Nowadays, the world we live in is becoming more and more intolerable because of environmental destruction. Each day thousands of tons of gases come out of the exhausts of motor vehicles. Smoke from factories pollutes the air of industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside. Recently,haze weather has become a usual phenomenon here in large part of China. People are forced to wear the mask to avoid breathing poisonous air. 现在，脏水越来越多了。原本清澈见底的小河小溪变得又脏又臭，原本活蹦乱跳的小鱼也大批死去，时常看到水面上漂浮着死鱼，那是因为人们经常向这些小河小溪随意排放污水的缘故。根据专家检测，中国的水资源正在急速减少，不少水被污染，这是一个大难题。今年暑假，我乘坐盛世公主号邮轮去日本长崎玩，刚从上海港出发时，海水是黄色的而且浑浊不堪。经过两天两夜的航行，抵达了日本长崎的水域。这里的海竟然蓝的那么漂亮，让人感觉与之相比翡翠的颜色太浅，蓝宝石的颜色太深。放眼望去，蔚蓝色的大海和湛蓝色的天空连成了一条线，水天相接就像是一幅美丽的图画。马路上车辆不多，行人更是寥寥无几，街道两旁根本捡不到一个垃圾，地似乎被拖过一遍似的。接待我们的中国导游说：“之所以中国的鱼逐年减少，是因为国内渔民都用渔网捕鱼，一捕就是好几百条，而日本人是钓鱼，钓到小的还得放回去，只能钓大的不能钓小的。”这次旅游的见闻让我难以忘怀。

生活中的污染还不止水污染一种，更可怕的是大气层污染。由于汽车尾气过多和对树木进行大量砍伐，导致空气中的灰尘和尾气形成了雾霾。雾霾就像给阴沉的天空蒙上了一层灰黑的纱布，让你看不见远处的世界，空气中弥漫着一股奇怪的味道，人们出行还得带上口罩。

今年暑假，各小区都在紧急发布通告：登革热来了！这又是不好好保护环境惹的祸！这是一种花斑蚊传染病，通过蚊虫叮咬传播病毒。在夏天，花斑蚊喜欢在积水中产卵，一次可达四千颗。人们在草丛中随手乱丢瓶瓶罐罐、食品与物品的包装袋，下雨天这些垃圾容易积水。有些居民在楼道堆放杂物，在屋顶种菜养花，花盆托盘内的积水等都成了蚊虫孳生的温床。

污染环境，就是危害健康！保护环境，每个人都要行动起来！哪怕是一件微不足道的小事，也要尽自己的能力。现在，我洗碗时会把第二次洗碗的泔水用来擦饭桌、油烟机和灶台；而洗完脸的水呢，我会把它用来冲马桶；上下学接送，我让妈妈骑电动车，尽量少开车；去外面吃饭时不用一次性筷子，尽量少用餐巾纸，用自带手帕。每做一件这样的小事，我就想一想，环境是不是好了一点点呢？

几年后，这些果树都成了林，结出了累累硕果。在舅公的影响下，村里的好些人家也种起了果树，才有文章开头的情景。

舅公的故事很是让我感动，他让我明白了要保护水土，首先要保护好树木。因为树木能保持水土，净化空气。只有树木多了，空气才会更清新，大自然才会更美丽。只要我们大力植树造林，水土就不会流失。
