那天，我参加了课外班的一个名叫“小狼进山”的活动，当时，我还为这个题目有无数的疑问，为什么是小狼，而不是大狼？又为什么会把我们比作狠这种动物呢？为什么后来，当这次活动结束以后，我的所有疑问都消除了。

当天，我们在大巴车上有说有笑，好不热闹。时间在一点一滴地流逝，忽然，我们的主教官“卡卡西”老师向我们发布消息“各位成员请注意，我们已经达到目的地－－余山，请你们带好各自的背包下车。”下车以后，我们在一个场馆里见识了所有的登山的工具和许许多多的救援工具，然后给我们每一个人发了一个精致的救援包，但是我们都大吃一惊，因为那个救援包实在太小了。午饭过后，我们终于开始进行最终的活动了－－小狼进山。

我们走到山脚下，抬起头望了望这座即将被我们这群小狼们所征服的高山都不禁咽了一下口水，因为这座山实在是太高了，以前这种高山我只能站在远处观赏，从来都没近看过，更不用说爬了，而今天，我将尝试一下什么是真正的爬山。刚开始，我们就在一个小坡上摔了一跤，许多同学都“哎哟”叫了一声。之后，大家都开始小心翼翼的爬山，因为山里面到处都非常危险，稍不留神，就会迷路或受伤，尽管如此，但我还是不小心被树枝划破了皮，这时，我忽然想到了救援包里的创口贴，正好这时派上用场，我急忙从救援包取出，贴在伤口上，及时把血止住了。当大家爬到三分之一的路程时，个个都累得筋疲力尽，大汗淋漓。没办法，大家只好牺牲自己救援包中那个珍贵的冰袋。当我们爬到剩余的三分之一时，山路开始变得陡峭起来，“卡卡西”教官喊道：“这是最后的三分之一了，成员们，加油！”此时此刻，我们都是悲喜交加，喜的是我们离成功仅有一步之遥，而悲的是剩下的路程是全程中最陡峭的路程，终于，功夫不负有心人，我们费了九牛二虎之力才征服了这座高山，当我登上山顶时，不禁大吃一惊，这与我们所想像的山顶真是太不一样了，因为这里的周围除了树木还是树木，简直超出我的想像。“卡卡西”教官对我们说道：“知道为什么把你们比作小狠吗”？因为狠是一种非常厉害的。小狠，它们也正是该如何学习狼的本领的时候。你们也应该像狠一样去学习如何在荒郊野外中生存下去啊！由于这次的活动我们大家都坚持了下来，所以，今天我们每个人都会获得“小狠进山”的勋章一枚，祝贺大家！“YES”我们一齐喊道。

The fair will attract a huge crowd from the entire school, who are to sell, purchase and exchange their second-hand books with their peers.

As a regular visitor, I’ve found myself increasingly attracted by the fair. For one thing, the fair exhibits books of hundreds of types on diverse topics, motivating us to further develop our reading habits and help to broaden our horizons. For another, most books are sold at a lower price than what the bookstores offer.

老师，你在逗我，今天早操的大课间活动居然是……长绳!听到这个噩耗，我两眼一闭纤腰难立华丽的倒去。

自从上次跳完长绳以后，我的心里就留下了阴影，一直不敢接触长绳，但，这次，没办法了，想逃也逃不了只能硬着头皮上了。我静静地排着队，表面若无其事，其实心里紧张得很呢，看着大家一个一个的跳过，我更紧张了，想：“如果大家都跳过了，就我栽在上面了，那我们队的后腿都要被我给折断了”随着地上绳影的忽浓忽淡，马上就要轮到我了，还有2个，1，到我了，我双脚分开，双手与地面垂直，用心听着绳落地时的“啪啪”响声，心里默默数着“3、2、1”我闭着眼睛，不顾一切，“横冲直撞的”跑过去。咦，怎么没感觉，突然，身后传来了莫荻魔性的笑声，原来，我跑了进去，结果还没跳，从另一边出来了，可自己却什么也不知道，还很傻很天真的以为自己跳了过去，哎，我都要被自己给蠢哭了。

很快，就又轮到我了，我蓄势待发，像离弦之箭般的冲了出去，然后猛的一跳，我的表情也随着身体的运动而变化着，我的眉毛轻轻一挑，双脚又重新回归到平面，我欣喜若狂，庆幸自己终于跳了过去，终于克服了跳长绳恐惧症。

我们高二的几位老师都有同感：学生的作文越来越难改，批改一篇作文花上的时间要比写一篇作文的时间还要多，而学生也越来越害怕作文，不喜欢写作文，甚至讨厌、不写作文。这个既令学生又另老师伤脑筋的问题还真不容忽视。为此，我们几个一起查询资料、讨论，以求找到解决的办法。现简单小结一下，以促进今后的英语教学。

一、 向学生解释英语写作的重要性。

英语写作能力的提高需要持之以恒的长期训练。如果学生对写作重要性认识不够，他们就不能积极主动地去配合老师搞好写作训练，甚至产生逆反心理，产生对立情绪，英语写作就会半途而废，达不到预期目的。因此在平时教学中，老师要经常性地有意识地对学生进行写作重要性的教育。学生一进入高中就要让他们了解初中和高中英语教学要求的异同。

二、指导学生写作时值得注意的几个问题：

1.教师要有明确合理的教学计划和教学程序，组织系统规范的有序训练。刚开始的时候，我们要求所有学生至少每周写一篇作文。而不少学生因为英语基础太差，写作相当困难。因此作文迟迟交不上来。基于这种情况，后阶段作文我们对于部分学生适当放宽了要求。

2.坚持循序渐进的训练原则。写作要先易后难，先短后长，先学会运用简单句、并列句，后学会用复合句表达，先写正确句子逐步过渡到围绕一个人、一件事、一个观点去写有中心的文章，由不限定时间到限定时间，由限定时间长到限定时间短，由限定字数少到多……同样，不少学生，尤其是对英语不感兴趣的一些男生每次写作时总是以“不知道”为由不写。我找他们谈话，鼓励他们哪怕是先写自我介绍。第一次就写出自己的姓名，出生年月和出生地。第二次你还可就自己的爱好写一两句或者介绍自己的家庭也可。学生哈哈笑了：这个容易。但事实上就这么简单的他们也犯了不少错误。这使我更明白了对于学生不能急于求成。

3.分程度要求。当今的素质教育主张分层次教学，对学生的要求不能一刀切，对学习好的要求要高，对学习差的要求要适当低一些。要避免有些学生轻而易举而沾沾自喜，而有些学生却无从下手。

4.注意讲评。任何人都喜欢听好话，学生也一样。因此我们要经常指出学生的优点，提高他们的积极性，同时委婉地指出缺点和错误，避免以后重犯。

5.基础知识和能力并重，听说读和写并举。在平时教学中应充分利用一切可以利用的机会启发引导学生提高自己的写作水平。如遇到优秀的句、段或篇提示学生注意欣赏作者的表达法，把它们作为范例，在自己写作中加以模仿和运用。又如遇到英汉表达方法不同之处，提示学生注意英语的正确表达法，切忌出现汉语式的英语。要帮助学生养成正确运用标点符号的好习惯，切忌一点到底的错误方法。

6.要求学生在写作中宁简勿误，不能养成随随便便的习惯，要养成严谨推敲的作风。

With the changes of the times， the memorial turns to be a time for

protection from evil and disease for the rest of year. People will hang healthy

herbs on the front door to clear the bad luck of the house. Although the

significance of the festival might be different with the past， it still gives

the observer an opportunity to glimpse a part of the rich Chinese cultural

heritage.

I went to Beijing on vacation with my parents last month and we stayed there for a week.

To my surprise, Beijing is such a modern city that my parents and I all admire the development of it these years. What impressed me most was that people there were all very friendly and some of them could even speak Enlish. But still I think that there are some problems of this city, which I dislike. 我们吹过哨子，吹过气球，吹过蜡烛，就是没有吹过水上乒乓球。今天，尤老师就带领我们玩了有趣的乒乓球小游戏。

比赛的规则是这样的：6个水杯排成一条直线，水杯中盛满了水，把乒乓球放入水中，从第一个杯子一直吹到最后一个杯子里，乒乓球如果在中途掉落，必须从头再来。

第一组队员准备好了，“预备━开始!”老师一声令下，他们就“呼呼呼”的吹了起来。只见刘昊天双手撑地，屁股撅得老高，深吸一口气，嘴巴鼓得很圆，开始用力的吹乒乓球。他吹得满脸通红，好像着火的苹果。他的乒乓球就像施了魔法一样，乖乖地从第一个杯子一直吹到最后一个。旁边的人为他欢呼雀跃，像一群鸟儿在纵情歌唱。看陈姝桦，她轻轻地吹着乒乓球，可是乒乓球一直在原地打滚儿，陈姝桦怒了，她猛地一吹，顽皮的乒乓球小子生气了，明明离胜利只一步之遥，却跑去了别的地方。停!老师一声令下，陈姝桦只能失落地回到了队伍的最后。

第二组上场了，只见陈宇婷吹得很冷静，乒乓球就像长了翅膀一样，一路狂奔到最后一个杯子里，在那“安家落户”了，接下来轮我上场了，我的心里就像进了一只兔子，跳得飞快。开始。我就飞快地吹了起来，只听见旁边的人在为我欢呼呢，我就鼓起勇气，一直吹呀吹呀，终于把乒乓球吹进了杯子里，我高兴极了!

第一个上去的是小个罗帅波，只见他鼓足了劲，涨红了脸，把蛋紧紧地握着，可蛋一点也不理睬他！接着一个又一个同学上去握，他们都是欢欢喜喜上去，红着脸回到座位上。我想：你们真是些笨蛋，连小小的鸡蛋都对付不了，等一下看我的！好不容易轮到我了，我满怀把握地走上讲台，毫不在乎地一攥，真出乎意料，蛋丝毫无损。我有点慌了，但马上提醒自己，不能灰心！于是，我使出全身力气，咬紧牙，左手握住右手一齐用劲攥，不知为啥？它仍然是圆溜溜的。最后，轮到我们班力气最大外号叫大力士的李京同学了，他仰着头，挺胸，急忙走上讲台，教室里顿时沸腾起来了，我后来那位同学拉着对我说：“鸡蛋碰到对手了！”我点点头，李京他两脸叉开，睁大双眼，左手攥着拳，右手紧紧握着蛋，抿着嘴，屏住气，握了一次又一次，但是蛋始终完好无损，大家七嘴舌讨论开了。

最后，老师告诉我们：“蛋是椭圆形的，无论怎样用力量握，力总是不会使在某一点上，所以无法握碎，根据凸曲面形有惊人的抗压能力的道理，科学家发明了这一新技术，已有广泛的应用，如：拱桥是根据这个道理造成的。”

真有意思，一个普普通通的鸡蛋竟有这么多学问！

在我们的生活中，小朋友们玩过许许多多的游戏，如：三个字、冰棍消化、捉迷藏等……但是，我们今天做了一个有趣的游戏，名字叫“找座位!”

我们先在地上画一个四四方方两米的正方形，然后，给正方形的一角放一个板凳。接着，一个人闭上眼睛，绕着这一条线走，最后，必须一下子坐在板凳上，不然就是淘汰的后果。

游戏开始了，只见雷朴走上台，站在板凳旁，闭上眼睛，向前迈开了步子，雷朴走起来很熟练，看起来，已经是用眼力测量好的了，但是，就正当雷朴准备坐下的时候，一下子坐了个空，差点摔倒，这下子，同学们是一片持久的笑声，雷朴也脸红了，哈!哈!大笑起来。

我第二个上场的，一上场，我暗暗说：“加油!我会坐上‘宝座’的!”终于开始了，我紧闭眼睛，然后，照着刚才在场下的想像走了起来，我是左拐、右拐……最后感觉到位了又感觉没到位，我心想：不管它，于是我猛的向下一座，哎呀!坐上了一个角，真差一点掉到了地上，真险啊!

着个游戏虽然很有趣，但是，我感到了眼睛的珍贵，请保护眼睛吧!要知道它有多么的重要呀!
