car. On the one hand, the only fee a bike-rider has to pay is the annual tax.

However, the annual fees for a car are costly. On the other hand, a bike neednt

be equipped with a parking lot, but a car must. Most important of all, it is

beneficial to the environment to ride a bicycle because the bike doesnt consume

petrol; it is a pollution-free transport. In contrast, the exhaust released by

the car is harmful to the environment.

Since China is a developing country with a large population, bicycles will

still be the most popular means of transport in China for quite a long time.

Most people will still ride bicycles to go to work or to school. The emperor

Mid-autumn Day is more or less like Spring Festival. It falls on the 15th

day of the 8th lunar month. Its an important day for our Chinese, because its

a family reunion day.

On that day, there will be a big family dinner. Everyone who works outside

will go back home for the union. And they also eat moon cakes, which are the

In China, Spring Festival is the biggest day. People will come back home

and enjoy spending some time with their families. So no matter how far they are,

they will figure out all the ways to come back home and get reunited. The house

cleaning work before the coming of this big day always brings me the happy

最近一段时间，最引人关注的当属“雾霾”天气。今年入冬的一场超级雾霾席卷大半个中国。104个城市中毒“沦陷”，平均雾霾天创52年之最;许多城市深陷十面“霾”伏。

金华也在前段时间刚经历了一个灰头土脸的周末，本月6日和7日，市气象台连续发布两个霾橙色预警信号，这在我市尚属首次。7日，金华的PM2.5指数一度高达510，超过500微克/立方米，即“爆表”，该天的平均指数达到了482，列全省第一。

出现如此严重的雾霾天，并不是一个城市的过错，是全国大范围的区域性雾霾天气所致。近年来，全国平均年霾日数呈显著增加的趋势，尤其是以工业发展、城市建设更为迅速的中东部地区更为明显。在受雾霾影响的城市，部分地区能见度不足100米，造成了当地的航班停飞、道路封闭，呼吸系统疾病患者明显增加，给我们的生产生活和身心健康带来了严重的影响和危害。

一、雾霾的概念

雾是由大量悬浮在近地面空气中的微小水滴或冰晶组成的气溶胶系统，是近地面层空气中水汽凝结(或凝华)的产物。霾也称灰霾，霾是悬浮在大气中的大量微小尘粒、烟粒或盐粒的集合体。霾使空气浑浊，水平能见度降低到10km以下。根据中国环境监测总站对重点城市灰霾天气监测结果显示，组成霾的粒子极小，颗粒物PM10尤其是PM2.5是霾的最主要组成部分。PM2.5是指大气中直径小于或等于2.5微米的颗粒物，主要来自工业废气、煤炭燃烧、机动车尾气、扬尘以及挥发性有机物等。雾本身不是污染物，但产生雾的大气环境处于比较稳定的状态，空气中的污染物不易向外扩散，造成集聚效应，在低气压、风小的条件下，低层空气中的水汽与霾相结合，形成雾、霾的混合物。

二、防治雾霾的规划思考

雾霾是工业废气、机动车尾气等过度排放物在特定气象环境条件下的产物。解决雾霾的关键是转变经济发展方式、推行节能减排，使用无污染清洁能源。同时，城市大面积雾霾的产生与城市规划布局存在一定的不合理性有关，是对城市规划的前瞻性、科学性、有效性和城市发展的可持续性的检验。城市雾霾促使我们对传统城市规划进行反思，并对未来规划提出新的要求。

针对金华市在城市规划工作中如何做好雾霾的防治工作，仍需结合自身的地理环境和气候特征，从城市结构、空间形态及城市高层建筑布局上开展有针对性的研究，从而为政府决策、城市规划建设提出合理化建议。

(一)、合理规划城市结构，预留控制城市风道

城市通风廊道也叫城市风道，就是在城市建设生态绿色走廊，在城市局部区域打开一个通风口，让郊区的风吹向主城区，增加城市的空气流动性，把大气污染物吹出去，对城市的雾霾会起到一定的缓解作用，还能改善微气候环境，夏天还可以缓解“热岛效应”。从某种意义上说，“城市通风廊道”更多的是一种对城市结构的改造。

构建大尺度的“城市通风廊道”可从三方面着手：

一是构建绿色廊道。在规划布局上，根据城市主导风向设置通风廊道，从远郊及市区打通城市风道，沿城市快速路、公路、铁路、河流等周边规划一定宽度的带状绿地并严格控制其建设行为，从而形成绿地风廊、道路风廊、河流风廊。如市区开展的城市绿道网建设，三江六岸绿化廊道建设等均很好的构建了城市的通风绿廊。

二是建设被誉为城市“绿色项链”的环城林带。在污染物不变的情况下，如果建设城市通风廊道，就可以增加污染物扩散的速度，而环城林带是全年四季360°的绿色廊道，任何风向吹过可形成城市风道。金华特殊的区域盆地位置，常年平均风速偏小，而随着城市高大建筑物越来越多，阻挡了空气运动和城市风道，严重的影响城市通风散热。金华总体规划对城市三环预留了一定宽度的环城林带，但在城市细化建设时，有些地方并没能完整的按要求控制下来，相反在一环、二环周边高楼林立，像大桶一样对主城区形成包围圈，使主城区污染物不易扩散，导致城市空气污染进一步加重。

三是严格控制城市风口，利用六大绿楔形成城市“穿堂风”。利用山体林地、河谷水道等自然条件，通过串联建设并采用建设限高等规划手段，形成开敞的空间和城市大“出气孔”。目前，金华主城区按照城市总体规划的要求大部分生态通风走廊已基本形成，并正在发挥作用，可确保郊外的凉爽空气吹进来，把主城的热空气置换出去。同时，城市发展对土地的强烈需求，导致六大绿楔逐渐吞噬的现象依然存在，得引起我们高度重视。

三者复合建设将产生叠加效益，其整体的生态效益比起单纯的一项都要强。国内城市如杭州、武汉、上海等均已开展了构建“城市风道”的相关研究和建设，国外如德国慕尼黑、英国伦敦等均在城市规划中考虑到了城市风道的问题。

相关的研究及经验表明，“城市风道”的建设，并不是临时设计做出来的，而是有赖于提前谋划，进行空间预留出来的。它也并不需要大拆大建，可以结合旧城改造、结合新区开发、结合具体项目审批、结合我们的公园建设、生态带来打造，有意识地逐渐完成。

(二)、有效组织城市空间，构建城市风道

在高强度开发的城市中打造城市通风走廊，一方面要构建绿色廊道，另一方面在建设过程中要有意识地考虑气候环境特征，譬如道路走向、建筑布局应考虑城市的主导风向，为风留出一条条的通道。

金华近几年高层建筑量突飞猛进且布局无序，阻挡着风道的形成。金华主导风向为东北风，因此需要东西向道路来组织风道，而且最好能贯穿整个城市，否则风到了某一个地方，被建筑物阻挡，就要再向上“翻越”，延缓了去霾、散热的速度。如江北的锦绣金华，沿回溪公园西侧密麻的布置了一排高层建筑，夏天清凉的东北风原本可以长驱直入，经过义乌江还能夹带一些凉润的江风，顺江堤、公园、道路和比较低矮的建筑群，一路向老城区吹去，但随着回溪街锦绣金华成排成片的高层居住的建设，正好阻挡在风向由东往西吹去的行经路线上，导致风速急剧下降，加剧影响了城西片去霾和散热。

在城市不同功能区中，不同土地价值及开发强度，其高层建筑分布的密度及位置等有所差异，对于一些处于可能影响城市风道的城市功能区内，应当进行城市高层建筑的控制和分析，尤其100米以上高层建筑对城市微气候影响较大。因此，针对城市地理环境及气候特征，在城市重要风道及其周边需开展城市空间高度控制研究，如对三江六岸景观带沿岸进行高层建筑点位设置研究，既未雨绸缪地进行空间预留，同时又可控制并塑造城市天际线。例如：武汉市规划部门2005年曾联合华中科技大学，进行了“城市建筑规划布局与气候关系研究”。该研究即前瞻性的考虑城市开发建设与城市气候之间的相互关系，对从空间形态上解决城市热岛效应和雾霾具有较好的指导作用。

(三)、考虑地块建筑布局与风向的关系，顺应城市通道

“在城市规划建设过程中，有意识地营造出一条‘风走廊’，可以缓解雾霾天气的发生，减少热岛效应的产生。”徐匡迪说。

营造“通风廊道”，即需要控制高层建筑的高度和数量，在高楼林立的地方留出“大缺口”，让城市像人一样拥有“出气口”。预留风道，让风裹挟着污染物顺利出城。

在地块建设层面，目前欠缺在建筑布局中对城市微气候影响的考虑，成片高大建筑立项时，也未进行科学的气象论证，缺少对建筑物高度、朝向是否阻挡了城市风道形成的相关分析，使得城市大气难以良性循环运转，导致城市成为一座透风不佳的城堡，风进不来，霾出不去，成为令人窒息的污染“围城”。

由于金华主导风向为东北风，建筑布局的最佳朝向为南偏西15度左右，若考虑气候对建筑的影响关系，有利城市通风的建筑布局应与城市街道存在一定角度，而在地块建设中，任由高层建筑按其南北向布置，将极易堵塞城市风道。因此，急需开展城市高层建筑布局与城市气候的相关研究，预留不同地块高层建筑空间位置，并研究不同用地性质建筑布局形式对城市风道的影响。如居住小区建筑的布置形式上，错位布局优于行列式;点式和条式结合，优于单一平面布局;面风向半围合式也利于形成良好的通风环境。

下一步，建议围绕城市结构、空间形态及城市高层建筑布局等主要做好以下几方面的工作：

1、学习借鉴其他城市的成功经验，尽快开展城市规划与气候关系研究，从城市规划角度提出改善城市微气候环境的措施和对策;

2、尽快启动城市总体规划的实施评估，对城市发展过程中存在的问题及时进行修正，使城市建设更加科学、合理、有序;

3、开展市区绿地系统专项规划修编和绿线规划的编制工作，明确各类绿线的控制范围，并按城市绿线管理办法严格执行;

4、根据城市绿地系统专项规划，加快市区公园、城市绿楔、环城林带的建设，构建以三江六岸绿带为骨架，城市绿楔为通风口，环城林带为360°通风廊道的生态绿地系统。

一大天早上，我出了门便拥抱了一大堆的雾气，我迷茫的看了看身边的环境，一片白花花的，这让我始料不及，我凭着自己的记忆力找到了车站，我心里一边想着为什么今天雾这么大一边走来走去，后来到学校上地理课，恰好今天讲气候，所以老师便和我们说：“形成雾霾的主要原因是因为我们没有好好地保护环境，导致环境快速恶化，以至于空气中都弥漫着细菌，所以出门一定要记得戴口罩，所谓病从口入。。。”老师又说了一大堆可我也无心再去听了，下午放学回家，雾还是那么大，我忽然发现了一个问题就是我本来就是个路盲，再加上这样的天气，更找不到家了，我连忙凭着自己的感觉向家跑去，可是好几次却都坐吃山空，我气喘吁吁的坐在小区的石凳上，等待妈妈下班会看到我，半个小时以后，妈妈终于回来了，妈妈看见坐在家门口的我很是惊讶，说道：”在外边干嘛为什么不进屋子?“我居然坐在家门口半个小时却不知道自己在家的门口，回家看报纸也发现了很多人都找错了家，更离谱的是有的人在那天结婚车队跟丢了，哎，早知道好好保护环境好了，我们一次的污染会造成自然很大的伤害，所以大家还是警醒一点吧，我们这样地不爱护大自然，让她伤了心，受到伤害的反而是我们，所以我们平时的一点一滴都会影响我们的生活，如果我们生活的土地一去不复返，到时候后悔也来不及了，所以，保护环境，请从青少年做起!

My plan of next year

A new year ，a new start，when I stand on the edge of a new year，I can#39;t help thinking about my plan of next year.

Just as the old saying："Well began is the half of the success."So I decide that I should be at work while the others are still relaxing ，and then ，at the beginning ，I#39;m quicker than the others and of course I will get better result than the others.

But ，what I really decide to do is that I must make good of anytime I can spare though it seems impossible. While，I will do my best to live up with what I have planned，and the result will prove it.

Xiamen is located in Southeast of Fujian province,it is considered as the

cleanest port city in China thus people call Xiamen "the garden on the sea" or

call it "green island". Back to Song dynasty it started its administrative

founding until now.There are a great variety of sights to witness in

Xiamen.Gulangyu Island, the most beautiful island near Xiamen, has won great

reputation for its Sunlight Rock and Shuzhuang Garden.South Putuo Temple, which

is located at the foot of Wulaofeng and is deemed to be the most renowned

Buddhist temple in Xiamen.Xiamen Botanical Garden, known as the Wanshi Botanical

Garden,which has scenic spots such as the Morning Bell of Heaven, the Reading

and Music Playing Cave, the Cloud Locking Stones, the Jade Scepter Rock and the

Peace Stone. In the past decade, Xiamen has changed a lot with rapid advancing

in agriculture,industry,science technology and education areas.

一、指导思想：

围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

二、基本思路：

1、教学目标：培养兴趣，加强学法指导，抓常态课堂、高效课堂，稳固提高英语教学质量。

2、教研目标：组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，认真撰写论文，组织老师上研究课、示范课，通过研讨、评课等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。
