清明的前一天，各大超市可火了，人们推着购物车，仔细地挑选祭祀用的糕点、水果和糖果，生怕给长辈的祭祀品不够好。妈妈每年都是这个购物团中有力的一个，你看她挑好满满一车的祭祀用品，排在长龙般的队伍中，然后急冲冲地回家整理，就怕出一点点差错。

经过漫长的路途，来到久违的家乡，吃上几个美味的青团是再惬意不过的事了。农村人做青团也特别热闹，七姑八婆聚在一起，边做边谈笑风生。

青团是由糯米粉、小麦粉掺在一起，做成皮;馅一般分甜咸二种，甜的基本上都是豆沙馅，香香甜甜，吃起来甜而不腻;而咸的一般用笋、猪肉、花生米等炒在一起，咬起来脆生生，闻起来香喷喷。再在青团外面包上二片“青叶娘”，往锅里一蒸，清香扑鼻而来，咬一口，香味就在你的嘴里弥漫开来，让你吃完一个还想吃一个。

清明节的重点当属祭祀了，走着不常走的崎岖山路，欣赏着不常见的乡野风光，一路上倾听春风的歌声，我们来到了一座座长辈的坟茔前点上香和蜡烛，倒上三杯陈年老酒，摆好精心挑选的祭祀品，再在坟前全心全意地拜一拜，保佑自己平平安安，万事如意。

Another component is the ability to express oneself . In today s world , what really counts is the ability to express oneself rather than technical competence or professional knowledge . The larger the orgnization of which you are an employee , and th fiercer the competition , the more important it will be that you know how to convey your thoughts and convince others of your ideas.

Personality is also an important factor. Whatever difficulty or situation , those who appear relaxed and confident are nearer to success. Obviously , among the ingredients for success , intelligence counts for the half , the rest depends on your personality , and other abilities.

Today, I do something stupid because of my carelessness. I take a bus to school every morning. But today, I was on the wrong bus and I realized it ten minutes. I was so nervous when I found it that I shouted loud to the bus driver to stop the bus. I got off on the bus station and took another bus to the school. Of course, I was late for school.
