妈妈是一名国家干部。兄妹六个，外公家并不富裕，她没上过高中，十七岁那年就在县城的一个工厂里当了工人。妈妈工作很出色，多次被评为劳动模范。一边工作，一边学习，她还通过了成人自修考试。后来，妈妈光荣地被录用为正式干部。

妈妈自小身体虚弱，一直多病，生活很辛苦。那时，爸爸在乡镇当领导，工作很忙，交通条件差，离家又远。我妈妈既要照顾姐姐上小学，还要帮助爷爷奶奶和外公外婆打理一些家务，自己的工作又脱不开身。妈妈对我说：“工作和生活虽然有点累，但日子过的很充实。”

这几年，妈妈终于摆脱了病魔的困扰，但她生活过的并不轻松。爸爸的工作调到了外县，我和姐姐又在太原上学，家里的老人年龄都大了。她回老家要看望老人，跑太原要照顾我和姐姐，平常在离石还要料理爸爸的生活。自己只好请假，为全家人服务。每当我看到妈妈东奔西跑的样子，哎!我的妈妈好辛苦啊!

去年放寒假，妈妈没来接我，我真不知道发生了什么事?后来爸爸告诉我，妈妈做了个小手术。我和爸爸急急忙忙赶回离石，一路上我的心都快要往出跳了。当我拿着奖状走到妈妈的病床前时，两眼饱含的泪水一下子涌了出来，不知想跟妈妈说什么好!妈妈看着我，掉着眼泪，把我紧紧地抱在怀里，用她那勤劳的双手抚摸着我。

篇一：帮妈妈捶背

今天，妈妈一下班回家，就累得坐在了沙发上，嘴里不住地说：“累死我了，累死我了……”

我见此情景，心想：老师不是让我们帮妈妈做点事吗？这倒是个好机会，我就帮妈妈捶捶背吧！想到这儿，我便走到妈妈跟前，对妈妈说：“妈妈，让我来帮你捶捶背吧！”妈妈听了，对我说：“真是个好孩子！”

妈妈搬了个小板凳坐到我前面，我用小手“嗒吧嗒吧”地在妈妈肩上跳跃起来，仔细听听，还挺有节奏。只见妈妈不时地长舒一口气，好像在喷吐身体中的废气，又像是一位正抽着烟的老大爷，在那儿吞云吐雾呢！

小手在妈妈肩上已经跳跃很长时间了，看到妈妈从未像今天这洋舒服过，我心中无比高兴。这时，妈妈皱了一下眉头，说：“对，就是这里”我不断地往同一个穴位上击打，妈妈有时皱眉头，有时长舒一口气，有时还拍拍我的手。那一刻，我浑身感到无比温暖。

过了一会儿，妈妈说：“累不累？要累就别再捶了。”我说：“哪能累呢？要不，我给你削个梨吃吧！”以前，都是妈妈给我削梨吃，今天轮到我给妈妈削，觉得削梨是那么难。

妈妈见我削梨那麽难，多次要帮我，但为了我的面子，我都拒绝了。最后，我终于将梨削好了，只是显得比原来小了许多。可妈妈吃起来依然带着微笑。

篇二：帮妈妈捶背

今天妈妈回到家里，就累得腰酸背痛了。我赶紧跑过去，想帮妈妈捶捶背。

我先让妈妈在沙发上坐端正了，像个小学生一样。妈妈很听话，好奇地看着我。我从外公的抽屉里拿出一把长长的“老头乐”，飞快地向妈妈冲去。妈妈吓了一大跳，“噌”地蹦了起来，问道：“你拿着捶子，想要干什么？”我举起捶子，在妈妈面前晃了晃，笑着说：“妈妈，这哪是捶子呀，这是“老头乐”。你累了，我要给你捶背。”妈妈听了，放心地坐了下来，笑着对我说：“那就捶吧！”

得到命令，我认真地干了起来。我轻声地问妈妈：“你哪里疼？”妈妈揉揉自己的腰，说：“这儿疼。”我弯下腰，抡起大捶子，奋力地向妈妈的腰砸去。妈妈皱起眉头，大叫道：“哎呦，更疼了！”我吓得躲到一边，不好意思地说：“对不起，妈妈！”接着，我轻轻地拎起小捶子，小心地碰了一下腰。妈妈尴尬地说：“没感觉，没感觉。”我火了，气愤地说：“我就不信我敲不好这个腰！”于是，我再次拿起“老头乐”，不轻不重地敲在妈妈的腰上。这回，妈妈终于满意了，闭上眼睛，很享受地说：“真舒服呀！”“哒哒哒，哒哒哒。”屋里响起了不紧不慢的捶背声，还有我和妈妈时起时落的欢笑声。这声音悦耳动听，仿佛在唱着一首欢快的抒情小调。

篇三：帮妈妈捶背

明天就是五月第二个星期天，是母亲节。妈妈整天为我任劳任怨，根本没时间休息，让我度过了十年快乐的时光，我今天也来为妈妈做件事吧！

晚上，我吃完了饭，已经七点多了，妈妈按照惯例，洗刷完后到操场散步了，回来后，快八点半了。妈妈换了衣服，走进卫卫间，洗起了衣服。现在虽然是大热天，但也还是有习习凉风从窗户外刮入，妈妈将她已有皱纹的手放入冷水中，不断地搓洗我那件白衬衣，手被洗衣粉侵蚀着，我想那滋味可不好受。

我年见这一切，不禁热泪盈眶。我将妈妈拉出洗手间，坐在沙发上，说：“妈妈，您太劳累了，看回儿电视吧！”我将电视打开，播到妈妈喜欢看的电视剧[北方有佳人]，并趁妈妈不在意时，将手轻轻放在了妈妈的肩上，适当地用劲捏按，而且不断的轻轻敲打着妈妈的背。

妈妈觉察出来了，抓住我的手，让我坐了下来。透过灯光，我看见妈妈的头发白了几根，我真想给它拔下来。可这却丝豪抹不掉妈妈脸上灿烂的笑容，眼睛里流露出的慈祥。妈妈慢慢回过头，和蔼地说：“好了，乖乖，可以拉，你去玩吧！”我还是执著地捶着，妈妈也把身子扭过来配合我，还不时说：“这孩子真是长大了，女儿真是妈妈的贴心小棉袄啊！”说完又拍了拍我手。

妈妈养育我十年了，为我付出了多少心血啊，而我只是给妈妈捶捶背，她就感动至极。妈妈我以后要为您做更多！

星期一的晚上，我刚吃完晚饭，脑袋瓜子里冒出了一个想法：妈妈一天到晚工作，一定很劳累，不如给妈妈捶捶背，让她开心开心。

说干就干，我端来一只小椅子，让妈妈坐下，妈妈疑惑地问：“咦，你干什么呀？”“给您捶背呀！”我笑眯眯地说。说着，就干了起来，我先给妈妈捏肩膀，两只小手抓着肩膀，一上一下地按摩着，妈妈乐呵呵地说：“你力气真小。”我听了，攥起小拳头，用力向妈妈的背部捶去，没想到妈妈没说疼，，而是对我说：“真舒服！”听了夸奖，我干得更卖力了，两个小拳头不停地捶着，妈妈笑得更灿烂了，嘴里还不时喃喃地说：“孩子长大了！”时间一分一秒地过去了，我的手捶得再也伸不起来了，那时，我才真正体会到什么叫累。捶了一会儿，我一屁股坐下来，想休息一下，妈妈转过身，把我搂在怀里，亲切地说：“宝贝，谢谢你给我捶背，以后你也给奶奶捶捶背吧，她一定会高兴地！”“好呀”。我爽快地答应了。

妈妈,是我们最亲最爱的人，从我们“呱呱”落地的那一刻开始，便给予我们无微不至的关爱。我们在母亲的陪伴下愉快的成长，在感恩节这天，我决定给妈妈一个惊喜，为妈妈捶背。

晚上，吃完饭后，妈妈一如既往地收拾着餐桌。等妈妈从厨房走出来，我一把拉过妈妈，请她坐在沙发上。“妈妈，你辛苦了一天，我来帮你捶捶背吧。”“你，你能行吗？”妈妈吃惊不已的问道。“怎么不行，‘香九龄，能温席’，小黄香九岁就能帮父母做力所能及的事，何况我已经十二岁了。”我自信的说道。

我握起小拳头，为妈妈捶了起来。一下，两下，三下，妈妈也随着我的节奏晃动起来，“不错嘛，真有两下子。”妈妈赞叹道。听到妈妈的赞赏，我像喝了蜜一样，甜滋滋的。我又换了种方式，为妈妈捶背。我把手搭在妈妈的肩上，为妈妈捏了起来。我看看妈妈，她正闭上双眼享受着，妈妈的眼角边有一些细纹。

看着这一道道细纹，我不由想到，妈妈无微不至的照料我，为我操碎了心，这些细纹不都是因为这样而爬上妈妈的脸吗？在我生病时，妈妈不分日夜的陪伴我；在我失意时，妈妈给予我鼓励；在我伤心时，妈妈给予我安慰。想到这，我的眼眶有些湿润，泪珠顺着脸颊无声地滑落下来。我抬起手来，拭去泪珠。“怎么了孩子，累了就别捶了。”妈妈转过身，看着我渗出汗水的额头，关切地问道。“不，不累。”说着，我加大了力度。妈妈的的疲惫一扫而光，脸上露出了欣慰的笑，看到妈妈灿烂的笑容，我也笑了。

那一刻，我决定了，用自己真挚的爱让妈妈永远微笑。
