one day, the possibility that life existed on Mars billions of years ago will be potentially one of the greatest discoveries of our time. It is the force of the competition, we human beings’ inquiring mind and initiative that bring about the non-stopped development of science. Therefore, it is difficult and impossible to prevent science from changing the world and our life as well.

Its long long ago, maybe before I can read english books. I dont remember which movie edition I had seen. But I was impressed by the music, the scenery and the costume. But he becomes a villain when he acquires power and returns to Wuthering Heights with money and the trappings of a gentleman. His malevolence proves so great and long—lasting. As he himself points out, his abuse of Isabella—his wife is purely sadistic, as he amuses himself by seeing how much abuse she can take and still come cringing back for more.

Catherine represents wild nature, in both her high, lively spirits and her occasional cruelty. She loves Heathcliff so intensely that she claims they are the same person. However, her actions are driven in part by her social ambitions, which initially are awakened during her first stay at the Lintons, and which eventually compel her to marry Edgar. Catherine is free—spirited, beautiful, spoiled, and often arrogant, she is given to fits of temper, and she is torn between her both of the men who love her. In contrast to Catherine, Isabella Linton—Catherine’s sister—in—law represents culture and civilization, both in her refinement and in her weakness. This simple story flies over every corner of the world: a pilot (the narrator) who had an accident with his plane and crashed in the Desert of Sahara then he met the little prince from the planet B-612, and the narrator listened little prince’s travel experience of seven planets. On the seven planets, he met a variety of persons. They are the king, the conceited man, the businessman, the tippler, the lamplighter, the geographer and so on.

The Little Prince is a story belongs to adults who have childlike innocence.because children don’t understand the little prince’s deep sadness.This is not so much a fairy tale, as it is a tragedy. This story tells the grow-ups’ world is full of empty，lost and loneliness with kids’ perspective. Among the story, the alcoholic is impressive. He was surrounded by a pile of beer bottles when the little prince saw him, and prince asked him why he is drinking, but he answered he want to forget his shame of drinking. This short planet visit plunged little prince into deep puzzled. He think the grow-ups are certainly very, very odd. In kids eyes, beautiful things must look with heart. But the adults pay more attention on things’ appearance that is just a shell and they don’t believe the eyes are blind and the heart is true.

Through this story, it also made me understand what’s the love---loves more mineral, more dense, more bitter and more weighty than the earths profoundest matter.

When I first read The Little Prince, I can’t understand the mean of love and never to think why should the little prince leave alone since he love his rose so deeply. For years, I reread the story and think about it. The simple true was first love. The little prince didn’t know how to love and It was difficult to make him understand the rose’s heart, so it may lead to misunderstanding and hurts from time to time. He leaved his planet because he can not accept the rose and himself.

This is why the little prince don’t know he have to leave : at that time, he had no idea he was in it. The little prince don’t understand the meaning of tame until he met the fox later. Then he produced the endless yearning for the roses and realized his responsibility.

"Do you want to be domesticated?" For me, this is a profound question. In the book, the little prince met a fox and invited the fox to play with him, but he was refused. The fox told him that he was not tamed. “what does that mean--tame?” little prince asked. The fox answered:” it means to establish ties: to me, you are still nothing more than a little boy who is just like a hundred thousand other little boys. And I have no need of you. And you, on your part, have no need of me. To you, I am nothing more than a fox like a hundred thousand other foxes. But if you tame me, then we shall need each other. To me , you will be unique in all the world. To you, I shall be unique in all the world.”

Gradually the little prince was beginning to understand, because he remembered his rose and he thought his rose had tamed him. So he chose to go back to his planet in the end. But to the fox, the little prince’s farewell will make her sad, but the hurts because of love, she should learn to accept it gradually. I believe there are full of hurts within serious and true love.

As long as the little prince flied to different planets and met a variety of persons can he understand himself and his rose. So I think traveling is a good way to experience life.

This year summer vacation, I read the American well-known writer Hemingways novel " old person and sea ". I extremely admire in the novel the senior fishermans will, he let me understand one person certainly must have relentless spirit, only then could obtain successfully.

The novel description is one year near sixty years of age senior fisherman, when alone goes to sea in one fishing, fished one big fish, actually did not pull. The senior fisherman socialized several days after the fish, only then discovered this was the big marlin which one surpassed the oneself fishing boat several fold, although knew perfectly well very difficult to win, but still did not give up. Afterwards and further because in the big marlin wound fish fishy smell brought in several crowds of shark fish snatches the food, but the old person still did not hope like this to give up, finally highlighted encircles tightly, returned to the big fish belt the fishing port, lets other fishermen not admire already.

We also must study senior fishermans spirit in life, handles the matter does not fear the difficulty, only then can obtain successfully.

Was reading the big fishs smell of blood is smelled by one crowd of shark fish, struggled swims snatches the food, old persons left hand happen to in the convulsions, he only could use the right hand, with wooden stick, the mouth and so on all was allowed to use for the weapon self-defense which attacked, and finally expelled this crowd of shark fish. In the life, some losses are inevitable, we should treat by the optimistic manner, cannot be calculating.

今年暑假,我读了美国著名作家海明威的小说“老人与海”。我非常佩服小说中高级的渔夫的意志,他让我明白一个人一定要有不屈不挠的精神,才可能获得成功。

这部小说描述一年近六十岁的高级渔夫,当独自一人去海上钓鱼,钓一条大鱼,其实没有拉。高级的渔夫社会化几天后鱼,才发现这是超过了自己的大马林鱼渔船几折,虽然知道很难取胜,但仍不放弃。后来又因大马林鱼伤口在几个成群的鲨鱼鱼鱼鱼腥味带来一阵食物,但老人还是不希望这样放弃,最终突出环绕,返回到大鱼带渔港,让其他渔夫不钦佩了。

当我读到“高级的渔夫想:这里的海岸真的是太近,可能会有更大的鱼在更远的地方……“时,我非常佩服这个高级渔夫,因为他现在已经预计在一些鱼,但他没有解决现状,但方法更大的目标前进。再看看我们,通常遇到一个略是困难的,我们都不停地抱怨。我们将是祖国的未来,应该像这样老人相同心灵崇高的愿望,将更好的追求更好,更大的目标。

小说最后,看到一个青年高级的渔夫充分衡量有十八英尺长的大马林鱼,再次描述这条鱼的巨大,说明老渔夫克服了困难很大,非是更常见。

小说歌颂高级的渔夫的精神恐惧艰难和危险的努力没有斗争,我们也应该像他这样,不能满足于现状,应该积极,做任何事都是无情的,遇到困难必须欢迎以上困难,绝不中途放弃。只有这样,我们才可以获得更大的成功和胜利。

昨天，我带孩子去电影院看了现在燃爆网络的影片《哪吒之魔童降世》，其曲折离奇的故事情节，幽默搞笑的台词设计顿时让我耳目一新。

影片开头的太乙真人的造型让人一看就感觉很有趣，造型设计成功颠覆了你的想象，在我们心目中太乙真人一直都是道骨仙风，清瘦高冷的仙人模样，而此片却是瘦脸大肚，说着四川话的滑稽模样。

而另一个颠覆我们想象则是的龙王造型，在我们想象中，龙王就应该跟电视剧《西游记》那样模样，头戴冠冕，身穿刺绣滚龙黄袍龙头人身的龙王形象，而此片中的龙王却始终是一条全身银白色鳞片，头上长着两个长长犄角，两条长长龙须的巨龙模样。

而此片最大的特色是哪吒不像以前的人物一样，生性顽皮可爱，而此片的哪吒则是生性顽劣，到处闯祸惹得人们对他怨声载道。从而也为后面的巨大转变埋下了伏笔。主人公哪吒与另一个反面人物敖丙，两人亦正亦邪，从偶然相识到惺惺相惜，再到相互搏杀，再至最后的患难与共。他们俩的传奇友谊为我们证明了朋友的真正价值与意义。

最令人感动的是李靖夫妇对哪吒的用心呵护与疼爱，尤其是李靖想用自己的肉身来换取哪吒的安全时，那感人的情景令人瞬间泪奔。哪吒在将要自己独自承受雷霆之击，最后他与父母离别时说：“其实三年也不短了”那一句时，也让人瞬间感动的热泪盈眶。

这部电影以父母的爱，朋友的爱为主题，生动地表现了孩子在年少时，虽然偶尔会闯祸，但那是孩子的天性使然，所以我们父母不要过分地苛责与训斥孩子，而要以一颗宽容之心，用心去呵护他们，用爱去温暖他们。像哪吒那样顽劣的孩子在他父母的爱心呵护下，尚且可以改邪归正，我们的孩子为什么会做不到呢？这个电影用丝丝入扣，合情合理的故事情节，更为我们父母上了生动的一课。

当然这部电影还有很多幽默风趣的故事情节，比如里面哪吒躺在床上唱的歌谣也很有趣，用筷子敲碗的情节，我感觉这个片段是在向周星驰的经典电影《唐伯虎点秋香》致敬，那里面唐伯虎也是用筷子敲碗，唱了一段令人感到啼笑皆非的台词。还有江山社稷图那唯美动人的画面，我就不再这里进行一样赘述了，如果剧透太多的话，或许你去电影院就会觉得兴趣索然。

这部电影真的很好看，如果大家对这部电影感兴趣的话，我建议最好带孩子一起去看看。
