Huiji Temple is on the Foding Peak, so gets a name after that, Foding Peak Temple.
Bizarre rocks and queer cliffs can be seen everywhere. The most famous twenty are Qingtuo Rock, Rock of Two Tortoises Listening to Preaching, Rock of Buddhist Heaven on Sea, etc. Along the line where the mountain connects with the sea, many spectacular caves are very attractive. Chaoyin Cave and Fanyin Cave are the two top ones.

汉人于中元节放河灯，道士建醮祈祷，乃是汉族传统民俗，佛教与道教对这个节日的意义各有不同的解释，道教强调孝道;佛教则着重于为那些从阴间放出来的无主孤魂做“普渡”。
中元节的源头，应与中国古代流行的土地祭祖有关。据说天官生日在正月十五日，称上元节。其主要职责是为人间赐福。地官生日在七月十五日，称中元节。其主要职责是为人间赦罪。水官生日在十月十五日，称为万元节。其主要职责是为人间解厄。
中元节，在农历七月十五日，俗称七月半。传说该日地府放出全部鬼魂，民间普遍进行祭祀鬼魂的活动。凡有新丧的人家，例要上新坟，而一般在地方上都要祭孤魂野鬼，所以，它整个儿是以祀鬼为中心的节日，成了中国民间最大的鬼节。
七月原是小秋，有若干农作物成熟，民间按例要祀祖，用新米等祭供，向祖先报告秋成。宋孟元老《东京梦华录》卷一说：“中元前一日，即买练叶，享祀时铺衬桌面，又买麻谷巢儿，亦是系在桌子脚上，乃告先祖秋成之意。”七月小秋作物成熟，讲究孝道的中国人，例要向先祖报告，并且请老祖宗尝新，所以七月例行祭祀祖先。
传说地宫掌管地狱之门，中元节这一天地宫打开地狱之门，也是地狱开门之日，已故祖先可回家团圆，因此又是鬼节，所以民间要设道场，放馒头给孤魂野鬼吃，这一天要祭祖、上坟、点荷灯为亡者照回家之路。道观举行盛大法会祈福吉祥道场，内容是为死者的灵魂超度。
中元法事是为亡魂赦罪，但是绝对不能完全解除罪孽，只是减轻了一些，希望他们早日安息。在法事中，他们不单只超度亡魂，而且更为无主孤魂和那些为国捐躯，战死沙场的死难者施予救侪。而在法事中得的香油钱，主要是用作购买祭品之用。
按佛教典故，关于“盂兰节”的起源，有着以下一个典故：相传佛祖释迦牟尼在世时，收了十位徒儿，其中一位名叫目连的修行者，在得道之前父母已死，由于目连很挂念死去的母亲，就用了天眼通去察看母亲在地府生活的情况，原来他们已变成饿鬼，吃的、饮的都没有，境况堪怜。目连看了后觉得很心痛，于是就运用法力，将一些饭菜拿给母亲吃，可惜饭菜一送到口边，就立即化为火焰，目连看到这种情境后非常心痛，就将这个情况告诉释迦牟尼，佛祖教训他说，他的母亲在世时，种下了不少的罪孽，所以死后就堕入饿鬼道中，万劫不复，这孽障不是他一人能够化解的，必须集合众人的力量，于是目连就联同一众高僧，举行大型的祭拜仪式，以超渡一众的亡魂。后来，这个传说一直流传后世，逐渐形成一种民间习俗，每年到了农历七月中，人们都会宰鸡杀鸭，焚香烧衣，拜祭由地府出来的饿鬼，以化解其怨气，不致于遗害人间，久而久之，就形成了鬼节的风俗。

我国第一次纪念“三八”国际劳动妇女节是(不能用“始于”)1924年。当年，我国劳动妇女在中国共产党的领导下，于广州举行了"三八"国际劳动妇女节的纪念活动。
中华人民共和国成立之后，中央人民政府政务院于1949年12月通令全国，定3月8日为妇女节。
关于国际妇女节的起源，大多数的文字记载是这样的：美国芝加哥女工在1909年3月8日这一天为了争取政治、经济上的平等权利而举行了盛大的游行示威。第二年，在丹麦首都哥本哈根召开的第二届国际社会主义妇女代表大会上，克拉拉·蔡特金提议把这一天作为国际妇女的节日。于是，国际妇女节就诞生了。其实，国际妇女节的确立及其庆祝日期的选定，并不是简单地与某一具体的历史事件相关联。
3月8日 是三八妇女节，又称国际劳动妇女节、妇女节，是世界各国妇女争取和平、平等、发展的节日。关于三八妇女节的由来，有几种说法。
第一种说法：
1908年3月8日，1500名妇女在纽约市游行，要求缩短工作时间，提高劳动报酬，享有选举权，禁止使用童工，她们提出的口号是“面包和玫瑰”;面包象征经济保障，玫瑰象征较好的生活质量。五月，美国社会党决定以二月的最后一个星期日做为国内的妇女节。
1910年，德国社会学家蔡特金(Clara
Zetkin)建议为了纪念美国服装工人的罢工应设定一天当“国际妇女节”。该建议被在哥本哈根召开的国际妇女社会学家会议接受，但并未定出具体日期。
1917年，俄国妇女号召在 2月23日
罢工以要求“面包和和平”，抗议恶劣的工作环境和食物短缺。这天依据俄国使用的儒略历是当月的最后一个星期日，折合成欧洲广范使用的格里高历是 3月8日 。
1924年，中国共产党在广州召开了第一次“三八”节纪念大会。
1949年，我国中央人民政府做出决定，将 三月八日 定为妇女节，该日全国妇女放假半天，举行各种仪式纪念，庆祝活动。
1977年12月，联合国采纳了一项决议声明，联合国妇女权益日，根据各成员国的历史和传统，各成员国确定在一年的某一天，对联合国而言，国际妇女节定为
3月8日 ，且从1975年开始。
第二种说法：
1909年3月8日
，美国伊利诺斯州芝加哥市的女工和全国纺织、服装业的工人举行规模巨大的罢工和示威游行，要求增加工资、实行8小时工作制和获得选举权。这是历史上劳动妇女第一次有组织的群众斗争，充分显示了劳动妇女的力量。斗争得到全国乃至世界其他国家妇女群众的广泛同情和热烈响应，最后取得了胜利。
第一次世界大战前，战争的阴影笼罩着世界，帝国主义企图瓜分殖民地。1910年8月，在丹麦首都哥本哈根召开了国际社会主义者第二次妇女代表大会。出席会议的有17个国家的代表，会议讨论的主要问题是反对帝国主义扩军备战，保卫世界和平;同时还讨论了保护妇女儿童的权利，争取8小时工作制和妇女选举权问题。领导这次会议的著名德国社会主义革命家、杰出的共产主义战士克拉拉·蔡特金倡议，以每年的3月8日作为全世界妇女的斗争日，得到与会代表的一致拥护。从此以后，“三八”妇女节就成为世界妇女争取权利、争取解放的节日。1911年的
3月8日 为第一个国际劳动妇女节。
我国是1922年开始纪念"三八"节。中国妇女第一次群众性的纪念"三八"节活动是1924年在广州举行的。
1949年12月，中央人民政府政务院规定每年的 3月8日
为妇女节。联合国从1975年国际妇女年开始庆祝国际妇女节，确认普通妇女争取平等参与社会的传统。1977年大会通过了一项决议，每个国家按照自己的历史和民族传统习俗，选定一年中的某一天为联合国妇女权利和世界和平日。对联合国而言，国际妇女节定为
3月8日 。
第三种说法：
在第一种说法的基础多一件争取自身权利的事件：1857年3月8日，美国纽约的服装和纺织女工举行了一次抗议，反对非人道的工作环境，12小时工作制和低薪，游行者被警察围攻并被驱散，两年以后，又是在三月，这些妇女组织了第一个工会。
不管事件过程到底是怎样的，我们都可以看出一个世纪以来，各国妇女为争取自身的权利做出了不懈的斗争和努力。历史告诉我们，这一天得来不易。
