她告诉我们写字前要先分清楚这个字是什么结构，是上下结构还是左右结构还是半包围结构，然后是要弄清楚先写那一部分，最后是她面带微笑地站在讲台上，慢慢的清晰地说着某一个字的笔顺“横”、“竖”、“撇”等，同时伸出右手食指示范着，我们全班同学也都学着老师的样子，用稚嫩的声音唱歌般整齐划一地喊着“横——”“竖——”“撇——”，脏脏的小手指在自己的眼前认真的比划着，表情虔诚，精神愉悦。那时的学习真是一种享受啊！

还记得有一次，学习了“特别”一词，马老师让我们造句，我们都不会。马老师就说：“去年这个时候，我‘二女’(就是她的二女儿)的老师告诉我，‘二女就用这个词造了个很好的句子。”说到这里，她有意的停顿了一下。这时 ，班上静极了。这不仅因为是马老师在班上唯一的一次表扬她的孩子，也因为我们这些平时从不看书的农村孩子(家里也根本无书可看，那时村上连电灯都没有更别说看电视了)太想知道那个小姑娘（马老师常提到她爱看书）究竟造出了个什么句子，竟能得到老师的赞扬。马老师就在大家的期待中说：“她造的句子是我们国家的人口特别多。”从那以后我就深深地记住了这个词。

那年很快就过去了，期末考试时我语文得了100分，这是我做梦也没想过的一个分数，让我对学习充满了信心；并且这不仅是我在整个小学阶段，也是我后来那么多年的上学经历中唯一的一个满分，怎么不叫人难忘呢?

现在回过头来想，马老师的教学之所以能够取得成功，很重要的一个因素是她爱学生，有耐心，知道如何让小学生学会写字的方法、掌握写字的规律，有效地调动了小学生学习的积极性。同今天各种各样的花样翻新的教学方法相比，她 的教学方法可能连个名字也没有，可谁又能轻视她及广大民办教师对当地教育的积极贡献呢？

不得不承认，这就是缘分，在茫茫人海，让我们遇见了他——我们的语文老师蒋沛。

还记得第一次看到他的时候，觉得他就是一名学生，一副精力旺盛、朝气蓬勃、学富五车的样子，这就把我们之间的距离拉近了不少。我也就认定他肯定是一位很称职、学识渊博的老师。

对于语文，蒋老师有着自己独到的见解，尤其注重书写规范、短文赏析和作文的提高。

每次上新课，在教课文之前，蒋老师都会让我们先熟悉一下这一课的生字词，反复强调它们的书写与读音，这一点是很合我的胃口的。接下来讲课文的时候，他会让我们自己先阅读两到三遍，然后在文中划出优美的句子，接着就让我们起来一个个地赏析，若有赏析不当或不到位的地方，老师就会再请同学补充，最后老师会把同学们说的观点集中起来跟我们总结。这样的上课方式我非常喜爱，这样不仅调节了课堂气氛，更增加了同学们的积极性和对语文的爱好。有很多老师都是喜欢自己跟同学们讲，偶尔要提问题了，才请同学起来回答。如果是这样，课堂就会变得很严肃，同学们也不会活跃起来，学生始终处于被动状态，就会很少开动脑筋，久而久之，还会害怕上语文课，这是非常不可取的。而通过蒋老师独特的教学，我对语文也兴趣倍增，在平时的课文赏析中，我就不知不觉地提高了短文阅读能力和写作水平。

蒋老师对作文是格外地看重。他每周都会布置一到两篇作文，每一篇，他都会认真批改，并在下一节语文课和我们分析，在潜移默化中，好作文的特点已印在我们的脑海中。在积累和写作的过程中，他总是不断向我们补充写作的各种手法。诸如“修辞手法”、“表达方式”、“艺术手法”之类，都是他所传授的。

为了让我们增加课外知识，为了让我们规范书写，他提倡我们经常做些摘抄，不断丰富自己，增加肚子里的墨水。

正是因为他的谆谆教导，对作文，自己才会有一种说不清，道不明的缠绵情愫。

在蒋老师的带领下，课堂变成了我们的“乐园”，语文变成了我们喜爱的科目，作文不再那么枯燥无味……还有好多好多快乐的回忆。

我想，我们也许只是一片片叶子，而他就是大树，在他的呵护下，我们会踏上正确的人生轨道，迈开自己稚嫩的步伐，放飞理想，自由地飞翔。

我有一个班主任老师——张丽娜老师，她个子不高，梳着一个马尾辫。圆圆的脸庞上长着一双大大的眼睛，忽闪忽闪的，很是漂亮。她脾气和善，总是对我们笑咪咪的，我们班同学都很喜欢她。

她非常负责任，有一次我们学校组织亲子运动会，张老师感冒了，嗓子哑了，还坚持每天带我们进行亲子运动会的排练。在正式举办亲子运动会那天，她喉咙疼的厉害，还陪我们参加完运动会。

有一次，有个同学已经挨了老师批评，可能有些不服，就把笔摔在了地下，而且大摇大摆的去捡笔，顿时我们班里鸦雀无声，目不转睛的盯着他。但老师却不生气，心平气和的说：“笔是用来写字和绘画的，可不是用来当标枪的哦！”不仅化解了当时的窘境，也帮助了他改正了不尊敬老师的坏毛病。

刚上初中一年级，我的英语老师叫左明净。正如他的名字，一个清爽帅气的年轻男老师，皮肤很干净的白，给人的感觉他不应该是一个乡镇学校的老师，而应该是大城市学校的老师；听说他英语教的很好，还带过初三年级（那时我们学校只有初中部），所以轮到这一届教我们初一，别的年级都觉得我们很幸运。

左老师给人的感觉很亲切但又有一定的距离感，这可能跟他的气质有关系吧。他的身体不好。听说做了几次手术，什么病，我一直没弄清楚。可能那时年纪小，还没有把一件事情弄清楚的意识（那个年代的孩子比现在的同龄孩子要稚嫩的多）；只是觉得挺奇怪的，他看起来那么阳光，那么有精神，不像是有病的人。但他又确实有病。

初一的英语很简单，刚开始就是ABC等26个英语字母和一些简单的单词。现在说简单，但对于那时一个农村的孩子，从小到大从没听过一句英语的我来讲，可以说是在听天书，而且是每节课听得耳朵疼，为什么呢?因为必须注意听，才能听清楚老师的发音。太过紧张、太过用心，所以往往一节课下来，脑壳疼耳朵也疼。就这样，我还必须把老师的每个字母和单词的发音要写出汉语的相近音注明在旁边，再依葫芦画瓢的背熟，这样才能勉强跟上老师的进度。虽说那英语单词发音不是很标准，但至少在班上不会太落后。虽然左老师上课并不严肃，但我每次上英语课却紧张的很。

很快，就要英语单元小测验了，也就是写出26个英语字母和部分单词以及一些简单的句型。但是我还是紧张的要命，几个字母和单词翻过来颠过去的背，因为不知道老师要出什么样的题。我又不是那种很机灵很聪明的学生；真的到时候在班上得个倒数，那就太丢人了。

考试考完了，背上也紧张的汗湿了；自己虽说没找出什么错误，但还是很害怕考试结果。结果还是出来了，当老师念完成绩后，半天我还是云里雾里的，不知是真是假！因为我得了一百分，而且班上有六个一百分！过了一会儿等我清醒过来后，一想：唉！自己太过紧张太过当回事了，这不，有啥嘛，那么多人得了一百分，也没看到别的同学怎么样。于是我人生中的第一次英语考试就这样结束了。

左老师从这次考试后，对我这个学生似乎引起注意了；经常上课先提问我，还经常得到他的表扬和指点。有时我也奇怪班上那么多同学得了一百分老师也没怎么表扬他们呀，而我得了个一百分对于他来讲好像很不得了似的，有时我都觉得不好意思；因为我自己都觉得我并不是个很聪明而且英语也不是最好的学生。当然老师的鼓励也使我对英语更有了兴趣。

很快第一学期过去一半了，学校要召开一次总结大会，其中还有一项就是学校要选举部分学生代表上台发言讲讲学习心得。而我却被我的英语老师推荐上去了！当得知这一消息时，我吃惊得并害怕得求老师不要让我去。因为我真的觉得我没什么资格轮到我在全校师生面前发言，再者我又是一个胆子很小性格又很内向的女孩子，别说在全校大会上发言，就是在陌生人面前都不敢说话的人，叫我如何做这样的事。我求了左老师几次，老师却一如既往的鼓励我，丝毫没有要换我的意识。看来这次真的是要赶鸭子上架了。当然当我站在广场发言台上时，我的大脑一片空白，手中的发言稿颤抖着，我的声音如蚊子般哼哼了几分钟后，念完讲稿快速的跑下讲台，坐在位子上想：这回丢人丢大了，也给左老师丢面子了，心里委屈的想哭。然而我的老师依然没有因为我这次表现不佳而减少了对我学习上的鼓励。

就这样一学期也很快就过去了，我呢，也就在那年的春节随着我的父母举家迁往另一个省的另一个城市。因为小不懂事，因为没来得及，因为因为、、等等、等等我没有向我的同学和我的英语老师告一声别······

两个月后我收到一封来自家乡的信，那是我的一个很好的同班同学的信，信中告诉我离别后的一些事，还特别的告诉我：新学期开学的第一天，左老师没看到我去报名，就问她我怎么没去。当我的同学告诉他我走了，到另外一座城市去了时，左老师先是楞了一下，接着感到很失望的样子站了半天······

每想到此，我都有点遗憾，是啊！都没来得及和老师说声再见，真的该去和老师说句再见！

时间过得真快啊！十几二十几年就这样过去了，自从离开家乡后就再也没回去过了。家乡的人和事以及少年的记忆都已渐渐模糊了，而老师那亲切的笑容和那阳光的身影却永远的定格在我的记忆里，不知道现在老师还好吗？身体健康吗？

此生是否有缘再见呢？
