Last Sunday morning, my friend and I went to visit the Beijing Zoo. We went by bike. It took us about half an hour to get there. When we got there, it was already crowded with people. It world take a whole day to see all the animals there. So we decided to see some of the most interesting ones. We saw the elephants first and then the monkeys. It has been deep spring now, but the weather is still comfortable. Today is weekend, three of my friends and I went to the East Lake. We met each other at 8:00 a.m. and then we started. We went there by bike. It took us forty minutes to get there. We went boating first after we got there. It was really interesting. And then we had a picnic. We prepared some meat, vegetables, corns and other food. I like picnic outdoors. It makes me realxed. We went home at about 4:00 p.m.. We had a great day today. Today father took me to the Science and Technology Center. I am fond of invention very much. I know that science and technology is the greatest driving force of human progress. On a Saturday afternoon our Chinese History teacher took us to visit a museum.

The exhibition hall was decorated in an antique mode. Charts and pictures were hung on the walls. Many ancient utensils, weapons and arms, robes, crowns, coins, or naments, books and farm tools as well as recently unearthed relics were exhibited. Each dynasty was presented in a separated room along with written and pictorial descriptions. Last week, I visited the geological museum with my best friend, Liu Bing. It was my first time to go there. The moment we arrived there, we found that the building was grand. When we walked into it, there was a big hall in front of us. And then there were several rooms to show different kinds objects. There was a room for collecting scripts and paintings. There was another room to store clothes and shoes in the old times. The next room was for collecting the daily necessities in the old days. In a word, all the things in it had a long history. I learnt some knowledge from it.

Yesterday ,I went to a zoo with my parents .

When we got to the zoo, we climbed up a little hill first. We can see many kangaroos on the hill, I played with some kangaroos. Then, we went to a pond. I fished in the pond, and got a big fish and 2 small fishes. I was very happy at that time. After fishing, we walked on grass. There are many parrots on the grass. And we were surprised that one of them can speak English. I spoke to it, and it said ‘hello’ to me. That made a lot of fun for me.

In the afternoon, we went to see monkeys, pandas, snakes and big sharks. And I took many photos from them. I also rode a horse and painted a mask for fun.

When we back home, it almost got drak. But I’m very happy, because I had a good time at the zoo that day
