Sports do us good in many respects. It goes without saying that taking

exercises can build up our physical strength. In collective sports like

In my 18 years of life, there have been many things. University days are the best part of them. I can never forget the days when I stepped into my university. I was impressed by its garden-like campus, its enthusiastic students and especially its learning atmosphere. I at once fell in love with it.

After the arduous military training, I get absolutely absorbed in my studies. The classes given by the teachers are excellent. They provide us with information not only from our textbooks but from many other sources as well. They easily arouse my insatiable desire to take in as much as I can.

来过我家的同学都说我家好大啊，确实，我家很大，因为这边外来务工人员比较多，他们需要住房子，我们就把大部分房子租给他们住。

一走进大门就是我家的小院子，平常做好作业，我都会跟楼下的姐姐们一起跳绳，踢毽子，玩游戏等等。

院子右边大门进去就是我们吃饭的地方，旁边的楼梯上二楼，就是我们一家人最温馨的地方了。一走进客厅的门，映入眼帘的是一台古筝，古筝课一星期上一次课，在家做好作业每天妈妈会叫我练习几遍。客厅里还有一台非常大的电视和沙发，墙壁上贴了好多我从幼儿园到三年级的奖状。

接下来带你们走进我的卧室，靠门旁边是一排衣柜，衣柜旁边是一张单人沙发，再旁边就是我又大又软的大床了，床上面挂了一幅小女孩的十字绣，是我妈妈帮我绣的。我的大床旁边是我的写字台，写字台上面整齐的放着我的课外书，只要一有空，我就会捧着一本书坐在床上津津有味的看起来，经常会被书里的故事吸引进去，仿佛我就是那个主人公，课外书边上是一盏台灯，只要我做作业了，它都会陪着我，因为它不想让我感到孤单。旁边是我自己亲手做的笔筒。

毕业了，还是毕业了，仿佛昨日还是一个刚刚步入校园的小学生……

那天考完试后，我们都回班里了，同学们虽然有千万般的不舍，但还是笑意盈盈的写同学录，签名。我也拿了一个本让同学们签名，上面还写了一些毕业赠言，我记得最清楚的一句话是：祝福你，我亲爱的同学，我们的友谊虽不是海誓山盟的，但却是最真诚、最宝贵的。

有些同学则让老师写一些对自己的评语和以后人生道路上的建议。快要走了，可是我们却还是舍不得离开亲爱的校园，因为校园里有我们成长的脚步，有我们美好的回忆。就算六一班解散了，但是我们的心永远是连在一起的。

记得刚上学时，我一个人都不认识，是多么孤独啊，要不是雨雨主动和我做朋友，我也不可能会像现在这样开朗，外向。如果不是她，或许我还是一个唯唯诺诺，不爱说话的小姑娘呢!还有小拉，她虽是后来转过来的，但她也同样对我很好，我受伤时，她总是用她那甜甜的声音安慰我。

回家时，天上下起了蒙蒙细雨，雨水打在我的脸上，我却全然不知，心里总是酸酸的，想大哭一场。一想到我要离开小拉，雨雨，灵灵……我是多么的不舍啊!

不过，在以后的道路上，我一定会越来越坚强。

Leo Tolstoy once said, everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.

He is right. We always have great plans and dreams in our minds… too ready to achieve something grand thatChanges the world or benefits all of mankind .For example; we hate pollution and have made up our minds to find new energy sources that keep the environment clean. Yet we still litter on the ground. We complain about traffic jams, so we plan to build more highways to solve the problem, but it never occurs to us that our failure to follow traffic regulations is the leading cause of this situation. We are so concerned that the violence in the media has a bad impact on our children, we urge the government to set laws to protect them. But, do we, as adults, set a good example for our kids? We use nasty words and even spit on the ground in front of them, I dare to say, we harm more!

In my opinion, before we decide to change the world, we had better change ourselves first. As ordinary individuals, we do not have the power to change the world. But we can change our habit of littering, spitting, cussing, we can respect the environment around us, we must act as good models for our kids.

If each of us does all of these little things, all of us, millions and millions of individuals together, together we will be strong …strong enough to change our world!

So please, the next time you do something, think how your actions influence not only you, but those around you too, especially our children …and perhaps more importantly…our planet!

他说的很有道理，我们每个人都心怀伟大时志向，时刻准备去干一番能造福全人类的大事业。比如，我们痛恨环境污染，所以我们下定决心去开发新的更高效更干净的能源来保护我们的环境，但是同时我们却随手乱扔垃圾;我们抱怨大城市的交通堵塞，计划造更多的高速路来解决交通问题，但是我们从来没有想过，如果我们能遵守交通规则话，那么这一问题是不是可以得到很大得缓解呢?我们担心电视电影里面得暴力会对我们得孩子产生不良的影响，于是我们敦促政府通过立法来保护未成年人，但是我们这些大人又做得怎么样呢?我们为我们的下一代做好了表率吗?我们说粗话，甚至在孩子面前抽烟。不客气地说，我们对孩子的不良影响更多!

在我看来，在我们打算改变这个世界之前，我们最好先改变一下自己。作为一个普通人，我们其实没有改变这个世界的能力，但是我可以改变我们随地扔垃圾，随地吐痰的坏习惯， 我们应该学会去保护环境，我们应该为我们的孩子起好的表率作用。

如果我们每个人都能从小事起，那么千千万万个人力量汇聚在一起，那力量是强大的，足以改变这个世界。

朋友，当您在做某一件事情的时候，请您想一想，您的行为会对您周围的人产生怎样的影响， 因为，您的行为不单单影响到您自己，还有您周围的人，更重要的是我们的孩子…甚至我们的世界。

日月如梭，光阴似箭。今年中考离我们只有100天左右了，早春三月，初暖乍寒，可是双翼学校初三年级早已热情焕发，春意盎然了，有道是：“气可鼓而不可竭”。为了鼓舞士气，增强斗志，学校于3月2日晚上，精心策划召开了一次“06届迎中考百日誓师大会”，大会的主题是“团结拼搏，勇争第一”。近两个小致06届初三毕业班学生家长的一封信时的大会，一直在热烈、亢奋的气氛中进行着，这是一次激动人心的大会，这是一次鼓舞士气的大会，这是一次团结的大会、胜利的大会。

在大会上，校长陈金泉、副校长张宝纯分别对同学进行了热情洋溢的讲话。陈校长的要求和希望，张校长的“定位、反思、自信、亮剑”八字复习迎考策略，对同学们都具有很大的教育与启发。黄英杰老师的发言介绍了双翼初三毕业班全体教师是一个教书育人、为人师表、热爱学生、乐于奉献的团结奋进的集体，学生吴玉宇、何布什、王蓓嫄、朱至尚等四位同学的发言，表达了全体初三毕业班同学顽强拼搏、冲刺目标的决心。学生夏侗樑父亲语重心长地要求双翼学子要尊师重道，刻苦学习。校友罗佳星用自己的体会和感悟给学弟、学妹们鼓劲……最后，大会在全体初三同学们：“……苦战百日创佳绩，誓夺第一传捷报；双翼展翅齐媲美，扶摇直上万里高。”的铿锵有力的宣誓声中慢慢落下了帷幕。

希望各位家长能借学校“百日誓师大会”的东风，给您的孩子再添把力，“好风凭借力，送尔上青天”，并请您做到发下几点：

1、与您的孩子交流一下，全面仔细地了解他现在的思想动态，学习状况，并针对您孩子的实际，给予必要的帮助，送上“及时雨”。

2、“凡事预则立，不预则废”，请您帮助孩子安排好星期天的复习，做到适当的放松与必要的复习相结合，鼓励他们要“咬定青山不放松”。

3、“目标是引导人走向成功的内驱力”，学校从实际出发，对学生中考初步划分三个层次：第一层次考市重点，中考目标总分550分；第二层次考区重点，中考目标总分500分；第三层次考普通高中，中考目标总分450分。请鼓励您的孩子要“跳起来摘桃子”。

4、宁静致远“请给您孩子创建一个假日自学的良好环境，有条件的话，在中考百日复习阶段，每个星期天您也最好能在家，陪孩子复习。
