What is a good eating habit? In my opinion, a good eating habit is related

to eat healthily and regularly. To say it simply, Xiao Ming has breakfast about

7:30a.m. to 9:00a.m. every morning and lunch at noon. He also has dinner about

6:30p.m. to 7:30p.m in the evening. What he eats is healthy food, such as, meat,

vegetable, fruit, egg, milk and so on. He would not have some snacks for a meal.

Halloween

Halloween is an autumn holiday that Americans celebrate every year. It means "holy evening," and it comes every October 31, the evening before All Saints Day. However, it is not really a church holiday, it is a holiday for children mainly.

Every autumn, when the vegetables are ready to eat, children pick large orange pumpkins. Then they cut faces in the pumpkins and put a burning candle inside. It looks as if there were a person looking out of the pumpkin! These lights are called jack-o-lanterns, which means "Jack of the lantern".

The children also put on strange masks and frightening costumes every Halloween. Some children paint their faces to look like monsters. Then they carry boxes or bags from house to house. Reading “The Emperors New Clothes”, I had to let out a burst of laughter over his fool. “The Little Match Girl” couldnt keep me from crying for her misery. “Robinson Crusoe” took me into a strange world full of danger. And I was also deeply impressed by Helen Kellers patience and perseverance… Besides these, books also tell me other thing -how to be a man and how to tell the difference between right and wrong. In a word, good books can make me know what I didnt before. So I think of a good book as my best friend.

Ill never forget this famous saying,“Good books are best friends who never turn their backs upon us.”

Nowadays, more and more people realize the harm of smoking and the damage

it bring to the people around us. Considered the health of people themseves and

the one they care, many smokers try their best to give up smoking. When quiting

smoking, I have some suggestions. First of all, people should have strong will

on giving up smoking. Personal determination is the most important factor. When

feeling eager to smoke, people should think about the damage of smoking and the

people they love. And then they can strengthen their will not to smoke.

Secondly, sweep away all the cigarette around. They can’t find any cigarette

when they want to smoke. And then after a while, their wants for smoke will

reduce gradually. Last but not least, prepare some candies in the pocket, when

people want to smoke, eat candies instead. Hope every smoker succeed in the

end.

There are quite a lot since I was young, I like sports, they like the sparkling stars sky, how the number is countless. However, my favorite sport is climbing pole.

I like to climb the pole of the campaign, because when I was in kindergarten, I was one of the most naughty girl in our class, everybody calls me "drum". And I climb pole of the sport is also a lot of girls do not dare, dare only two girls and boys of the class, I am one of them, it makes me very proud.

I remember it was a sunny morning, I climb the pole and two boys game. Although I was a lot of trouble with boys than anything, but since I was young, I have a little afraid of heights, so the crawling crawling feeling more and more afraid of, have to despondently slipped. I low head say: "I... I... I lost!" In fact, my heart has one hundred defy spirit.

After school, I got home, he rushed to the front of the my backyard that rail, slowly began to practice. Unconsciously, I have already climbed to the top, I looked down, "ah... frighten to death me!" I never climb such a high place, the sweat from my face like soybean straight flowing downwards.

How can I get rid of my fear of heights problem? I sat on a swing hard thinking. The next day, I and the two boys in the kindergarten again launched a fierce climb bar game, after the match began, my good friends encouraged me to below, and my heart is like fifteen buckets to draw water so anxious. I also not to be outdone, finally I didnt live up to the expectations of good friends to me, I win, my good friends around me to applaud for me. The two boys have to throw in the towel.

Since then and I climbed to the bar. Climbing pole brings me health and brings joy, it is one of my favorite sports.

我从小就有许许多多喜欢的运动，它们像天上那闪闪发光的小星星，怎么数也数不清。但是，我最喜欢的一项运动就是爬杆。

我之所以喜欢爬杆这项运动，是因为我在上幼儿园的时候，我是我们班女生里最淘气的一个，大家都叫我“淘汽包”。而我爬杆这项运动也是很多女生不敢做的，全班只有两个女生敢和男生比，我就是其中一个，这让我很自豪。

我记得那是一个阳光明媚的早上，我和两个男生比赛爬杆。虽然我是个淘气包什么都敢跟男生比，但是我从小就有点恐高，所以爬着爬着感觉越来越怕，只好灰溜溜地滑了下来。我低着头说：“我……我……我输了!”其实我的心里有一百个的不服气。

放学后，我一回到家，就冲到我家后院那根栏杆前，开始慢慢地练习。不知不觉地，我已经爬到了最高处，我一往下看，“啊……吓死我啦!”我从没有爬过这么高的地方，大豆般的汗珠从我的脸颊直往下流。

怎么才能去掉我恐高的毛病呢?我坐在秋千上闷头苦想着。这时，爸爸过来问我怎么了，我把事情的经过讲给爸爸听，爸爸告诉说：“只要身体保持平衡，不要向下看，你就不会害怕了。”我按爸爸的话一次又地尝试着，可是我每次都会情不自禁地滑下来，我回想爸爸跟我讲的话，把眼睛闭着，身体保持平衡，我又试了几次，哦……我成功了，我从栏杆下来后，好开心!我第一时间把这个好消息告诉爸爸。

第二天，我和那两个男生又在幼儿园展开了一场激烈的爬杆比赛，比赛开始后，我的好朋友都在下面鼓励我，而我的心里却像十五个吊桶打水七上八下。两个男生猴子似的往上爬，可他们都没能爬到最高点。我也不甘示弱，终于我没有辜负好朋友们对我的期望，我赢了，我的好朋友都围着我为我喝彩。两个男生也只好认输。

从那以后我和爬杆结下了不解之缘。爬杆给我带来了健康，带来了快乐，它是我最喜欢的一种运动。

一年一度的校运会又开始了！

早上8点钟，校春季运动会正式开幕了。这次的开幕式能够说是十分隆重。走在最前端的是举着鲜红国旗的国旗手，后面是鼓号队，再后面是一片五颜六色的旗帜和漂亮的鲜花，走在最终面的是各个班的运动员们，阵容十分强大，把整个200米的跑道都占满了。我作为鼓号队中的一员，既紧张又兴奋，为了在运动会的开幕式上演奏，我们已经训练近两个星期了，今日，就是我们一展身手的时候了！

当学校晋主任致完开幕词时，喊一声：“鼓号齐鸣！”我们便在指挥的带领下，围着操场慢慢的走着。我们敲锣打鼓的在操场上走了两圈，最终停在操场中央。接下来，由我们班的任珉同学代表全体运动员演讲，她讲的十分真诚，震撼人心。随着晋主任的一声：“春季运动会此刻正式开始！”激烈的比赛从此拉开了帷幕。

这次春季运动会的比赛项目繁多，有：60米，100米，200米，400米，800米，4×200米接力跑，跳高，跳远，垒球等项目，我们班选了10名体育最强的同学参加比赛。当运动员将要上场时，我们都会前去鼓励，当枪响的那一刻，台下爆发出热烈的欢呼声，呐喊声。当运动员像风似的冲过主席台时，我也会为我们班的同学加油呐喊，是他充满力量，向终点冲去。

有时，同学并没有取得优异的成绩，或是在比赛中受伤，可是，我们并不责怪他，而是去安慰他。因为，有欢笑，有汗水，有泪水的才是真正的运动会。没有取得优异的成绩并不可悲，主要的是你拼博了，你努力了。经过一天的比赛，我们班取得了一个个优异的成绩：600米赛跑第一名，100米赛跑第一名，200米赛跑第一名，400米、4×200米接力跑第一名，跳远第一名……
