The Dragon Boat Festival， also called the Duanwu Festival， is celebrated on

the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese calendar. This

festival is to commemorate the death of QU Yuan， an upright and honest poet and

statesman who is said to have committed suicide by drowning himself in a

river.

The most important activity of this festival is the Dragon Boat races. It

symbolizes people‘s attempts to rescue Qu Yuan. In the current period， these

Besides， the festival has also been marked by eating zong zi (glutinous

rice). Zongzi is made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and

protection from evil and disease for the rest of year. People will hang healthy

herbs on the front door to clear the bad luck of the house. Although the

Nowadays, there are many kinds of activities for people entertaining in their leisure time, especially in holiday, such as climbing a mountain, having a picnic, holding a party and so on. However, these recreational activities have its advantages but also bring some harmful influences to people’s lives.

First, to some extent, these recreational activities enrich people’s lives. Those who take part in different activities will not be easy to feel lonely or boring in their leisure time and live wonderful lives instead. Second, taking part in some group activities is a good form to strengthen friendships. Spring Festival is the most important festival in China. And it is the most popular festival in China. People often do different things before Spring

Festival. Some of them clean and decorate their houses. Some of them go shopping and buy some flowers. Some of them stay at home and do nothing. I usually help my mum clean the house. People get together and have a big meal at Spring Festival. They often eat fish, pork, goose, chicken, vegetables, soup and so on. 三、活动内容及形式

1、放假前假期前，学校对各班班主任、辅导员进行了工作布置。各班积极响应、认真落实，根据每班自身特点，学生特点，进行活动安排，同时对活动内容进行讲解、指导。活动内容丰富，形式灵活多样。为了夯实此项工作，学校在每学期放假典礼上就学生开展道德实践活动作了专项安排部署。我校的假期实践活动作业有：

（1）、“千万家庭共治水 建设和谐美丽好缙云”，“我眼中的秀山丽水”少先队生态文明教育美文美图征集（任选一项完成）

（2）、与父母沟通交流、报答父母的养育之恩主要体现在用一颗感恩的心去对待父母，用一颗真诚的心去与父母交流，用一颗宽容的心去细味父母的唠叨，亲自为父母献上自己的感恩行动：有的帮父母做家务活，有的给父母做一次感恩饭，有的为父母泡一杯感恩茶，有的给父母送上自制的感恩礼物，说一些感恩话等；

(3）、为连队做好事。为了让这些实践活动作业真正落到实处，学校制定了详细的活动方案，精心设计了活动记录卡片，并将实践活动的目的、意义、方式等以家长倡议书和飞信的形式告知家长，让家长做好监督。

2、感恩父母心，孝心无价。

高年级学生学着给父母做一次感恩饭，低年级学生为父母泡一杯感恩茶，说一句感恩话等形式。提示学生不仅要在特殊的日子像父亲节、母亲节、父母的生日等献上我们对父母的一份爱心，在平日里我们就可以做一些力所能及的事，让父母感受到我们对他们的爱。

通过这项活动同学们感受到了父母的辛劳、父母的爱，懂得了知恩感恩，提高了道德素质。从身边亲人做起，通过爱父母、爱家庭，进而推己及人，达到爱同学、爱老师、爱学校、爱社会、爱祖国的目的。

3、认真组织开展“我做胪膛文明小导游”主题教育活动。

动员同学们利用假期和父母一起走进社会，用自己的眼睛看，用自己的心感受，在社会实践中，将自己的感受通过照片、文字等的形式记录下来，进一步感受缙云在科技发展、环境保护、和谐社会等方面的成果，感悟城市的变迁，树立共建和谐社会坚持科学发展观的思想，并和自己的小伙伴打扫自己的家园。

4、“我爱我们的节日——春节”主题文化活动。

抓住春节契机，深入挖掘民族传统节日文化内涵，开展“春节知识小报”、

“趣味对联小报”、“做灯笼”等富有生活情趣的民俗活动，引导学生在了解民俗知识、弘扬中华优秀传统文化的过程中感受幸福、欢度新春。

5、“安全伴我度假期”安全教育活动。

在散学仪式上，我校分别对学生和家长开展一次专题安全教育活动，并下发了告家长书，以安全知识武装学生和家长，以典型事例警示学生和家长，让广大学生和家长知晓国家对燃放烟花爆竹的具体规定，切实增强安全使用煤气、电器及防火防灾、防盗防骗、交通安全等自我保护意识和应急避险技能，谨防和杜绝各类学生安全事故发生。

6、开展美文、美图、摄影比赛

每人针对假期参加的实践活动，写一篇或画一幅关于假期社会实践活动的文章，记录下自己实践活动的经历、体会、感想等，写出了自己的真实感受。

四、活动带来的成效：

1、提高了学生动手能力，给学生一个展示自我的平台。

2、培养了学生探索精神，给学生一个体验成长的机会。通过自己做菜、打扫等，学会去面对困难和失败，在不断的摸索尝试中，让他们初步体验到父母的辛劳，增进了亲子感情。

3、改变了学生自我评价，给学生一个转变劳动观念的契机。通过活动，家长对子女做家务的态度改变了，学生对家务劳动的态度也改变了。在活动的进行过程中，也得到了家长的大力支持，有很多家长欣喜地告诉我们：孩子长大了！知道体谅关心父母了！看着他们溢于言表的表情，我们也感到了成功的喜悦。

通过本次社会实践活动，一方面，我们锻炼了自己的能力，在实践中成长；另一方面，我们为社会做出了自己的贡献；但在实践过程中，我们也表现出了经验不足，处理问题不够成熟、书本知识与实际结合不够紧密等问题。我们回到学

1 唤起写作的欲望和激—情

兴趣和爱好是最好的老师，是作文最重要的内驱力。小学作文教学要想点燃孩子们的创作欲望。首先，作为小学教材的创造者——教师，必须在浩瀚的文学作品中撷取最富有童趣，最具有典型意义的作品，引导学生换一个角度，从文本语言表达的风格化和阅读意义的“可写性”来审视。给学生提供广阔的自由解读空间，激发读者展开丰富的想象。使读者在文本中找到“缝隙”和“空间”，进而创设有“情”可发，有“形”可依的语言训练点。这样，既能唤起学生写作的欲望和激—情，又能发挥他们口语表达的潜力。其次，教者必须始终保持一颗纯真的童心，用“童真”“童趣”去拨动他们心里诗的琴弦，激发他们写作的热情，最后，教者要放飞童心，让孩子乐于写作。

童趣，解人乏味，我用来激励孩子写作。在作文教学过程中，我应该感谢的是孩子们，是他们那颗玲珑剔透的童心给了我莫大的帮助。此时，我不由得想起了冰心老人文中的一句话“只拣儿童多处行”，小学生作文《浅谈小学生作文教学》。是的，孩子们永远先拣自己感兴趣的。作为他们的老师，就只能拣孩子们感兴趣的了。这样，才能让他们“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者”。这样的作文教学无疑激发了孩子的写作兴趣，召唤了孩子的天籁童真，这样的作文教学是一种新的突破，实现了有效的意义建构。

2 处处留心，学会观察

“问渠那得清如许，为有源头活水来”。优化作文教学的关键在于帮助学生走进“生活”这一广阔的舞台。作文教学必须把学生从课堂上和课本里解放出来，把丰富多彩的社会生活，灿烂多姿的大自然作为学生作文的“源头活水”。这就需要教者注意培养学生的观察能力，这里谈几种培养小学生观察能力的方法：

（1）调动各种感官进行观察。

调动多种感官进行观察，主要是培养学生能抓住被观察事物的颜色、形状、还有味道、气味，且把这些观察到的都写下来。这样的作文就显得既充实又准确，既形象又充满生活情趣。

（2）观察要抓住特点。

（3）观察要按照一定的顺序。

只有做到观察有序，并按照一定的顺序去写，你的作文让人读起来才会觉得清晰、自然、完整、明了。

3 引导学生坚持写日记

鲜活的榜样是最有感召力的。要想激发学生写日记的积极性，最好的办法是教师的身体力行。我的做法有：①展示了我多年的日记本。想想看，当学生看到我那厚厚的一摞装帧精美的硬皮本。他们是多么惊讶和佩服啊！②从中抽出几篇念给学生听，让学生感受日记的好处。翻开日记，记忆之水潺潺流出，多美啊！③从今天起，教师坚持和学生一起写日记，并定期交流（当然要注意保护隐私）。这一条对培养学生写作水平很重要，也很有用。

4 培养学生善于积累素材

Let me tell you what I will be when I grow up. I think languages are the most important tools of communication among people. Each country＇s languages, which are different, are interesting. So I want to be a translator. Since I was a child, I have learned many kinds of languages. I like to make friends with people from other countries. If I can speak a lot of languages, I will have a lot of friends. I don＇t think being a translator is very easy. It must be very hard. But I want to try! So I＇m studying English now. I want to be a translator in Japan. It＇s my dream and I believe I can do it.

Computer has considered to be one of the most important inventions in 20

century. It has brought many changes in this world. With the rapid development

of science and technology, more and more people have their own personal

computer. It’s not only can do the calculations at a very high speed, but also

can access to the Internet to get information from the outside world.

Computers play an very vital role in our daily life. They can do a lot of

things. Access to the Internet, you can find the answers to your questions, you

can do on line shopping without going outside. Computer has provided us lots of

convenience. There is no doubt that people can have a better life with

computer.

Some people worry about that someday computers may replace human beings.

Then most people will have no jobs. However, in my opinion, computers are not

replacing us. Even though computers can take over some difficult tasks that we

can not do. They are nothing but machines. They work for us. They will never

take the place of man.
