随着时间无情的流逝，凤凰花开，毕业歌响彻云霄，接着是一滴滴眼泪落下。毕业典礼开始了。

回想起以前，在我加入直笛团之前，我总是对年纪比我大的人的人敬畏三分，因为只要我一调皮，他们就会对我使眼色，要不然就是对我破口大骂，因此，我总是尽量不接近他们。

直到初二年级，我加入了直笛团，里面都是大哥哥大姐姐，大家不会因为我调皮捣蛋而讨厌我，他们顶多只会说：“这次饶了你，下次就不能再这样了!”我和他们相处的很好，我们一起练直笛、一起聊天、一起打闹，我很快乐。从此，我对学长学姐们改观了。

为此，我代表学校对全体即将毕业的初三年级的同学提出三点希望：

1.有信心就会有成功

学习的道路上会有鲜花，但同时少不了曲折和坎坷。有成功就必然有失败，所以心中要时刻有一面明镜，对自己充满信心。当你在学习中取得点滴进步时，请你对自己说：“我真棒”；当你遇到挫折时，请暗示自己“不要泄气”；当你精力不够充沛时，请握紧拳头鼓励自己“嗨，加把劲！”。无论是喜是忧，绝不失去信心！

2.有思索就会有思路

“凡事预则立，不预则废。”正如巨匠爱迪生所言：“如果你没有明确的目的地，你很可能走不到你想去的地方，而一心向着自己目标前进的人，整个世界都会为他让路。”所以大家一定要提前为自己制定好努力目标，这样才能保证方向正确，所有的努力才不会白费！

3.有努力就会有收获。

学习如同登山，“无限风光在险峰”。学习的道路上没有平坦的大路可走，只有那些在崎岖的山路上不畏艰险、勇于攀登的人才能登上成功的顶峰。“不经一番寒彻骨，哪有梅花扑鼻香”。成功有时并不在你多聪明，而在于你超乎常人的努力，成功有时离我们很遥远，但也很多时候与我们仅仅隔着一道虚掩的门，只要大胆推门而入，成功将属于你们。

最后根据老师的经验，温馨提示各位准中考生：有了错误要时刻记住，这样才不会重蹈覆辙；有了机遇要马上抓住，这样才不会失去机会；有了困难要寻找对策，这样才能迎刃而解。

同学们，有一种记忆叫感动，有一种付出叫成功，有一种辉煌叫震撼!希望你们用追求、成功和辉煌感动所有关心你们的人!
