Like tangible cultural heritages such as the Great Wall and the Forbidden

City, intangible cultural heritages like Peking Opera and

Confucius-commemorating rituals are equally crucial. We should make our utmost

efforts to preserve intangible heritages because, without their physical form of

existence, they are in greater risk of extinction.

According to UNESCO’s Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible

Cultural Heritage (2003), all forms of social customs and habits, folklore,

performing arts, rituals, oral traditions, festivals, traditional crafts and

various knowledge and practices about nature and universe can be classified as

intangible cultural heritages. As a country consisting of a great diversity of

ethnic groups and with time-honored history and civilization, China abounds in

intangible cultural heritages. Cultural heritages connect modern people with the

historical past, allowing them to acquire a cultural and historical identity.

Without cultural heritages, we would be rendered absolutely rootless and we

would find it hard to cope with challenges at present and in the future.

However, the modernization process poses mounting threats to intangible

heritages. Many people have a blind faith in the latest electronic devices. It

is also pathetic to see elderly people in possession of such legacies pass away

without transmitting them to the younger generation. Faced with those

challenges, we should both preserve and renovate our ancestral heritages so that

we can help contribute to the cultural diversity of the world and return to our

spiritual homeland in this age of impersonal science and technology.

今天，范老师该我们做了一个游戏，她还给我们讲了一个故事，故事的名字是“打井挖人”“从前，有个叫甲的人，他家里缺水，所以他在门口挖了一口井，在挖井的过程中，他挖到了一个死人，于是他把这件事跟乙说了一下，乙又把这件事说给了丙听，丙又把这件事说给了丁听，丁又----。其实到头来这件事是否是真的，还不一定，可是这么一传，倒是一定有这么一事似的。

来说说活动吧，这个活动的规则是：坐在第一桌的同学上去看纸条上写的一段话，然后把这段话轻声的告诉给坐在第二桌的同学，再由第二桌同学把这段话轻声的告诉给第三桌的同学，依次传下去，直到最后一桌同学，再由最后一桌同学把这段话写到黑板上去。太搞笑了，我们那一组本来是芝麻开门丁丁对当当，可是到后来就传成芝麻开门当当对当当。

今天的活动老师是想告诉我们的道理是：眼见为实，耳听为虚。

“姐姐，姐姐，跟我玩呀！”哎，弟弟老是玩也不是办法，我要给他来个“幼儿园学前启蒙教育”，当他的启蒙教师，培训一下他的英语。也许他的天资不够高，但只要他“笨鸟先飞”，说不定就会赶上别人的哦！

说起“启蒙教育”，我还真的挺自豪的，因为那些杯子、衣服之类的日常用品都是我教弟弟学会的，也算是“半个老师”。我本想教英语只要像了英语老师教我们那样，老师读一遍，学生跟着读一遍就学会了，没想到……哎，真是一波三折呀！

我拿来一块小黑板和几支彩色笔，让他坐着。“来，跟姐姐念‘A’。”“姐姐，我好渴，我要喝果汁。”“不行，你念会这个字母了，我就让你喝。”“哇……”（哭声）没办法，只好让他先喝个痛快了，喝完果汁他就会乖乖学吧，没想到他又要动我的作业本了，噼里啪啦……哎，太不乖了！

第二天，我又开始不厌其烦地教他，功夫不负有心人，终于有了进度。“来，跟姐姐念‘one’。”“one。”接着便是我的掌声了。在我的鼓励下，他学会“one”，“two”，“three”，“four”。只不过有时念“four”时会念错。（已经很不错了！）

没想到，当老师这么累，我不紧要教他知识，还得管他乖不乖，要不要喝茶。我现在终于知道老师的辛苦了。

这次我可是既教会弟弟英语又懂得老师的艰辛哟。在这里我也要奉劝各位淘气包们：不要再惹老师生气了，收敛一下吧！

一. 激发学生的写作兴趣。

托尔斯泰曾经指出：“成功的教学所需要的不是强制，而是激发兴趣”。事实证明，兴趣是最好的老师，它能推动学生学习活动的内部动力。儿童是个有主动性的人，他们的活动受兴趣的支配，根据这一特点，在作文教学时我们一定要让学生体验成功，树立自信，调动写作的积极性，应从以下几方面入手：

1、及时发现抓住学生作文的“闪光点”放大。“闪光点”，，同时指出应该修改的地方，及如何改。通过面批，增强学生信心，兴发兴趣。

2、把学生的优秀作文装订成册，让学生感受收获的喜悦。当学生们看到自己的优秀作文被工整的装订在了一起，配上美丽的插图，心里别提有多高兴了。如果在班会课上组织大家互相传阅、交流，学生写作的积极性定会空前高涨。

3、有计划的设计游戏，编导小品，组织外出参观等活动。学生亲自参加的实践活动，往往会津津乐道，此时让学生写出实践活动的经过和感受，自然会兴趣盎然，学生有了写作的欲望，教师一定要给予保护，即使有些学生写的是“三两句的流水账”教师也不要责备求全，让学生感到写作不是“难于上青天”这样才会大大增强学生对作文的兴趣和信心。

二、培养学生的观察能力

观察是人们认识事物的第一步，如果学生对身边的事物缺乏直观感性的认识，就让他们去描写，去评论无疑是很难的。法国雕塑家说过“生活中不是缺少美，而是缺少发现。”因此，教师在作文教学中应加强观察的指导，使学生养成善于观察生活，抓住事物特点的习惯从而克服“无材料可写”的特点。记得在的习作指导中，要求学生选择自己平时最感兴趣的小实验，按一定的顺序把过程写清楚，并写出实验时人物的心情，但这次习作大部分学生写的不够理想，这显然与平时生活观察不仔细，实验做的少有关系，于是我联系科学老师带着大家做了几个实验，这次学生做实验的目的性很强，通过学生的认真仔细观察后，再次习作时学生的作文水平有了很大的提高。所以在我们平时的教学实践中应该根据教材内容采取指向观察训练、自由观察训练和联系实例观察训练的方法对学生进行有目的、有系统的训练。

三、提高学生的口头表达能力

先生曾经说过：“口头为‘语’，书面为‘文’，文本与语，不可偏指，故合言之。”教育心里研究也表明：儿童的身心发展具有不平衡性，这种不不平衡性表现在语言方面的发展。所以在语文教学中培养学生的是十分重要的，有效的进行口头语言表达能力训练，能使听、说、读、写收到较好的效果。在进行作文指导时，我提前就让学生去观察，回忆自己喜欢的小动物，在课堂上的相互交流中发言的同学络绎不绝，讲的同学很认真，讲到有趣的地方还会哈哈地笑起来，听的同学很专注，能与讲的同学融入到当时的情境中去，在让学生充分的进行之后，我便趁热打铁，让学生将自己想说的话写下来，最后取得了不错的效果。当然培养学生的表达能力必须从低年级开始，抓住课内插图和，采用个人自说，同桌对说，全班交流等多种形式进行训练，还要注意合理的想象，这样既丰富了语言又提高了学生的口头表达能力。

四、引导学生学会积累

在回答“如何写好文章”时说，“无它术，唯勤读书而且多为之，自工。”所谓“劳于读书，逸于作文”便是要求学生在阅读中净精神、拓视野、活思想，只有积累了丰富的词汇，习作时才能游刃有余，左右逢源。那么如何积累素材呢？我认为可通过以下两种途径：

1、阅读中积累。在阅读教学中，有很多课文的课后习中都会出现“背诵自己喜欢的自然段，摘抄好词、佳句”这样的练习，让学生在背诵时感受的优美，摘抄中积累。现实中，优秀习作举不胜举，学生可以把课内、外积累带的好词佳句、片段，分门别类地摘抄在自己的积累本上，并在后面写上一点感想或是模仿一个小片段，时时去翻阅，这样时间久了，用的多了，就会熟记于心。最终把积累来的东西变成自己头脑中的东西。

2、从生活中积累。生活是写作的源泉，生活越丰富积累的素材就越多。教师应引导学生留心观察身边的世界，组织学生参加一些有益的课外活动丰富学生的生活经验，积累。

五、注重学生的评价

小学生的作文是把自己看到的，听到的，想到的有意义的内容用文字形式表达出来，是一种内化的过程。

这个暑假，我去京广书城实践了十天，这十天，是我获益最大的十天。

记得第一天去实践时，干什么，怎么干，我毫无所知，只是想尽快完成实践任务，其它的都不重要。到了那里，一位姐姐告诉我，如果看到书乱了，就整理一下，不乱你就干自己的事情好了;一般半个小时左右看一下就好，不用一直转，应该会很轻松。

的确，很轻松。我一天去三小时，三小时其实很短，因为陪伴我的有书，有乐趣，这使我的实践获益无穷。

从《安妮日记》到《骆驼祥子》;从《钢铁是怎样炼成的》到《朝花夕拾》;从《简爱》到《羊脂球》，再到一部部小说集，其中的内容让人难以忘怀——忘不了那句"当回忆起往事时，他不会因虚度年华而悔恨。都已献给了世界上最伟大的事业———为人类的解放而斗争。";不会忘了那个"坚壮，沉默，而又有生气"的祥子，更忘不了那个"自私的、不行的、社会病胎里的产儿、个人主义的末路鬼"。这些都来自于书，来自于在书城实践活动的收获。虽然每天要工作三小时，会少一些玩的时间，少一些写作业的时间，可是我相信在实践中所学到的知识，是不亚于在家中、在课本上所学的知识的。

从实践中，我还知道了为什么书没有交款拿到门口时，门口的报警器会响——那是因为，每当书店进来一批新书时，服务员们会把一个小铁片夹在或贴在书中，正因为这个小铁片，书离报警器近的时候，报警器才会做出反应。我想这个发现可能是只有在这种实践中才会发现的。

活动最后我荣获了"服务之星"的称号，并获得了六十块钱的书，这或许算不了什么，但是这是我劳动所得，这仅仅是属于我自己，所以它对我有更深的一层意义。

一位教师的最大成就是什么呢？我想就是看到学生的表现时的惊喜。今天我就惊喜了一下。

一年级的学生，自控能力差，课堂上常常管不住自己，课堂纪律需要老师不停的提醒。而今天我要上的数学课又是关于平面图形的拼一拼，需要学生用学具来拼图形，其实，在备这节课的时候我是十分忧愁，每次有这样需要学生动手操作的活动时，我就忧愁，不知道该怎样收场，每次都是“威逼利诱”的，“把学具收起来，不然下节课不让你们用学具了。”“谁再让我看见你偷偷玩学具，我就没收，用学具时你看着别人用。”各种方法，算是想尽了，但总是有几个胆大的，没有在我的“恐吓”下屈服，趁我不注意，以为我没有看见，在下面偷偷的玩学具，有时我的视线从他们身上略过，他们看到了，眼睛还时不时的朝上看看我，还以为我没有看见，其实，他们的眼神早就出卖了他们，被我“收拾”了一顿，是会好很多，但真不想在课堂上发脾气。可是，今天的课堂，同样是用学具，我明显的感觉到，这种现象好了许多，我让他们用完一次学具就把学具收起来放在桌角，然后坐端，今天我同样下达了这样的口令，发现好了许多，虽然仍有许多学生对学具恋恋不舍，但是我又提醒了一次，就收好了。这节课，学生在动手操作中的表现也是让我十分惊奇，看着他们拿着手中的学具拼成各种新的图形，脸上也满是自豪，时不时有学生在拼的时候叫我“老师，快看！我拼成了平行四边形。”边说还边用手指着。就连平时上课我提问十以内的口算都需要掰手指的良宇兄，都在我问他这时什么图形的时候很快的说出来。

其实早在这学期刚开学的第一天，我就觉得惊喜了。第一天上课，学生早早的就来到学校，坐在自己的位置上读书，因为前一天，在黑板上写上了早读任务。其实在不知不觉中，学生习惯了我的要求，他们适应了我，而我也适应了他们。有时候并不是他们犯了错，而是我的要求不具体，他们并不懂，不知道该怎样做。把规矩给他们慢慢的讲清楚了，他们慢慢就知道该怎么做了。

我是第一次当一年级当一年级的老师，他们也是第一次当一年级的学生，互相学习，共同进步。

“开始！”邵老师一声令下，同学们打起圈圈来，“两块半！”邵老师大喊一声，“啊啊啊！”同学们顿时慌了。“快来四个人！”我大叫，离我近的四名同学连忙凑过来，和我抱在了一起。“好！”邵老师喊起来，来巡查，一些同学没有按要求行事，就被罚了三个深蹲跳。

春暖花开，草长莺飞，说的是二月里的天气;儿童散学，忙乘东风，说的是娃娃们的乐趣。童年的各种游戏，我感触最深的就是老鹰捉小鸡。

其实这门游戏，家喻户晓。其简单的程度，不用指导，也不需培训。一个揪着一个的衣角，连成一条左躲右闪的队伍。最前面的一个做母鸡。最后边的一个做小鸡。我们共同的目标，众志成城，抵御随时俯冲而下的雄鹰。

老鹰生就一双锐利的眼睛。死死盯住最小的那只鸡。最小的鸡，没本事，跑不动，只能跟在鸡群的最后。矫健的雄鹰认准了那勉强会跑的小鸡。保护家族的小“太保”不被鹰吃，成了每个鸡的成员义不容辞的责任。鹰在“雪域高原”练就了过硬的本领，来到平原草地，捉一只嗷嗷待哺的小鸡，如同囊中探物。可是，鸡群的凝聚力大得惊人，共同彰显的防卫精神，逼得有备而来的老鹰手忙脚乱，无从下手。

老鹰老羞成怒，气得眼睛发麻。鸡妈妈更是不慌不忙，沉着应战。双方形成了僵局，骑虎难下，谁也不让谁，看来，打持久战的斗争逐步开始，更难熬的考验一步步逼来。

老鹰是久游江湖、久经沙场的老手，经验丰富，耐心很强。它随时随处伺机机会，在鸡妈妈一不留神的瞬间，可怜尾随的小鸡还没有反应过来，已被它活活擒走。

“痛失”队友，鸡群再也不敢马虎大意了。母鸡奋力撑开双翅，伸到最大限度。老鹰飞来飞去，母鸡挡左挡右，小鸡们忽前忽后。尽管我们在不停的逃避，躲闪，可是，老鹰就是在有备无备的正攻、侧攻、反攻当中，搞乱了我们的视线，破坏了我们的注意，击垮了我们的防卫，一会一只，一会一只，不到二十分钟，三只鸡就成了鹰嘴里的“美餐”。

最有趣的是，每次它做了妈妈，我去狗棚看望它和小狗的时侯，它就会用嘴把小狗推到我面前。它还会在我高兴的时候兴高采烈地在我身边蹦来蹦去。在我难过的时候，它又会过来轻轻的舔我的手，好像在安慰我说：“小主人别生气了！”

我去上学时，它总是会送我到路口，我放学回来了，它又准时地在那里等。可是不久前的一天我放学回来居然没有看到小黄，问了爷爷才知道，原来它是不小心吃到毒药死了。我们全家都很难过。
