摘 要：随着社会的发展和新课标的实施，传统的教学方式已不能适应当前人才培养的目标。从教学设计、课堂教学以及作业布置三个环节，论述了小学语文教师的创新教学以及对学生创新能力的培养。

关键词：新课标；小学语文；创新教学

创新能力是衡量高素质人才的重要指标。但创新能力不是一朝一夕能够形成的，应从小加以引导和培养。小学语文是基础教育的一门主要课程，在教学中激发学生的学习兴趣，培养学生的创新思维和创新能力是社会发展的需要，也是语文教学的内在需求。新课程标准明确提出教学要以学生为主体，培养学生自主、探究学习的能力。小学语文教师必须不断创新，改进教学方法，提高教学质量，为培养综合素质过硬的优秀人才打下坚实的基础。

一、注重以生为本，做好教学设计

1.教学目标要有层次性。每个学生都是独一无二的个体，教师要学会尊重差异。面对班级里几十个理解能力、学习能力不尽相同的学生，制定统一的教学目标显然不够合理。教师在制定教学目标时，应充分考虑学生的个体差异，制定具有层次性的教学目标。

2.立足教材，加强课内外联系。教材是教学的根本依据，离开教材的教学设计，就成了无根之木，无水之源，所以教师要充分挖掘教材、依托教材。居高方能临下，深入才能浅出，在分析教材的基础上，充分整合各项资源，建立与学生日常生活及课外活动的联系，激发学生的学习兴趣，引导学生的情感体验。

3.符合小学生的身心发展特点。一个优秀的教学设计必定建立在深入了解学生的基础上。小学生以感性思维为主，逻辑思维能力处在快速发展的阶段。教学设计应遵循学生的身心发展规律和特点，选择最优方案。超越学生理解能力和接受能力的设计，不仅达不到预期的教学效果，()还会给学生造成巨大的心理压力。

二、创设开放式教学情境，激发学生创新意识

1.鼓励学生质疑。亚里士多德曾经说过："思维是从疑问和惊奇开始的。"疑是思之始，学之端；发现问题是思维的起点，创新的前提。人类社会也正是在不断发现问题、解决问题的过程中得以发展的。长期的"一言堂"教学方式使学生丧失了质疑的能力，不会问也不敢问，被动接受无疑会造成课堂一潭死水。《义务教育语文课程标准》中明确指出："语文课程应该是开放的，具有创新活力的。"教师要允许学生质疑、鼓励学生质疑，保护学生的求知欲、好奇心，培养学生的创新思维。

2.教师学会放手。授之以鱼，不如授之以渔。在当前信息爆炸的时代，教会学生怎样学习，比教会学生某个知识点重要得多。新课程改革一直非常强调学生的主体地位，作为教学活动的组织者、引导者，教师要学会放手、敢于放手，充分相信学生，把探索的权利交还学生。如，阅读课文可以交给学生自学，以小组讨论等形式开展，充分调动学生的积极性，发挥学生的创造性，培养其团体合作精神和独立思考的能力。当然，放手不是放任自流，要把自主探究学习落到实处，离不开教师的有效指导。

三、优化作业设计，提升学生创新能力

1.作业内容要有差异性。传统作业布置采取一刀切方式，全班几十个学生面对内容相同、标准相同的作业。但因学生的学习能力存在客观差异，这样的作业不可避免会造成有的学生"不够吃",有的学生"吃不下",遏制了部分学生的能力发展，也给另一部分学生造成了沉重的课业负担。《义务教育语文课程标准》要求"尊重学生的个体差异，促进学生健康发展".教师在布置作业时要充分考虑学生的实际情况，制定具有层次性、差异性的作业，使每一个学生都能发挥自身的才智和特长，享受作业完成的过程，潜移默化地提升学生的创新能力。

2.作业形式要具多样性。传统的家庭作业大多以听、说、读、写的形式完成，注重知识获取，却忽略了综合素质的培养。家庭作业是对课堂所学知识的巩固，更是课堂教学的延伸和内化。培养具有创造力的人才，单凭在课堂上引导学生的创新意识是不够的，更需要在实践中提升学生的创新能力。教师在安排作业时，不仅要考虑内容的丰富，还要兼顾形式的多样。在巩固型作业的基础上，适当安排实践性作业，鼓励学生积极参加集体活动、社会活动，在实践中磨炼意志，擦出思维的火花。

3.作业评价秉承多元性。不同的作业内容、作业形式，自然要建立多元的评价标准。传统的以分数、等级为标准的评价体系已不适应新课改的要求，也不利于学生的健康发展。多元的评价方式必须要打破单一、僵化的评价标准，不仅重视知识学习，还要看到学生的学习态度、学习方法，整合各方，综合考量。

充分发挥学校的育人功能，使每一位学生都能得到全面、终身、个性化的发展，是新课程改革的精神内涵。自觉更新教学理念，不断完善教学环节，培养学生的创新思维，挖掘学生的创造潜能，作为小学语文教师，任重而道远。

“我”是学生自己最熟悉不过的了，其一举一动，一言一行，在一定的时间之内，应该非常清楚。因此刚进入习作阶段，就应该从“我”写起，写出自己亲身经历的事，写出自己的真实感受来。首先，写“我”所做。学生每天所做的事还是很多的，比如在学校做的事：学习，劳动，活动；在家里做的事：家务活，玩耍；在社区、路上，街道、野外等地做的事……有意义的事。其次，写“我”所见。“做”是自已的亲身参与，而“见”则是用眼观察到的事物及活动。每天，学生除自己做的事外，还会看见更多的事，比如，有人物的活动，有动物的活动，有景物的变化，有事物的发展……。再次，写“我”所想。人是有思维的动物，而且可以说，其思维无时不有。就学生来说，每天不知要想多少的事，虽然有些事很简单，很平常，也有的事很无聊，但总会有些事是有意义，有价值的。这样的话，学生觉得不难，写作文很快乐，很高兴，那我们就可以大大地让学生发挥他们的想象力。这样，学生的信心有了，对作文有兴趣了。让他们自己来写作文，

我认为要大力给每个学生的每篇作文“唱”赞歌。所以在每篇习作里，我千方百计找学生的闪光点，诚恳地表示肯定、赞扬。哪有学生不为自己创造出来的闪亮闪光的东西所感动的？连我也常常被自己找到作文中的闪光点而感动，比如在一篇描写小草的习作中，也许城里孩子大多会写一些赞美小草如何如何美的作文，而我的一个学生却是这样写的：“那些可恨的小草，无时无刻地插在爸爸的菜田中，那纵横交错的根爬满了爸爸的双手。”这样的语句，也只有经历了劳作的山里孩子才有的。

二、写更多的“他”，培养学生的信心；激荡思维，点燃创新的火花

学生是生活在群体中的，“我”之外，还有更多的“他”。在作文教学中，把学生的习作思路由“我”再引向“他”，那么，其可写的内容也就丰富了许多。其实，只要我们引导学生认真观察，人们都常常有自己喜欢的东西，比如，有的人总是整天都抱着书本，喜欢读书；有的人爱好穿着打扮，喜欢服装；有的人经常玩赏某个东西……而这些“物”都与“他”有着非常特殊的关系，只要我们爱人之所爱，想人之所想，那么，要写出“他”，也就得心应手了。

孩子的思维是纯朴简单的，而想象又是丰富多彩的，如一个月亮可以想象成圆盆、小船，同样也可以想象成香蕉、气球┈┈，记得在我教五年级时，我们班举行一次别开生面的野餐活动，同学都玩得挺高兴，回来后，我就要求学生写一篇作文，作文题目为《野餐》。在指导时，我也强调写自己感受最深的地方，要写真情实感。我想有这么好的材料，肯定能写出精彩的文章。可是，结果出乎我的意料，班上大部分同学都是写时间、地点、人物、事件，接着描写野餐的经过，最后高高兴兴回来。作文显得很平坦，没有一点感人之处。经过一夜的沉思，我终于找到了问题的结症，问题好象是自己在教学中指导不当，使学生的思维没有放开想象，所以我又采取别的指导方法。第二天，我对作文进行了讲评，再次指导学生写这次野餐活动，我采用拟题作文，一上课，我就激发学生介绍这次活动中感触最深的事。同学非常活跃，都急着想说自己感人的事，有的说“搭灶”，有的说“烧面条的方法”，有的说“我终于吃到自己亲手做的饭”┈┈我就趁热打铁，又耍出一招，你们用什么题目好呢？这样同学们又激动地说起来，取“高兴”、取“搭灶”、取“丰盛的午餐”、“老师笑了”┈┈。想不到，学生竞一连说了十几个题目，而且都说出自己取这个题目的理由。这次作文同学们写的特别顺，不但课堂气氛轻松，而且写的文章也是千姿百态，富有感染力，通过这两次作文的对比，使我感触很深：这样，由“命题作文”改为“拟题作文”，一字之差，却体现了不同的教学方法，让学生自己“拟题作文”较好地体现了学生主体的教学，让学生“写自己感受最深的事”，学生就会有自己的话可写，有自己有内容可写，作文就会生动活泼、千姿百态。在作文指导中，我们教师应该设计提问方法和引导，营造一个比较宽松的课堂作文氛围，提高学生的学习兴趣，调动学生的主动性，积极性，这样使学生在学习上的创新精神和实践能力得到发展，这也是我们当今教育的总趋势。

三、向“周围”发展，提升学生的水平，慎下禁令，忌以死板之“箍圈”框孩子的思维

学生的习作经过以上两方面的反复训练后，其作文基本功已经较强了，这时候，再向纵深发展，写周围更多的内容，那么，学生的习作水平就能得到进一步加强。第一、写周围的事物。在学生生活的周围，往往有许多的事物在不断地发展变化，引导学生平时观察好这些事物，抓住其发展的规律特征，然后再写成作文。比如，社会的发展，人们生活的变化，动植物的生长等等。第二、写周围的环境。我们熟悉的环境有：学校、家庭、社区……只要用心观察，就会有写之不尽的作文内容，更能培养我们热爱环境，保护环境的好品质。第三、写周围的景色。无论是白天晚上，还是春夏秋冬，也不管是刮风下雨，还是远山近水，都有不同的景色，也在不断地变化。写景色，关键要抓住其变化特点，才能栩栩如生，有血有肉。

总之，《语文课程标准》指出：“作文教学应做到，让学生易于动笔，乐于表达，而且要有创意地表达。”对于这一点，每位语文老师都在努力地尝试着。而作为农村小学的语文教师，要做到这一点，确实有一定的难度。因为农村小孩生活范围小，见识少，语言表达能力不强，由于众多因素的原因，他们写作时常觉得困难重重,作文教学是语文教师重要的教学内容之一，也是学生学好语文的关键之一。教无定法，各师专家各有技法，我一个普通的农村教师正在农村作文教学这块净土上不断地寻求，探索，以开辟出一片新天地，努力实现新的突破！让我的学生在欢乐中写作文，在写快乐作文中健康成长！

今天学校里有万圣节的活动，rachel老师让我们带化妆的万圣节服装和一些糖果。

第一节课下课后，我们换好万圣节的服装，我的服装是用黑色垃圾袋做的一个披风，上面还贴了各种各样的南瓜剪纸，我还有硬纸板做了一个南瓜头，我要扮成一个南瓜巫婆。我的同学有的戴顶南瓜头帽子，有的打扮成花仙子，有的带着化妆舞会的面具，还有的装扮成魔术师，真好玩。

我们先去了体育馆，玩了装饰南瓜的游戏，把南瓜装饰得很古怪。

我们来到第二片区，这里有一个巫师的身体，脸却是空的，是要我们自己上去，露出自己的脸，哈哈，我是个巫师!

我们又到了第三片区，我们需要去打猫的尾巴，打中了就可以得一颗星。

可惜我们都没有打下来。

我们走出体育馆，rachel老师给我们15分钟的时间玩”trick or treat“的游戏。嘴巴里说：trick or treat，别人才会和你交换糖果。我很快就换到了各式各样的糖果!

后来还玩了”pumpin ghost“的游戏，玩的真高兴!

这次的万圣节活动真开心!
