一、现行作文教学现状分析

高考指挥棒的存在，影响着学校教学工作的开展，也对我们的高中语文作文教学形成一定的导向。因此，我们的高考作文指导中存在着一定的功利性、模式化的问题。

1.重视应试写作教学

高考考什么、命题侧重什么，我们就重点研究、学习并指导什么。2013年的《考试说明》中作文的典型例题，舍弃了江苏省之前的作文题型；于是我们的作文教学就围绕着新材料作文教授与讲练，力图给学生从审题立意、谋篇布局、语言运用、出彩创新等方面进行应试指导。这样，针对应试又出现了一些所谓的套路、方法。诚然，这能够帮助学生写出一定模样的作文，但是，写作是个人生活经历、情感体验的表达和抒发；我们教导学生都按照应试作文写作，定会出现同一面孔与腔调的作文。2013年江苏省高考全省语文作文均分在45分左右，得56分以上的寥寥无几；模式化写作、应试写作造成了学生写作水平的不断下降。

2.讲评练缺少主体性

学习应该是学生的自觉行为，但是在作文教学中，我们教师的“主体性”依旧。从布置作文，到修改讲评都是教师的事情。首先是带着学生分析作文，教给学生审题立意、选取素材，甚至先读几篇范文。之后，不管学生写出什么样的作文，我们都全批全改，有的还要面批。但是，多为剃头挑子一头热；学生没有主动性的发挥，没有自我提升写作的意识与渴望，作文写作还是没有什么进步。

因此，让学生主体性发挥的合作与修改作文，要比传统作文教学和批改方式有效的多，改变教师作文批阅既累且苦的状态，放手让学生合作修改；从而获得作文写作兴趣与修改能力，达到提高作文能力的目的。

二、合作修改活动的有效开展

调动学生作文积极性，提高作文能力，需要激发他们主体性的发挥。因此，让学生全面主体的参与作文教学活动，让他们在互改互评中合作提升。

1.有效分组，合作修改有效的前提

我们在教学中要重视分层教学，重视将不同能力层次的学生进行分组；让他们愉悦的合作，有兴趣的参与到互改互评的互动中。如在必修三“底层的光辉”学习之后，我们让学生以“谈善”为题进行一次作文。学生完成作文后，我先让他们分组，把自己的作文在小组内分享，相互间谈谈作文的得失。结果，交上作文之后，我看到有的学生的作文被小组成员修改了很多，有的却较多的溢美之词。于是，我将互改认真的学生分到一组，而将对别人作文不认真修改的几名学生单独编组；这样，让学生从思想上认识到合作修改的重要性。并借助“善”这个话题，让他们写写合作修改的意义，这样整个班得学生都认识到责任和义务，并参与到合作修改这一活动中。

当然，分组还要注意到将不同能力的学生分到一组，让他们能够在修改中获得提高，在讨论修改中认识到自己不足。

2.讲究策略，注重作文分项修改

学生们作文水平不高，可能是达成作文基础等级和发展等级能力上不足。因此，在合作修改中，我们没有必要让学生在一次合作修改中就面面俱到。()可以先从词句开始，让他们合作研读一篇作文的语言，让他们发挥团队的力量发现习作中的错别字、病句，探讨如何通过修改、润色让作文的语言精彩生动，富有表现力。如在以“信念”为题的写作修改中，我们让学生们修改文中的病句，如一位同学习作中写道： “每个人的心灵都有一处叫信念的高地，在那上面屹立着我们坚定地理想和追求，不管外界如何风吹雨打，只要默默地守护这高地，我们就是胜利者。”这句话，有学生认为“心灵”改成“心里”,或是“心灵深处”,而“守护”应该改为“守住”.当然，就这一段文字本身而言已经写得很好，我还让学生们分析这样的句子的好处。如此，我们的学生在合作修改中都能意识到尽可能的让自己的语言优美精准，有表现力。

可见，合作修改，能够集思广益，在集体力量发挥下推敲字词，揣摩结构，探讨情感。让他们讨论修改方法，力求让中等作文在修改之后，成为达到作文发展等级的要求。

另外，作文的修改需要一定的原则和方法，这是我们教师要教学生掌握和执行的。如对四不像作文直接否掉，立意情感出现严重偏差的不在修改之列，书写极不工整作文、写作态度不端正的，也没有必要合作修改。每次修改，先让组员们找出一篇可以修改的作文，让写的学生先自行修改，然后小组成员再进行研读和思考，找问题进行修改。当然，我们老师在讲评中要对小组合作修改成果进行评价，突出针对性的讲评，从而提升合作修改的价值和效果。
