一、激发学生写作兴趣。

学习兴趣是学生学习自觉性和积极性的核心因素，学生一旦对学习产生兴趣，学习便不再是一种负担，而是勤奋的探索，执着的追求。爱因斯坦说过：“兴趣是最好的老师。”我国古代教育家孔子也说过：“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”①让学生在轻松愉快的精神状态下，绕有兴趣地学习，充分调动他们的学习积极性，是小学作文教学的第一步，也是作文教学成功的向导。如何激发学生写作兴趣呢？

让学生写熟悉的内容，以“趣”激趣。

作文命题应开放，出宽题，紧紧围绕学生所熟悉的生活，以他们周围的人或事、景或物作为作文内容，以激发学生的习作兴趣，使学生感到有一种表达的愿望，有一种冲动想把自己想说的意思表达出来。如根据学生的思想情况，命题为《××，我想对你说》。又如根据小学生最喜欢做游戏的特点。我们可以精心设计游戏内容，游戏前，告诉学生要留意游戏的过程，注意同学的言行和表情。游戏后组织学生说过程，讨论从游戏中懂得的道理。学生玩得兴高采烈，自然会说得兴致勃勃，写起来就不难了，而且有兴趣了。

以成功的喜悦，激发写作欲望。

要使学生坚持不懈地自觉作文，最关键的是让学生尝到成功的喜悦，并逐步养成习惯，满怀乐趣地去学习，在实践中我具体做好以下工作：首先用肯定给学生自信心。学生的作文被拿到班上作范文宣读，小作者的眼睛会一亮，神情高兴。哪怕学生写得很不成功，也要给予鼓励性的评价，甚至把一些差生的作文修改好后在课堂上讲读，以此激发学生特别是差生的作文兴趣。其次在作文评语中给予鼓励，为作文中的优点“喝彩”，哪怕只有一个词用得生动、一个句子写得好或一个地方有新意，也要为其叫好。让他们觉得“我也会写”，从“怕写”向“要写”、“乐写”迈步，循序渐进，最后达到共同的目标。第三是办好班级的习作园地，把优秀的篇，段张贴在上面，供全班学生学习、品赏。还可以鼓励并指导学生向报刊投稿等。

开展形式多样的作文活动，激发写作兴趣。

小学生好奇心强，爱表现，形式多样的习作活动能调动学生的习作兴趣。如开展课前读报活动，让学生到讲台宣读自己的优秀习作，或是宣读从作文选上看到的好文章，精彩片断等等，使每个学生都有参与和表现的机会。为了表现自己，在课外时间他们就会趣味盎然地寻找或写出自己满意的习作。又如开展作文竞赛活动，竞赛是激发学生写作兴趣的有效手段。心理学家的研究表明，由于竞赛中学习兴趣和克服困难的毅力增长，因而多数人在比赛的情况下学习和工作一般比没有比赛的情况下好得多。小学生喜欢表现自己，好胜心强，开展竞赛活动，给他们更多的参与和表现机会。这样不但可以调节以往习作所形成的氛围，激发学生“我要写”的兴趣，还可以大面积地提高习作的质量。

我们还可以用导语激趣，创设情境激趣等等来培养学生的习作兴趣。培养写作兴趣是作文教学的突破口，是指导学生作文迈向成功的基点。

二、从读学写，读写结合。

小学语文教学大纲明确规定：“作文教学与阅读教学密切配合……作文教学时，要指导学生灵活运用阅读中的知识和技能。”②阅读是吸收，写作是表达，阅读是写作的基础，学生从阅读中汲取营养，利于学生从读学写，促进写作能力的提高，这也是作文教学的基本途径。

1、从阅读中学习文章的结构和表达方法。

我们在写作教学实践中，作为教师要有意识地把作文指导渗透到阅读教学中，指导学生学习作者观察事物、分析事物、遣词造句、连句成段、连段成篇的方法。每学习一篇课文后，注意对该文的结构和写作方法进行分析。如学习《忆爸爸》这篇课文，作者是采用了总分总的结构方式，先总写爸爸有什么好品质，再举例分述爸爸各个好品质，最后总结。其中第二部分写得最具体，分别从几件具体的事例，表现出爸爸的精神品质，记叙详略得当，主次分明。指导学生学习这篇课文，理解课文内容，还要注意引导学生分析这篇写人文章的写作特点和表达方式，理解作者是如何选材如何把人物形象写具体生动，即对写人文章可以怎样谋篇布局。又如学习《记金华双龙洞》，注意学习游记的结构特点。在教学中持之以恒地把写作指导渗透到阅读教学中，通过长期的潜移默化提高学生的习作能力。

联系课文，适当摹仿，仿中求创。

中外作家历来强调创造，但在写作中可以适当摹仿。例如在写作《参观××公园》时，学生一开头就可以描写参观前的天气情况，这时就可以引导学生摹仿课文《第一次跳伞》中的第一自然段。虽然公园里没有“机场”、“飞机”等景物，但可以有“蓝天上飘浮着朵朵白云，正从东方升起的朝阳……”也可以引导学生摹仿课文《参观刘家峡水电站》中的第一自然段，用开门见山的方法点题，什么时候，我和谁高高兴兴地去参观××公园。在这样的引导下，学生很快就学会，为本次作文开了个好头，亦为主题思想的进一步发展打下良好的基础。在指导仿写的同时也注意求创，写出具有自己特色的习作。

3、加强朗读背诵训练，培养语感。

常言道：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神”，“熟读唐诗三百首，不会作诗也会吟”。其中道出一个深刻道理：文章源于积累。只有语言积累到一定的程度，才可能文思如涌，笔下生花。否则，纵有思绪万千，笔下也难有片言只语。古代的一些文人学士，如韩愈、苏东坡……他们压根就没学过语法，修辞、逻辑，但能写出千古流传的好文章，其奥秘在于他们熟读乃至背诵过大量的优秀作品，形成了敏锐的语感。所以语言的积累，语感的形成，有懒于多读多背，实践证明，运用语言文字，写作能力的的形成，也需多读多背，课内多读，课外也需多读多背。在教学中，必须加强朗读训练。要求正确朗读好词句篇，读时做到眼到、口到、心到，还要适当增加背诵的量。通过读、背使学生把课本的语言转化为自己的语言储备起来，提起笔来就不会难了。

4、做读书笔记。

读书笔记指的是人们在阅读书报时所作的一些文字记录。写读书笔记是一种很好的读书方法，写读书笔记可以提高我们的思维能力和写作能力，养成良好的读书习惯。③所以要提高学生的写作能力就要指导学生做好读书笔记，要做好课内课文的读书笔记，但这还远远不够，还要指导学生大量阅读课外读物，并作好读书笔记。具体的方法在阅读时摘录书中的优美词语，妙语妙句，精彩片段……并反复吟诵，只有经过长期积累，语言才会丰富，写作时大量生动的语句就会涌向笔端。

Dear Sir,

I am writing to apply for a British Council scholarship to study in Britain. I did my five years basic training in medicine at Shanghai University. After this I successfully completed a one-year postgraduate course in Ophthalmology at the Peoples General Hospital, where I am at present serving a two-year probation in the Eye Clinic.

As a result of the publication in 2003 of my article in New Scientist entitled "Soft and Rigid Contact Lenses ", which was based on a survey of 37 patients over 6 months, I made contact with Dr. Li Ming of the Capital Hospital and Dr. Ma Li of the University College Hospital. I have received their help and advice with my current research project, which is a two-year survey of the acceptance of various types of contact lenses in 200 patients.

Despite their help, I feel that I cannot make real progress in this field unless I can actually have day-to-day contact with these specialists. I would therefore like to continue my research at either the Capital Hospital or the UCH as soon as my probationary period here is completed, and I would like to study in Britain for two years.

I enclose a detailed curriculum vitae and an offprint of my article, together with two letters of recommendation from Dr. Li Ming and Dr. Ma Li.

让小学生写作文真的很难，不是语句不通顺，就是有很多的错别字出现，往往会有很多的问题出现。在小学生写作文中，经常出现的一些问题。

比如习作格式乱用：学生不明白小学作文格式、标点的使用等问题；不理解习作要求；

不知道如何把内容写具体；段落、语言表达顺序混乱等等。

那么，针对小学生作文教学的这么多难题，我们该如何处理呢？个人认为，小学生作文写不好，有很多的原因，比如生活阅历简单，接触面小，知识积累太少等等，要解决这些问题，最捷径的办法，便是让孩子多读书。

因为阅读少，孩子们的视野被局限，思维太单一，如果他们能够大量阅读，就会从书中知道很多道理，懂得什么是真、善、美，知道什么是假、恶、丑，那么在他们的写作中，就有了要写的素材，他们就有东西可写，而不至于大脑一片空白。

阅读多了，孩子们见识了大千世界的同时，也学会了很多的语言，并在写作中就会模仿运用，自然他们的作为语言贫乏，错别字等问题也能够得到解决。

多看书，还可以让孩子们学习别人的写作手法，比如作文格式，标点的运用，表达的顺序，段落的安排等等，都会在潜移默化中得到熏陶，培养了语文阅读和写作的能力。

总之，多读书对于孩子们的好处太多了，尤其是对于解决小学生作文难的问题，是一条捷径的。

小学英语教师读书笔记(一)

俗话说：“良好的开端是成功的一半”。上课也一样。教师的循循诱导，能让学生产生强烈的求知欲和好奇心，从而更积极主动地参加课堂教学，为整节课的成功作准备。

一、导入：⒈歌曲导入。⒉设置悬念。当然导入很多，教学中不能单一的用一种导入，也许这种导入刚开始学生觉得很有劲，但天天用学生就会厌倦了。所以教师设计时要多多新颖，多多改变，尽量多样性。

二、创设情景，多用直观教学.

由于小学生年龄较小，生活经验不丰富，知识范围有限，决定了他们对直观、新颖、有趣的材料容易理解和接受。比如学生学习“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”这三个问候词时很容易混淆，我就用道具设置情景：画了三幅图，有从东面初升的太阳表示上午，有正在上方炎热的太阳表示中午，有明亮的月亮表示晚上。再叫学生用“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”来说，加深了学生的印象。作为一个小学英语教师表情要丰富，如果表情呆滞，语言平淡，学生就不能全身心投入学习中。所以在课堂上，老师需要生动地表演，丰富的表情，使学生进入一个童话世界。在制作教具时可让学生自己动手画、动手做。在教学中要用到的图片，可以提早几天布置下去，当他们的作品被运用在课堂上时，孩子们都很兴奋。这样使学生体会到成功的喜悦也激发了学英语的兴趣。此外画图片，也培养了学生的绘画能力，也可让他们熟悉一下将要学的新知识，真是一举多得啊!

三、运用多种教学方式使学生“玩学结合”。

爱玩是孩子的天性。教师在课前充分利用教材内容，精心设计一系列知识性、趣味性强的听、说、读、写教学游戏，使学生边玩游戏边学习，在丰富多彩的游戏中接受英语，喜欢英语，达到“玩与学”相结合的目的。在小学英语书上有许多单词要记住，这就得通过让学生在各种游戏中慢慢学习单词，而不是死记硬背。我们要掌握的单词以卡片、图片、头饰、动作等各种不同形式展现给学生，通过各种游戏进行渗透。

Today is Mid-autumn Day. I have a big meal at home with my parents and

relatives. This is an important festival, so my mother was busy with preparing

the dinner from morning. She bought a lot of foods for the dinner. We ate the

dinner at 5:30 p.m.. The dinner was very delicious. I was so full. After dinner,
