好不容易过完了一天，今天才刚上第一节课，就被化学老师领到实验室去了：“今天由你们自己来做关于氢氧化钠和硫酸铜……”化学老师一惯的声音响起，看，话音刚落，同学们就开始了实验。待到下课铃打响后，我们又纷纷进入了教室，准备着下一节数学课……不过，偶尔也会放松放松，这不，在那边宽阔的操场上，一些男同学正激烈地进行着篮球比赛呢！所以我不得不说初三是富有情趣的！

2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

A Sports Meeting

Yesterday our grade held a sports meeting.We have six classes in our grade. All the classes did very well.

In the Boys 100-metre race, I.Jn I.in from Class 2 won the first. At first, Zhang Lin from our class and I.in %ao from Class 1 were neck and neck. Lin Lin fell behind, but, finally he tried his best and came out first.

It’s about one and a half month away from the Chinese New Year, It is a festival celebrated by the Chinese people at the beginning of the lunar calendar year.

回想起以前、太多新生活扑面而来，新鲜而灿烂，热情而紧张。橙色的记忆里……生活是绿色的，青春拔节生长，旺盛得像正在生长的树，梦想也一点点接近现实。现在、生活变成蓝色。我们冷静了下来，明白自己离未来究竟有多远，并要为此做出选择。像有一层薄薄的灰色。在各种选择里彷徨，每一个人都忙忙碌碌，一切仿佛一首没写完的诗，匆匆开始就要匆匆告别。但那灰色里，却有记忆闪闪发亮。那些彩色的岁月，凝成水晶，在忙碌的日子里，它们是我们的资本，也是我们的慰藉。未来就像天空中一朵飘忽不定的云彩，而我们，从毕业这一天起，便开始了漫长的追逐云彩的旅程。明天是美好的，路途却可能是崎岖的，但无论如何，我们都有一份弥足珍贵的回忆，一种割舍不掉的友情，一段终身难忘的经历。

就这样毕业了，看着同学一个一个地拖着行李箱背对着宿舍隐隐约约地离去了，这样走了以后我们一起生活了初中就在这一刻结束了……曾几何时我蓦然发现自己不是很年轻了，真不知道过去的岁月怎么流逝那么快，在恍惚朦胧中度过了一年又一年，此时我在想，若在过些许年后自己的容颜将做如何改变，真的不敢去畅想。就这样时不时的在困顿自己想想曾经是那样值得我去留恋、那三年的时光也许是我人生安逸与充满遐想的日子。毕业了，自己的路，在何方?

我们即将步入新的生活，前面的路还很长很长，让我们更加珍惜今天所拥有的青春和友谊，用真情去浇灌友谊的花蕾。

我感谢、陪我一起度过初中生涯的同学们，感谢他们陪伴我一起给我的初中生涯划上一个圆满的句号。

日子就像旋转木马一样不停地转动，这里面我们充满了欢笑亦或充满了悲伤。曾试图寻找什么来冲淡所谓的回忆。有人说过时间可以冲淡一切，但我不信。难道友谊真的就不可以天长地久吗？难道所有的一切都会不复存在吗？所以，终究我还是没能找到。

我们犹如春天里盛开的百花，拥有自己最美的回忆。那些一起哭过笑过的画面被定格在了脑海里。时间过得很快，转眼间2009年已到，2010年还会远吗？朋友，我可以用这样一个称呼来叫你吗？因为我想让我们之间的距离能够拉近。

我很难想象我们分开以后的场面，我们是不是会相拥哭泣，还是会相视一笑，然后背道而驰。2010年，我们所向往的一年，我们取得辉煌成就的一年，在这一年里我们能够实现我们的梦想。

朋友，2010年我们一起毕业。毕业在那个充满炎热的夏季。2010年，我们各奔东西；2010年，我们挥洒所有的泪水；2010年，我们互诉所有的心声。在那一刻，我们肩上那些沉重的包袱将无条件的卸下。我们会拥有人生当中最轻松的时刻。

2010年我们一起毕业时我会笑。因为在这个奇妙的世界里让我遇见了你。我们一起共同努力了3年。最终实现着自己的梦想。在我最无助的时候是你帮助了我。你曾经对我说过：一切不好的都会幻化为动力，人只要向前看，没有什么不可能。我相信了你，我们成为了最好的朋友，所以以后不管我在什么地方，我都会记住你，想念你。

2010年我们一起毕业时我会哭。在那一刹那，成功之后的泪水会如雨而至。在那一瞬间，人生中最真挚的情感将呈现出来。离别时刻我们都无法用言语来描述，那些所经历的一切，那些我们想要说的语言，只有你我才懂。

分开以后，我想我们都会舍不得，但我们要知道，每一个人都是别人生命中的过客。只要有过美丽的往昔就够了。毕竟我们都在彼此的心里留下了痕迹，在彼此的心底扎了根。

时间犹如沙漏，一点点地流逝。所有的所有都奔向了2010年！
