My teacher gave me an assignment experience life last week. I had been thinking how to finish it because I had never done any thing by myself before.

Mother was out today. It was a good chance to complete the assignment. Seeing the barrel was empty, I decided to fetch water from the well.

I took the empty barrel and went towards the well outside the yard. It snowed yesterday, so the alley was very slippery. A layer of thickice was frozen on the platform of the well. I was frightened by the sight, but I gathered my courage to walk towards it.

The alley was so slippery that I walked with difficultly. Suddenly, I slipped and fell down, water in the barrel totally poured down on the ground. I stepped on the platform carefully. After standing steadily and squatting down slowly, I hooked the barrel at the end of the rope and put the rope down slowly. I made an effort to drag the barrel up after it was filled with water. I was very careful because it was easy to slip and fall. Then, I carried the barrel of water and returned to my house. My figners were frozen stiff. I realized my effort was in vain. I hated myself.

I failed to finish the assignment but I did experience life through a trifle which seemed easy but difficult to do well. Such was my first experience of life.

I’m a student of a university. I’m short and thin with thick glasses. I usually go to the library on weekday afternoons. I always read in the library from morning till night on Saturdays and Sundays.

We need to improve our English skills in each of four areas.

The first one is listening skills . I think doing lots of listening practice is a great way to improve listening skills. Maybe you could buy some English tapes or borrow your teacher’s tapes to listen .

The second on is speaking skills. How can we practice our spoken English ? I think the first and the most important thing is to believe yourself . Your should often encourage yourself , then you can join an English –language club and make lots of conversations with you partner . I think it can help a lot.

The third one is reading skills. I think we should do more reading in our free time. If you have any problems when you are reading , you’d better ask others tof help.

The last one is wring skills. It’s very important for us to learn English . I think keeping a diary in Engish is the best way to improve your writing skills. 讲课讲到重点处，他就敲敲黑板提醒我们。“哎哟，好，”他说，“你们6班就是鬼灵精，一听我敲黑板就都窜起身来，那7班，我敲个半死他们还是木头般地坐着。学英语就得这好，不用考汕头卷。汕头那些家伙出卷呢，就是四个人关在一间房子里，整天坐着椅子转啊转啊，就转出一张试卷来，专考些难题怪题，正经的又不考。汕头的试卷啊，哎哟哟，那真是害死万万生灵哦。”

学生自然是很尊重他的，其他的老师也是，他说什么就是什么，就连我们那让人不寒而栗的杨校也得让他三分。他跟好的学生没啥话谈，倒是跟那些调皮捣蛋的很谈得来。哪一班谁谁谁捣蛋了，他就找谁谁谁去喝茶聊天。他总是站在理字上，也不得不尊重他。有一次录音机坏了，他气得半死，说公物怎能破坏，东西怎能不打紧，越说越气，最后竟然把书一摔，说：“不上课了，学什么书，学做人好了。”后来有一次他看见粉笔头乱七八糟地散在地上，也气得摔书不上课。

我们英语人有个性，课也有个性。课前唱歌的时候，他竟点起歌来，说：“停停停，别唱这个，唱刘欢的什么‘心不在’，什么‘重头再来’那首来我听。”我们不会唱，他皱了眉说：“哎哟，那么好听的歌怎么不会呢？”接着指着指挥员说：“你，下课去7班学唱这首歌，以后我来了你们就唱给我听。”过后有的老师听说了这事，禁不住大笑起来说：“哈……王老师就是这样，真性情！”

到了复习期间，他大步迈上讲台，把手在半空中一挥，喊道：“来，我们的口号是……”全班一起大喊：“用声音唤起记忆！”感觉，就像在上幸运52一样。

初三即将结束时，他不经意间说起：“老师扮小丑，拼命逗笑，只为了让你们记得更深。”我当时低着头，红了眼圈。在每一次笑声的背后，我们学到了很多，而老师付出了很多很多。他说：“我自认对得起我的教学，你们想想，老师什么时候在课堂上讲错一个字。”真的没有，他从来没有口误，从没说错过一个字，那，精神该多么集中啊。

上学期，有一次我早早地回家，遇见了他，没变，我们英语还是穿得整整齐齐，头发丝毫不乱，着哩水喷得满头油亮油亮的。戴着一副墨镜忽忽地开着摩托车。我惊喜地大叫：“啊，老师！”他一忽而过，也来不及听见。

后来，我梦到了他，也没变，还是在上那么个性的课堂，我还是他的学生，幸福地听着“哎哟哟，这是个黑面鬼，得注意咯……学英语呢，就得这样，我们不但要有激情，还要有表情……来，我们的口号是……”

拯救地球学院

在20XX年，人类对自然的破坏没有一点要停止的意思，大自然无法再忍受，向人类发起反击——在位于美国本土的西部的森林上空，地球的“保护伞”出现了一个大洞。

太阳射线穿过大洞，射向大森林。大森林燃烧起来了，人类也无能为力。随着“空洞”的扩大，森林被烧为灰烬，钢铁铸造的大桥被烤化，冰冷的海水沸腾起来，数以千计生活在那儿的人被烧死。情况仍在变糟。

联合国也只好启用拯救地球的预案——建立拯救地球学院。

联合国在世界各地的环保学校寻找自愿保护地球的人们。他们首先来到了中国的环保大学。

回到三年前

我叫李方，今天我太高兴了，我终于考上了我心中理想的学校——中国环保大学。从今天开始，我就可以为自己最爱的环保事业出一份力了，太好了！如今的环境太差了，将来像我这样的环保人士，一定有自己的用武之地，O(∩_∩)O哈哈哈~！

工作人员在学校转了一上午，也没发现合适的人选。因为这次拯救地球的行动很危险。工作人员决定先去吃饭，毕竟人是铁，饭是钢。在去食堂的路上，要经过一片森林，工作人员看到了一个忙着植树的年轻人。他叫赵刚，是我的好朋友。

工作人员高兴极了，问赵刚愿不愿意去，赵刚同意了，并把我和王勇也推荐给了工作人员。

经过三年的刻苦攻关，我们顺利地拿到了毕业证，成了拯救地球学院第一批毕业生。

三个月之后

毕业三个月后，我们一行三人来到了美国太平洋上的一个军事基地。我们决定先去事发地看一看。来到事发地，发现空洞又扩大了许多。我们各界的环保人士都认为停止一切工厂，联合固立刻向世界宣布。联合国认为，我们要进入事发地，测出射线强度，来确定“空洞”可以可以“自动愈合”。我和王勇身体强壮，被选中了。

我们一共23人，身着太空衣进入事发地，因为只有太空衣才可抵住这强大的太阳风暴的辐射。队长带我们来到中心点，我们放下并打开同样包裹着太空衣材质的设备。经过360项检查，以及专家多次研讨，我们认为只有关闭大部分的工厂，估计地球可在一年内恢复正常。

但在此时，我发现我身上带着的氧气不够用了。我的两个氧气瓶其中一个没氧气了，可能在来的路上……我急忙向王勇报告。王勇也不知该怎么办。突然，王勇想到了一个办法，把他的氧气让我们两人一起用。氧气管不停地在我们两人的接气口中接来接去。最终我们成功地走出了森林。一个小时后，大家全都安全地走出来了。

听说“空洞”可以恢复，全世界的人们都很开心。

七个月后

七个月后，地球恢复了平静，“空洞”也逐渐缩小，人们也都积极投身于环保事业，我们成功地拯救了地球。请相信，人类永远也不会放弃我们自己的家园，放弃那美丽的地球。
