小学三年级的语文教学工作，包括承担学生作文入门的指导。一直以来，作文教学都是小学语文教学中比较棘手的一个问题，学生怕作文，甚至把作文视为是一项“苦事”.经过近几年在作文教学方面的实践总结，我觉得学生能否由怕作文到爱作文，这与作文入门的指导有很大的的关系。下面就谈谈本人的几点看法：

一、激发学生的作文兴趣

小学生对任何新的事物都有感兴趣的一面，并且有探知的欲望。三年级的学生，此时还未接触作文，真希望自己快点知道，作文究竟是怎么回事。是难是易？是有趣还是乏味等等一系列问题存在他们的思维空间时，我抓住学生的这一心理特点，觉得特别要引导好第一节作文课。这就是激发好学生的作文兴趣。

第一次给学生上入门作文时，我没有照章地按作文要求让学生作文，而主要是让学生理解什么是“作文”.并且是在谈话中用最熟悉、最形象的事物，通过设置问题的形式，让学生自己理解“作文”的含义。其中有一段话是这样的：也许同学们很想知道怎样写作文，其实作文是一件很简单的事。比如你们的妈妈在自己心目中漂亮吗？有多漂亮？你想告诉你的同学、老师吗？怎样说才能把漂亮的妈妈让别人知道呢？听了这些问话，学生们的兴趣来了，并且各抒己见，同桌之间议论纷纷。看到这一情景我接着说，你讲的如果能写出来让人看，就成了一篇作文。学生们听了，觉得更新奇，并感觉到作文原来既有趣又简单。接着，我还告诉他们，不光写妈妈，还可以写爸爸、爷爷、奶奶------甚至你觉得有趣的事情或者是其他有意义的东西都可以写成作文，告诉别人。这时，作文的概念就在学生的头脑中形成了。

二、注重读写结合的教学

万事开头虽然难，但是兴趣是最好的老师。第一节作文课激发了学生的兴趣，我觉得教师还得注重培养他们读写结合的习惯，所谓读写结合，就是读不离写，写不离读，这就关系到学生作文水平进一步提高的问题。

课堂教学是学生获得知识的重要阵地。在课堂教学中，除了教会学生识字、写字，理解课文内容外，还要引导学生怎样把一些好词、好句用到自己的作文中去。刚开始作文，不要求学生篇幅的长短，只要求语句通顺、连贯，把所有学的字、词、句恰当地利用上去就行了。比如在教学《艰苦的岁月》时，课文中有很多描写老红军外貌的句子。我便适当地加以引导，让学生想想哪些相干词语、句子可以用到自己的作文中去。此时在学生的理念中就会形成一种意识，原来学习课文也可以帮助写作文。因此，更觉得作文简单、有趣。这样学习课文也会更认真更投入。

另外，读写结合还涉及到课外活动的开展。课外活动是课堂教学的延伸、拓宽、深化和发展。在课外活动中，主要从课外阅读与组织实践活动两方面来扩展学生的知识视野，培养多方面的素质。比如建立“班级图书角”,保证时间的前提下，首先有针对性地选择材料提供学生课外阅读，教育学生多看名人作品和

《小学生优秀作文选》等好文章。由此养成勤于读书、思考、动笔的良好习惯。如此一来，既提炼了阅读方法，又把课堂教学与课外阅读有机地衔接起来。

在组织实践活动中，主要通过开展团队活动，丰富多彩的课外活动。比如说组织学生登山、游览公园、举行“钉纽扣比赛”“讲故事比赛”.活动后，要求学生把自己亲手做的或亲眼看到的人与事，有条理、有重点，流畅地写出来。由此一来，学生对写作就有更进一步的认识，觉得活动也能写作文。因此除了爱作文，也会更积极参加各项活动。

三、教给学生观察生活的方法

小学生的作文不能只是为了写作而写作，也应该指导学生去观察生活。观察生活首先要有顺序、有条理。写静态事物时要写出它的形状、颜色、大小、用途等内容。并要求学生按从远到近或从左到右、从上到下、从整体到局部的顺序去观察，然后有条理地写下来。写动态事物应包括写动物、活动变化的事物等。如写动物，就要写出它的外形体态及生活习性的内容。写活动变化的事物，就要写出它活动变化的情况。对这类动态事物，我们可以采取“游动”的方法来观察。如在一次写一动物的作文过程中，事前我讲明了“游动”的观察方法，让学生按这方法去观察自己家养的一种动物，并让学生有条理地写出来。这样，有的学生写“我家的一头黄牛”,能把黄牛写得栩栩如生，看了他的文章，就像亲眼看见他家养的牛一样。写叙事时，我要求学生按时间推移或地点变换的顺序来观察，要观察事情的起因、经过和结果，重点是观察事情的经过和主要办事人物的行动。作文时把事情的来龙去脉写出来，把主要办事人办事的过程写具体即可。写人时要求通过人物的外貌、语言、行动、神态和心理活动来反映人物的性格特点。写人的文章可以“一事表人”,也可以“多事表人”.

当然，观察事物不能只为观察而观察，应展开想象来丰富文章的内容。因为事物之间都是互相依存，彼此联系的。要由表及里地去认识事物，找出它的内在联系，从而全面地，本质地了解事物。

在作文中教给学生观察生活的方法，不但可以帮助他们提高写作水平，而且可以帮助他们更深地体验生活。

四、批语要有鼓励性

作文对于小学三年级的学生而言是个新鲜事物，维持他们的作文兴趣与激发他们的作文兴趣同等重要。而给学生成就感，写些具有鼓励作用的批语则是维持作文兴趣的有效手段。作文是一种综合性很强的训练，带有很大的创造性，因而学生的劳动也十分艰辛。所以不少学生把作文视为难事，怕写作，不想写作。在这种情况下，学生费九牛二虎之力写出了文章，却得不到老师的肯定与表扬，反而得到老师的否定与批评，那种不好受的滋味可想而知了。因此，批改作文时我认为应批些鼓励性的话，使学生看了批语，心情激奋，爱写作，想写作，下次写作文时，决心写得更好；如果批语不好，学生则会感到灰溜溜的，只能是适得其反，讨厌写作，怕写作。那么，作文教学定会失败或收效甚微。

实践使我认识到，小学生作文入门的教学对学生以后作文水平的提高以及对作文的爱好都有很大的关系。因此，三年级学生的作文入门教学非常重要。

今天是个阳光明媚的早晨,我们棕北小学的孩子们来到了石滩龙少年素质培训基地进行培训.

第二天，我和班上一位CF等级是中尉的同学商量好，就开始努力了。后来，经过了九九八十一天的努力，我终于升到了少校。我重新登录了浙江电信一区，刚打开，我就急忙查看仓库。果然，里面多了一把黄金AK和黄金沙鹰。我把这两把武器放入1号背包，又把2号背包里面的M4A1－B拿了出来，把一杆新买的重狙放了进去。接着，我选了一个房间。忽然，我感受到了一股异常强大的吸引力，眼前一花，我不知不觉地进入了电脑。

不一会儿，我端起一杆沉重的黄金AK出现在了保卫者的基地里。我方才知道，我进入了游戏。身手敏捷的我冲了出去，迅猛地掏出，拔出保险栓，费尽了九牛二虎之力，才将扔了出去。接着，我又换成黄金AK，迅速地瞄准一个正在打我队友的一个潜伏者的大脑，轻轻地扣了几枪。此时，我的眼前晃过一个镀金的骷髅头，看样子像是黄金爆头。我退到了保卫者基地，换成2号背包，拿出重狙，偷偷地从右侧的走廊穿了过去，跳上箱子，蹲在上面，把重狙的枪头对准了潜伏者基地的出口。几秒钟过后，对手出现了。我急忙瞄准他，扣了一枪。随着一声重狙发出的枪响，目标应身倒地。几秒钟的时间，又出来一个拿着重狙的敌人，我刚想瞄准他，扣了一枪。随着两声枪响，我壮烈牺牲了，他的动作比我快。三四秒钟过后不知怎么的，我又稳稳当当地出现在了保卫者的基地里。我恍然大悟，方才想起比赛是按杀敌数来计算的。所以说，不管牺牲了多少回，都会死而复生的。这次，我勇敢地冲了出去，端着AK狂扫，子弹不够了，又换出沙鹰出来打。五六分钟过后，我方获胜，我弄了个最终杀敌。我看了看结果，GP加了200多，经验值加了500多，还有16个爆头。

However, it is harmful and detrimental to be addicted to online games because teenagers may spend too much time on online games and do not have time for study. As a result, they are unable to study well. To curb this problem, I believe the best way is to educate them by making them realize the serious consequences of playing online games. Parents and teachers also have to help these teenagers focus on their study. With these methods, I believe that teenagers will stop playing online games and work hard for themselves.

Computers are affordable for almost all people nowadays. As a result, an

increasing number of college students take computers to their dormitory to

browse website, watch movies and play video games and so on. This phenomenon has

caused lots of public concern. Some people believe that computer does bad to

students’ health for college students spend more than five hours staring at

computer without break every day. However, for other people, they are positive

to students’ owing computers because students can search for the newest

information. Standing on my point, I’m more tending to the first opinion.

Reasons are as the following:

Firstly, computers will transfer students’ attention. If students take

computers on campus, they would spend much time on computer than on study. For

instance, lots of my classmates usually play computer for amusement once class

is dismissed instead of going to the library to read more books to enlarge their

knowledge circle.

Secondly, students spend lots of time on computers which hurts their

health. It is quite often seen that students stay in dormitory for almost a

whole day without any breaks playing computers. It is all known that computers

have radiation which hurts eyes and skin.

To be honest, students can use computer to search for the updated

information that they want. But for the reasons above, I firmly believe that

students shouldn’t bring computers to college.
