贾里十分热爱运动，而我们也应该向他学习这种精神，因为俗话说得好：“生命在于运动”嘛，只要运动就能锻炼我们的身体，使我们有健康的身体，健壮的体魄。就比如说，我，因为我没有长时间的锻炼，所以每到体育课跑步都腿酸、腿疼，有时酸的动都懒得动了。每天早上与傍晚，我都能看见我家对面广场上老年人在跑步，年轻人在随着音乐跳舞，看啊——他们多么的热爱运动啊，所以他们才会有健康的身体，不像我，总是生病，一会儿感冒，一会儿又咳嗽，时不时还会拉肚子，喉咙疼呢。看来要想不生病，就得多运动。

由此，我越发的觉得现在运动的人很少，很多人都是因为学习或工作的安排，所导致的空闲时间不够，也就是运动的时间不够，使人不能很好地得到锻炼，使人没有健壮的体魄去迎接新的挑战。让我们学习贾里，学习他那热爱运动的精神，是我们不再为生病而烦恼。

生命在于运动，因为运动有益健康，运动使人快乐。健康的运动也有许多学问。你知道吗？步行、打羽毛球、游泳、跳舞等都是健康的运动。傍晚是最佳运动时间，每次运动一小时最合适。

我最喜欢的是游泳，因为它带给我欢乐与健康。最初，我并不喜欢游泳，不敢下水，怕被水沧着。可当我看见别人在水中畅泳时，我是多么的激动，我决心好好学游泳。从那以后，我鼓起勇气，坚持学游泳。

每当我在水里时，我感受到像鱼儿的自由自在，心情很放松，免疫力也提高了，身体比以前好多了。

Music is the important part of my life. The world needs music to amuse

peoples life. As they live in the fast pace, music can bring them the great joy

and relax. Since I was very small, I fell in love with music and every time when

I heard music, my body would move and feel relaxed. The function of music is

various.

There is a famous song, which called let the music heal your soul. A lot of

young people have their favorite singers. When they see their idols face to

face, they would say thank you to the singers, because their songs inspire these

young people to move on in the dark days. The songs deliver positive messages to

the public and inspire them to never give up.

Listening to the music is the main way for the young people to release

their pressure. Every day before I sleep, I will listen to the light music,

which helps me to take relax and make me sleep well. The reason why so many

people like to KTV after their work lies in releasing pressure. They need to

shout and then forget about the annoyance.

Music is favored by everyone and it is the indispensable part of our

life.

When it comes to honesty, quite a lot of people believe it is essential to

a person’s character and success.

They base their idea on the following reasons: on one hand, successful

business owes much to mutual trust; on another hand, great people in history

such as Abraham Lincoln andGeorge Washington set us good examples of being

honest, they are great because they are honest.

Their reasons run as following: to begin with, cheating on exams is

becoming more and more popular; in addition, some singers and movie stars cheat

on taxes; last but not the least, if you are not careful enough, you’ll buy some

defective goods and fake products.

It is high time we emphasized and encouraged honesty. We can take effective

measures to restore it.

For example, kids should be taught to tell truth, strict rules and

regulations should be carried out to stop cheatings on exams and taxes, etc.

Sunflower is a kind of beautiful flower. It has golden color and a round face. It looks like the sun， that is why people call it sunflower. Besides， it looks like a warm smile， too. When you look at it， it seems smile to you. It can bring warm to people. So， I like sunflower very much. During the day， its face turns to the sun all the time. When autumn comes， it is ripe. Therefore， we can eat its seeds. They are very delicious.向日葵是一种美丽的花。它有着灿灿的金色和圆圆的脸蛋，看上去很像太阳，这就是为什么人们叫它向日葵。而且，它看起来像一个温暖的笑脸。当你看着它的时候，它好像在对你微笑。它能够给人们带来温暖。所以，我很喜欢向日葵。白天，它总是面向太阳。秋天来了，它就成熟了。因此，我们可以吃它的种子，它的种子很好吃。
