Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.

昨天，我在图书馆做公益去获取公益实数(类似于学分)。我早上8点到达图书馆，一个图书馆管理员让我去擦一楼到六楼的厕所里的镜子。然后

我们的小主有趣的社团活动-东小麦兜-东小麦兜持人社团，我们自己班的社员一共有8个。我们8个人一起来到大操场，海报贴出不到10分钟，就招了17个三，四年级的小朋友来参加我们的小主持人社团了。我们算了一下。加上我们自己班的人，已经有26个人参加了。接着，冯老师带领小朋友一起到了音乐教室，分了一下具体的工作。我们的社长是郭鑫楠，副社长是杨倩怡，我和杨韵秋是助理，其他的是社员，冯老师还逐一安排了工作。然后，冯老师让我们一起观看动画片，让我们都熟悉一下这些小朋友们！在观看动画片的时候，有一些小朋友在想我询问我们班的同学和老师的一些情况，我都逐一回答了。我觉得这些小朋友十分可爱，但让我有一种很奇怪的想法：这些小朋友有点像电视里那种打探别人底细的小家伙似地！

我觉得这个社团活动举办的很好，可以让每个人都在这个活动中感受到快乐，更可以在活动中可以得到好的锻炼。

记得我小时候，我们全家一起在万兴广场去玩，正当我走来走去找不到好玩的游戏时，我突然看见我最喜欢的游戏秋千。我像获得什么宝贝一样走了过去，“喂，我们应该一人坐3分钟，按顺序依次玩 。”“好！”我和其他小孩子异口同声地答应。

Taking exercise is good for our health. All work and no play makes Jack a

dull boy. By taking exercise, we can relax our body and mind. At the same time,

we can harden our muscle and have a good figure. If we dont take exercise for a

long time, we may easily fall sick.

I enjoy several outdoor sports. Swimming in the sea is my favorite. Because

there are too many people in a swimming pool and the water is always dirty, I

we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy.

Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain

problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As

long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell

others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by

our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to

get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put

pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best

way.

It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my homework and cleaned my room. I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon. Then I played table tennis with my friends. In the evening I watched TV and read a book. I really had a busy and interesting day.

1. I went shopping with Li Mei. We left at 10 oclock in the morning. When we got to the downtown, there were so many people. It was so crowded as it was a beautiful day and it was Sunday. I didnt buy anything because everything was very expensive.
