Last month we had a sports meeting. Though the weather wasnt very fine that day, the students were all very excited and the whole school was alive.

我们是风华正茂的中学生，我们应该有勇气去拼搏。作为当代的天之骄子，应如诸葛亮所说：“志当存高远”。要用坚定不移的信念照亮光明美好的未来。因为青春，我们不只是会写晦涩难辨的火星文，也不只是会构思童话世界里遥不可及的城堡。我们是有理想有目标的90后。而那些没有目标的人生就像是没有船舵的航船，随波逐流，就像没有方向盘的列车，四处乱撞。它即使一路驶来，也只会和坎坷，泥泞为伴，也只会与蓁蓁荆棘为伍。拥有目标便能笑看风云，让青春化作一团火，一朵花，让笑容与彩霞齐飞，让汗水与成功相伴。我们的脉搏将跳动着节奏，智慧必将弹奏最华丽的乐章。

勇气和理想要靠激情来延续，希望与梦想给予了我们生命的激情，也是追求快乐的源泉和动力。激情是划过天际的流星，璀璨了整个夜空，在短暂的炫目后留下是永恒的消逝，却足以打破时间的定律，永载史册，成就不朽。

再回首，身后的不只是那远古的辰光，还有我们流逝的青春。请拒绝平淡，告别无为。因为我们有青春，所以，在波涛汹涌的海潮中我们才能远航，让我们在蔚蓝的大海里激荡出青春生命中最美的浪花。

Many years ago, some scholars were strongly against the certification of

English test that was a must for a student to get the degree. So some colleges

canceled the rules. But recently, The Chinese first class university announced

that swimming skill is necessary for degree. It has been the hot issue, then

many people give their opinions.

On the one hand, some people are favorable of this regulation, because

swimming skill is really important. Most of the accidents happened in the river.

The swimming skill can protect them from dying. What’s more, foreign schools

take the swimming class as the regular lesson. So almost every foreign kid can

swim, which is the basic skill.

On the other hand, some people argue that even the student can’t swim, they

can’t be denied by lacking the swimming skill. They need the degree to find a

job. They are equipped with many skills and are capable of a lot of things.

Their ability has nothing to do with swimming skill.

I think that school should open the class for students to learn swimming

skill. If they fail, they still can make up by learning other lesson. The degree

can be got by many ways.

说到运动，很多人可能对此再熟悉不过了，但是真正了解运动，能够做到多运动的同学有多少呢?

那么今天我就要给大家来说一说这运动的好处。从小的来说，运动能使人强健体魄。

那就举游泳的例子来说吧。

游泳的好处就有很多，专家表示：人在水中运动时，各器官都参与其中，耗能多，血液循环也随之加快，以供给运动器官更多的营养物质。血液速度的加快，会增加心脏的负荷，使其跳动频率加快，收缩强而有力。经常游泳的人，心脏功能极好。

也就是说，游泳能够增强人的心肌功能。而且，游泳还能够增强抵抗力，加强肺部功能，护肤，要的是游泳能够减肥和健美体形。

我国伟大的领袖毛泽东小时候就特别喜欢这一项运动!据说：毛泽东在上学时，除了外出求学之外，每天都会去附近的池塘或河里游泳!在解放后，他也依然有这样的习惯!他最后的一次横渡长江，是他在73岁的时候。由此可见，仅游泳这一项运动就可以带给人这么多的好处!可见运动对人十分有益!

从大的来说，运动对国家的建设有是有决定性的作用!大家假设一下，如果我国的军人在入伍前都是一个个不接触过运动的人!身体素质甚至连平民都不如!那又如何称为军人?那又如何保卫祖国?那我们有如何能安稳的站在这儿呢?同学们啊!听到了这儿大家是否有一点什么感悟了呢?

希望大家能够多运动，强身健体，更是希望大家能够成为一个德智体美共同发展的学生!在不远的将来为祖国为社会做出属于自己的一点贡献!

今天，不像上课时需要过分认真，也不像晚睡时的懒散，因为今天是田径运动会。

清晨，我特意起了一个大早，高兴地去学校。到校后，最令我紧张的是800米，可我尝试让自己放松。真像《哈利.波特》里说的，有时你想让时间快起来，它就越来越慢，有时你想让时间慢下来，它就过得飞快。

转眼间，“男子800米，准备开始”的声音在我耳边回荡。我准备得很充分，跑步用的短裤在外裤里面，有一双跑步用的球鞋，一件短袖上面别着号码布，还有，我昨天晚上计算过了，记录保持者是47秒一圈，我最快是39秒一圈，这样算下来，一圈我比他快8秒，我要充分地利用这8秒才能超过记录保持者。我此时正在边温习这些数据边换下长裤，我有点紧张，但占上风的是激动，是高兴。

我跑向男子800米的准备区。

此刻，老师正在和我们分组，每班有三人，分成三排，每班放一个人进去。

“第一组跟我走，”老师走向跑道，我们跟着他。“比赛规则，前30米，不能抢道，在第三圈时会有枪声。”

我站上了跑道，想好了计划。发令枪响了，我开始第一步计划，我以全速冲了出去，抢好了一道，计划成功。第二步，突然放慢速度，让别人超过(有挡风作用)。好了，他超了。第三步，我紧随其后，不让别人超。好的，拦住一人，成功，可是还是让别人给超了，我不甘示弱，快点加了速。超过了，我看到了终点的线，冲啊，超过了一直领先的那位，冲过了终点。

我觉得我应该是名列前茅，所有没有多问，下了跑道走一走。一阵凉风吹来，把心中的紧张一股脑儿都带走了。我开始注意同学们，有的在读书，有点在座位上晒太阳，有的在互相说笑，还有的在玩卡牌。他们有的衣装普通，有的还没有脱下校服，还有的像模像样的打扮成运动员。我又开始听广播，“男子800米第一名，张家诚，第二名……”我高兴地跳起来，我真的没听错?我真的是“男子组800米”第一名?答案是：没错，我就是。

我太开心了，因为这是我第一次得到第一名，我下定决心下次要破记录，因为这次没有破记录，不过“人生在世不称意，明朝散发弄扁舟”告诉我，明天我又可以放松一下了。

其实有时候想一想，跑步是田径运动会中最好玩的项目，特别是800米，真的。
