但是，好景不常有，好花不常开，我升上初三时，因为我表现优异因此受到直笛团指导老师的重视，想当然，竟然开始排挤我，把我置身在外，不让我和他们一起练习、不让我和他们一起聊天，结果，我的心态又像是回到了原点一样，我越来越害怕他们了。所以，当时的毕业典礼，我连哭都没哭。

一直到现在，我是毕业班的学生了，这次，直笛团的高中部学姐和我的相处情形，又让我有了新的改观。大家会和我一起开玩笑，和我一起嘻嘻哈哈，尤其是常常和我在一起的杨学姐。虽然他有点凶，但很关心我，在我肚子痛时会拿椅子给我坐，而且常和我一起聊天，使我的这个初三生活过的很快乐。

但是，时光的飞逝，这次的毕业典礼让我感触良多，因为和学姐们那快了的嘻哈笑声已不再有，我想告诉他们：谢谢你。

My teacher gave me an assignment "experience life" last week. I had been thinking how to finish it because I had never done any thing by myself before.

Mother was out today. It was a good chance to complete the assignment. Seeing the barrel was empty, I decided to fetch water from the well.

I took the empty barrel and went towards the well outside the yard. It snowed yesterday, so the alley was very slippery. A layer of thickice was frozen on the platform of the well. I was frightened by the sight, but I gathered my courage to walk towards it.

The alley was so slippery that I walked with difficultly. Suddenly, I slipped and fell down, water in the barrel totally poured down on the ground. I stepped on the platform carefully. After standing steadily and squatting down slowly, I hooked the barrel at the end of the rope and put the rope down slowly. I made an effort to drag the barrel up after it was filled with water. I was very careful because it was easy to slip and fall. Then, I carried the barrel of water and returned to my house. My figners were frozen stiff. I realized my effort was in vain. I hated myself.

I failed to finish the assignment but I did experience life through a trifle which seemed easy but difficult to do well. Such was my first experience of life.

16) 时间如白驹过隙，从不为任何人停留。但是回忆里，有些风景不会随时间的流淌而消逝，有些面孔不会随时间的消磨而模糊，有些信念不会随时间的涤荡而褪色。苦闷和伤怀不是青春的主旋律，惟有奋斗和拼搏才是人生的咏叹调。

17) 忘不了大家认真细心的打扫教室，即便是窗缝中的浮土都擦得干干净净;忘不了运动场上，大家欢呼呐喊，跳跃着为运动员加油的情形;忘不了体育健儿不抛弃不放弃，摔倒了爬起来的顽强勇气;忘不了拔河比赛时大家一起用力，一屁股坐在地下时的忘我与快乐;忘不了一起开班会时，犯错误的同学声泪俱下的检讨以及那铮铮底的誓言;忘不了我们共同经营的温馨的家，和那一张张耀眼的奖状…

18) 这台阶有多高?我们不知道，但我们沉着地跨越，毅然地跨越，把那旧日的台阶留在身后。

大家上午好!

我是初三(1)班沈凯越同学的家长。今天，我非常荣幸地参加她的毕业盛典，并作为家长代表在此发言。此时此刻，我的心情和所有的家长一样，心中充满了激动和无限的感激!在这里，请允许我代表所有毕业生家长向为了孩子们健康成长而倾注了所有爱心、关心和热心的东湖中学领导、老师以及员工们致以最崇高的敬意和衷心的感谢!你们辛苦了!

三年前，当我们义无反顾地把我们的孩子送入东中的时候，我们看中的是东中“管理更有效，教学更创新，德育更务实”的办学方向以及“抓好开头，精细过程，关注结果”的管理思路。我们看中的是东中独特的教学模式和丰富多彩的校园文化;我们看中的是东中老师丰富的教学经验、敬业精神和高尚的职业道德;我们看中的还有这如诗如画的美丽校园。我们相信，我们的孩子在这里学习，在这里生活，一定会很愉快，一定会很努力，也一定会很成功!

我们深深地感谢三年来给孩子们传道、授业、解惑的各科老师们，感谢的不仅是你们传授给他们良多知识，更要感谢的是三年来，你们培养了孩子们守时、守信、坚定、友善的品行，给予了他们严谨、认真、计划、思考的习惯，这才是孩子们一生受用不尽的宝贵财富!感谢你们为了每一个孩子的成长付出的汗水与泪水，感谢你们为每一个孩子的进步付出的牺牲与辛劳，真心的感谢每一位兢兢业业工作的任课教师与班主任们，谢谢你们!

我也感谢台下的孩子们，谢谢你们用坚忍的努力、不懈的拼搏对待学业，用健康、乐观、积极、坚强的态度对待生活，你们用自己全部的智慧和力量，诠释了“东中人”的价值。祝贺所有同学圆满完成了初中的学业，跨越了人生的又一重要的里程碑!孩子们，16岁，意味着你已经长大;初中毕业，意味着，你已经长大。作为家长，我们日夜盼着自己的孩子快点长大，又很怕孩子长大。孩子们，你们知道吗?那是一份牵挂。牵挂孩子不知道怎样让自己真正长大，牵挂孩子们不懂得如何面对自己的成长。牵挂孩子们，不懂得如何抓住机会，做最好的自己。牵挂孩子们，吃不了生活中的酸甜苦辣……

孩子们，进入高中只是万里长征中的第一步，前面还有很多的知识等着你们去汲取，还有更多做人的道理等着你们去领悟，机会总是属于时刻为它准备的人。不管你上的是哪类学校，只要你找准了自己的轨道，懂得怎样把握机会，不停努力，相信今后的日子里，你会更出色的!

最后，请允许我代表在座的爸爸妈妈们感谢在场的同学们，是你们让家庭充满了希望和欢乐，爸爸妈妈永远爱你们，做你们生活、学习的后盾，相信你们都是最棒的!

In current society, people have known the importance of keeping healthy and good life habit. In the past, people ate three meals at home, and they ate more vegetables and less meat and fish. They were very strong and seldom went to see doctors.

Now life is better, people eat more meat, fish, eggs and other food with more fat. They often go out for good meals with their families and friends. But they get easy to be ill, Why?

I think more meat and fish, less exercise are bad for health. Good rest, less meat and fish, more vegetables and enough exercise are good for health. So I exercise every day. My eating habits are pretty good. I eat a lot of vegetables. I eat fruit and drink milk every day. I drink a cup of water 15 minutes before each meal and eat much vegetables and fruit. Of course, I love junk food, too, and I eat it once a week. And I sleep nine hours every day.

The better we get into good eating habits, the happier our life becomes

With the deepening of reform and opening-up of our country, many people dream of going abroad for further study. They insist that the modern research facilities, world famous professors and excellent environment in those foreign colleges can help lay a perfect foundation for their future development.

However, there are still many people who favor studying at home. They argue that studying abroad is too expensive and doesnt pay. They also point out that there are no language and cultural barriers if they study at home.

Both opinions are acceptable in some sense. If students have the chance and financial resources, they should seize the opportunity to study abroad and broaden their eyes. On the other hand, if conditions dont permit, they can pursue their studies in top universities at home. What counts is not the place where you study, but the desire to learn.

随着我国改革开放的加深，很多人梦想着出国深造。他们认为国外大学的先进研究设备，闻名世界的教授以及优越的环境能够帮助他们为未来的发展打下完美的基础。

然而，仍然有很多人赞成在国内学习。他们认为出国留学太贵了，付不起费用。他们还指出如果他们在国内学习就不会存在语言和文化障碍。

从某种意义上说着两种观点都可以接受。如果学生拥有机会和经济来源，他们应该抓住机会出国留学，开阔他们的视野。另一方面，如果条件不允许，他们可以在国内顶级大学追求学业。重要的不是你在哪个地方学习而是你学习的渴望。
