I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Most Chinese students have difficulties in learning English. The difficulties vary so much from person to person that it is difficult to cite here in a few words. Some may have problems in reading. Others may have trouble in writing. I also had problems in English learning, but my difficulty seemed to lie in listening. For example, when tested for listening comprehension, I couldnt understand a single sentence, let alone a passage of medium level.

In order to overcome the difficulty in my English learning, I made great efforts to find the key to the problem. I consulted my teacher and found out that I merely didnt have enough time to practice listening. So I bought a tape recorder and listened to it at least two hours a day. In addition, I listened to "Special English" on VOA. I also went out of my way to speak to foreigners on the campus whenever we meet so that I could have the chance to listen to the native speakers. My best festival is Spring Festival. It is in Janurary or February. It is the most important festival for the Chinese people. On that day everybody dresses up. First they extend greetings to their parents. Then each child will get money as a New Year gift, wrapped up in red paper.

People in northern China will eat jiaozi, or dumplings, for breakfast, the shape of the dumpling is like gold ingot from ancient China. So people eat them and wish for money and treasure.Burning fireworks was once the most typical custom on the Spring Festival. I like spring festival very much. Its my favourite holiday.

My teacher gave me an assignment "experience life" last week. I had been thinking how to finish it because I had never done any thing by myself before.

Mother was out today. It was a good chance to complete the assignment. Seeing the barrel was empty, I decided to fetch water from the well.

I took the empty barrel and went towards the well outside the yard. It snowed yesterday, so the alley was very slippery. A layer of thickice was frozen on the platform of the well. I was frightened by the sight, but I gathered my courage to walk towards it.

The alley was so slippery that I walked with difficultly. Suddenly, I slipped and fell down, water in the barrel totally poured down on the ground. I stepped on the platform carefully. After standing steadily and squatting down slowly, I hooked the barrel at the end of the rope and put the rope down slowly. I made an effort to drag the barrel up after it was filled with water. I was very careful because it was easy to slip and fall. Then, I carried the barrel of water and returned to my house. My figners were frozen stiff. I realized my effort was in vain. I hated myself.

一、认真审题，切中题意

《中考考试说明》指出，书面表达要切中题意。看到考题后，先不要急于动笔，要仔细看清题目要求的内容，在自己的头脑中构思出一个框架或画面，确定短文的中心思想，不要匆匆下笔，看懂题意，审清格式、体裁、人物关系、故事情节、主体时态、活动时间、地点等。

二、围绕中心，拟定提纲

书面表达评分原则有四条：(1)内容要点;

(2)运用词汇和结构的数量;

(3)运用语法结构和词汇的准确性;(4)上下文的连贯性。

由此可见，要点是给分的一个重要因素。为了防止写作过程中遗漏要点，同学们要充分发挥自己的观察力，把情景中给出的各个要点逐条列出。注意短文字数不要低于或超过规定的字数太多。

三、语言通顺，表达准确

(1)避免使用汉语式英语，尽量使用

自己熟悉的句型。几种句型可交替使用，以避免重复和呆板。

(2)多用简单句型，记事、写人一般都不需要复杂的句型。可适当地使用陈述句、一般疑问句、祈使句和感叹句。不用或少用非谓语或情态动词等较复杂的句型。

(3)注意语法、句法知识的灵活运用。(4)描写人物时，要生动具体，例如：①外表特征：tall，short，fat，thin，strong，weak，ordinary-looking等;②内心境界：

glad，happy，sad，excited，anxious，interested等;③感情描写：love，like，hate，feel，laugh，cry，smile，shout等;④动作描写：come，go，get，have，take，bring，fetch等。

(5)上下文要连贯。上下文的连贯性也是评分的一条原则，同学们应注意下面过渡的用法：①表示并列关系的过渡词：and，aswellas，or等;②表示转折关系的过渡词：but，yet，however等;③表示时间关系的过渡词：first，andthen，

finally，after，before，atlast，atthattime，later，inthepast，immediately，inthe

meanwhile等;④表示空间关系的过渡词：near(to)，far(from)，inthefrontof，beside等;⑤表示比较关系的过渡词：inthesameway，justlike，justas等;⑥表示对照关系的过渡词：but，still，yet，however，ontheotherhand等;⑦表示递进关系的过渡词：also，and，then，too，inaddition，moreover，again等;⑧表示因果关系的过渡词：because，since，then，thus，otherwise，so，therefore，asaresult等;⑨表示解释说明的过渡词：forexample，infact，inthiscase，for，actually等。

四、不会表达，另辟蹊径

中考作文给分是以要点和语言准确度而定，不以文采打分。造句越简单准确越好，造复合句容易出错，容易被扣分，阅卷场上有句话：“错误面前人人平等，文采好不加分。”如遇到个别要点表达不出来或难以表达，可采用变通的办法，化难为易，化繁为简。总之，所造句子要正确、得体、符合英语表达习惯。

五、锦上添花，量力而行

如果你还有时间和精力，想把书面表达写得更好，那么，请注意以下几点：(1)句型多样化，不要i(we)……到底，使人觉得乏味;(2)适当使用一些并列句或主从复合句;(3)进一步描绘人或事物时，适当使用定语从句;(4)适当使用分词或分词短语，烘托谓语动词;(5)偶尔使用一下倒装句，增加新鲜感;(6)适当调换一下状语在句子中的位置，使句子不雷同;(7)上下句子紧接时，其中完全相同的成分可以省略，以节省篇幅。

六、书写工整，卷面整洁

字迹要清晰，让阅卷人看得清楚，不可字迹潦草，难以辨认，要保持卷面的整洁。

七、检查错误

检查错误应从以下几个方面入手：(1)格式是否有错;(2)拼写有无错误;(3)语言是否用错;(4)时态、语态错误;(5)标点错误;(6)人称是否用错。

总之，只要平时同学们多练习写作并有意运用上述方法和技巧，合理分配时间，在中考时一定能写出高质量的作文，得到令人满意的考分。

In my early years, I did not see the value of education.

When I was going on thirteen, I started to run my own shop. From then on, I worked hard to become a successful businessman.

One day I realized the importance of the English language in the business world and started taking night classes.

I was able to communicate well with foreign customers after two years of English study. But I started to feel that, in the long run, having a limited knowledge of English was not enough to make my business successful. I knew that only a well- rounded education could guarantee my success in the future.

When I was eighteen, I had to make a decision to continue doing business or go back to school. There was one obstacle keeping me from getting an advanced education. I had only completed elementary school up to that point. I then went back to senior high school after four months of tutoring in different subjects. Being at school for the first time after so many years was somewhat embarrassing because my classmates were at least two or three years younger than I. I concluded that my age did not matter. The important thing was getting into college.

I took the College Entrance Exams. Although my math exam result was only one point below the required score. I never gave up hope. The following year, I took it again and received the highest score in my city. Achieving such an amazing result gave me encouragement and courage necessary to continue my education to the next step.

I am now in my second year of college and know that it is never too late to learn. My passion for studying and improving myself will never come to a halt as long as I continue to live.

大家是不是都知道新加坡的鱼尾狮?鱼尾狮是新加坡的标志，一共有三座鱼尾狮雕塑;这几座鱼尾狮都是由狮头和鱼身组成的。它们有一个在新加坡的市中心;有一个在新加坡最高的山上;还有一个在新加坡的圣陶沙。其中最好看、最令我难忘的还是圣陶沙的那座鱼尾狮。

5月5日的晚上，我们早早地就来到了圣陶沙公园，观赏这里的鱼尾狮，也在这里等候着音乐喷泉演出的开始。等了一段时间，演出终于开始了。首先出场的是一位“小丑”，他手拿指挥棒，很像一位指挥家。哎，还真没说错，他就是这场音乐喷泉演出的指挥家。他的手一摇，喷泉就跟着他的手型喷水;要是他两只手都在动，所有的喷泉都一起喷水，彩色的灯光照在喷泉上，五颜六色的水柱，真是好看极了!

在这场音乐喷泉演出里，音乐时高时低，时快时慢;有时是流行歌曲的节奏，有时是经典的古老歌曲的声调，真是好听极了!喷泉也随着这动听的音乐翩翩起舞了。

“哇”，此时，全场传来一阵惊讶声，原来是水幕电影开始了。我从小一直到现在从来没有看过水幕电影，这还是我第一次看呢!水幕电影就是把水喷成像一块屏幕，然后再把动画投影上去，这就叫水幕电影了。这场水幕电影里的主要人物是一只又淘气，又可爱的小猴子，叫“keykey”，它欢蹦乱跳的邀请了“小丑指挥家”去跟它一起玩，没想到的是，水幕电影里还真出现了“小丑指挥家”的样子，真是太神奇了!我知道是投影的，但是水为什么真的被溅起了呢?哎，搞不懂……

时间就这样不知不觉的过去了，这场精彩的演出在美妙、动听的音乐声中结束了。虽然这场音乐喷泉的表演时间很短，只有25分钟，但却给我留下了深刻的印象。

这个晚上让我非常难忘，它对我来说是非常的具有纪念意义，因为这是我第一次出国旅游，也是在这次新马旅游中过得最开心的一个晚上，还是我第一次在这美好的夜晚观看我出生以来从来没看过的水幕电影!

最后一次看银杏叶落下，落叶纷飞，带着一片一片的希望落在地上。 The last time I watched the ginkgo leaves falling down, the leaves were flying, and hopes fell to the ground with hope.

一次，和同学们上完体育课慢慢的上楼回教室。走廊上，不经意向外面看。看到了对面的银杏叶有些枯黄。心里泛起了些悲凉。最后一次的落叶到来的。那是属于我们的最后一次落叶。叶，飘落。一片又一片，轻轻的飞着，到最后落在地上，印证了一句“落叶归根”。或许当我们长大成人后，也会再次来到学校，看着第一次的落叶，或许，我们也会落叶归根吧。

熟悉教室

回顾教室四周，这的确是一个让我又爱又恨的地方。第一次的成功，第一次的失败，第一次的甜蜜，第一次的悲伤。都在这同一个熟悉的地方发生。这学期发生的所有事情，或许是我们在这个地方的最后一次了。

那一天，我突然觉悟了。补课，那又怎样，那是我和同窗三年的同学们在一起的最后时间了，即使补课，那也是幸福的。在这个教室中，自己定下的目标一次又一次达到，一次又一次的欢呼。那我们的最后一次目标，可以达到吗?或许最后一次，会在这有着灵气一般的教室里达到。至少我们都希望如此。

老师恩情

有一次，上数学课，听着听着，我想到了一些事情。转过头对同桌说：“其实老师好可怜的。”他不解的转过头来看我。“每一次都要和自己的学生分开，他们待学生如同自己的孩子一样，一生中要有多少次骨肉分离的痛。”他点点头。若有所思的低头看着书。那节课，我们都沉默了。看着老师的背影，再过不久，也许就是我们最后一次听课了。

课，依旧在上，属于他们的最后一次。

三年的第一次，三年的最后一次。初三虽然苦，但只要有一颗珍惜的心，发现那其实并不是苦，那是上天为了让我们五十九位同学能够刻骨铭心。让我们深深记住，在最后的几个月里，我们是互相帮助互相鼓励走过来的。最后，我只能说，我痛并快乐着。

You told me, "no pain, no gain." thanks a lot. I think its hard to say good bye because its kind of you for me. You taught me so much things which is helpful. Just like how to be a kind person and how to communicat with others. I only want to say how much i need you, i will never forget you.

How time flies! I have studied in my school for three years. And I will graduate from the middle school in a month. I am eager to share my happiness and sadness with you.

I had so many memories in three years’ life. One of them impressed me very much. When I began to learn English, I found it too difficult. No matter how hard I tried, I still couldn’t do well in it and almost gave it up. As soon as my English teacher found my problem, she had a talk with me about how to learn English well. Since then, she has kept helping me. Little by little, I’ve become interested in English and I’m good at it.

I think I am so lucky to become one of her students. I’ve learned a lot from her. I will try to help others when they are in trouble. I think it is a happy thing to help others.

六月未央，年华未央。转眼三年又过，匆匆而来，匆匆而去。 恍惚已经考完了中考，又恍惚已经开完了毕业典礼，总有一种虚幻感笼罩心头。昨晚开了谢师宴，很难表达出有什么感觉。少了几分离愁别绪，多了几分从容平静。只是那些嘻嘻哈哈打打闹闹的日子仍然历历在目，仿佛明天仍然要上学。那些同学仍然会在座位上等我，然后一起讨论一些很无聊的问题，吊儿郎当。同时也知道这些谎言很可笑，心底的难过还是一层一层的蔓延开来，腐蚀我表面掩饰的平静。那些紧张的青春，已经一去不复返。

也许会很怀念现在的初中时代，有过伤有过痛，也有过很多明媚的时光。我不是一个会记仇的人，我会忘了别人对我的不好，铭记别人对我的好。就象夏沫说的：‘‘不可能要求世上所有的人都是你的朋友，都是关爱你的人。珍惜对你好的人，其他的人，就随她们去吧。’

’ 很多事都在记忆的河中渐渐淹没，只剩下那些美好的事逆流而上，充斥着我的脑海。昨晚我坐在高品味的餐桌上，看着别人衣香鬓影、华服丽妆，笑靥如画，品尝着丰盛的夜宴，最后是安静的告别。静静的，心底某个地方仿佛破了一个洞，仿佛有什么东西正沙漏般渐渐逝去。昨晚听到JAY的歌很激动，其他人唱的歌好好听啊。但后来梁缘拉我去点歌的时候却要回家了，这个很遗憾。 昨天买了很多东西，大都送了同学，还有骆莹的纸星星没折好。昨晚回家失眠，便很无聊地折起星星来了。但折得很难看，超伤我自尊滴说。但听说星星晚上会发光，很梦幻的样子，希望她喜欢才好。

在这个假期，我会很努力地收拾自己，让那些人刮目相看去吧。哈哈“我想天道酬勤，总有一天我会好好地站在所有人面前，让那些放弃我的人都见鬼去吧。一直很讨厌现在的生存状态，我承认我整一个白痴少女年不更事的样儿，我想我也是时候转一下型了。到那时候，一定会很少人认识我把。

From the sixteenth of January to the seventh of February is our Winter Holiday. I think everybody did a lot of things in the Winter Holiday. But I didn’t. Let you to listen to my story of Winter Holiday.

I spend a lot of time on the homework.. Every day in my Winter Holiday, I always got up late. then I listened to the tape, it was nine o’clock. then I ate breakfast and then I did my homework during the daytime! I’m not very slow but the homework was too heavy!

I’m unlucky on the playing too. I played firecracker but I hurt my finger with the fire. I ‘m careless to kindle the firecracker, so I’m very unlucky.

I still unlucky on my friend’s party. In the morning, I wanted to get up early but I woke up at 10:50. After ten minutes, the party would start! So I only eat a piece of bread then I go to my friend’s home! And I stay at his home for a long time when I came home. My mother and father were very angry and they scolded me!

I’m worried and feel unlucky on my weigh. Last term, I was 48 kilogram but now I am 51 kilogram! I must to do banting!

But most important, I have gone to Shanghai Ocean Aquarium, I want to go there very much because I want to see the horse, the monkey……in the sea. Now I’ve done it . It is a bright dot in my Winter Holiday.

在逃去如飞的日子里，在千门万户的世界里我能做些什么呢?只有徘徊罢了，只有匆匆罢了;在八千多日的匆匆里，除了徘徊，又剩些什么呢?过去的日子如青烟，被微风吹散了，如薄雾，被初阳蒸融了;我留着些什么痕迹呢?我何曾留着像游丝的痕迹呢?我赤裸裸来到这世界，转眼间也将赤裸裸的回去罢?但不能平的，为什么偏要白白走这一遭啊?你聪明的，告诉我，我们的日子为什么一去不复返呢?

how to learn english well

First of all, reading is very important if we want to learn English well. When we are reading English articles we not only get to know a lot of English words and expressions, but also get a sound sense of English language (英语语感).

Then reciting english words is also necessary because without enough vocabulary we can not understand well.

Lastly, grammar is also improtant for us because if we dont know the basic knowledge about English grammar we may not understand the sentence structures. It will cause us a lot of problems.

Of course, we will also try hard to listen more and try to talk with people in English. In this way, we can learn English well.
