每年学校都会组织一次劳动技能大赛，去年五年级的同学们参加了一次十分激动的缝扣子比赛。

比赛开始了，第1组的同学们上场了，九名同学端坐在椅子上，面前放着自己的针线盒，背挺得直直的，有的同学脸上露出了胜利在望的微笑，有的则不停地搓着手，看起来十分紧张，还有的人把头低着，不想去面对比赛。“开始!”裁判员一声令下，九双手齐刷刷的伸向了各自的针线盒，齐刷刷掏出了针和线开始动手。

这其中小明的动作最利索。他在别人还在穿线时就已经开始缝第1针了，可偏偏这时扣子不争气，第1次抓，溜了;第2次抓，又溜了;第3次还好最后扣子投降，被乖乖按在布上，小明熟练地穿针引线，针在扣眼中上下翻动，线在布与扣子之中灵活游走。快，但丝毫不乱。第一个扣子缝完了，小明快快地瞄了一眼隔壁的同学，他已经领先好多啦!他心中紧绷的弦松了一些，脸上显露出胜券在握的欢喜，但依然专注于自己的扣子，并没有丝毫松懈。

第二个扣子：放好、把针刺进去、拉小明十分冷静，十分专注，有条不紊的重复着缝第一个扣子时的步骤完成了第二个扣子的任务。

“完成!”小明“腾”地一下站起来，高举手中带有两个十分牢固的扣子的布，其他同学惊讶地望了小明一眼，随后赶快把注意力移回自己的扣子上，还一边沮丧的摇摇头，“他缝地可真快呀，我真比不上!”

小明伴着别人的掌声以及羡慕还有一点妒忌的目光下了场。今年的劳动技能大赛，小明还有可能赢吗?我想有可能，小明一向坚持着他的原则：认真细致坚持。这样做事情又怎么可能不成功呢?

“提起作文头就疼”这是同学们的口头禅，对于三年级小学生来说更是如此。那么，作为三年级语文老师应当如何指导学生作文呢？

我本着追求快乐作文的本意，让学生在我的课堂里摆脱畏惧作文、感觉“没有东西可写”的困境。我设计了一节游戏作文课。

一、玩玩、说说、写写轻松又实在

兴趣是学生学习的强化剂，是学习获得成功的必要条件。要想让学生认真写作，喜欢写作，还应培养他们对写作的兴趣。游戏作文是最富有情感性的创造活动，在课堂上我挤出时间让学生尽情地“玩”，这对于激发学生的表达欲望，创造协作心境是大有益处的。在游戏过程中，我把游戏分成三个部分，就是想让学生能够边看、边玩、边议、边说。在每一个部分开始或结束时都让学生谈体会，说看到的、听到的、有意思的事。学生兴趣盎然，纷纷举手发言，写起作文来自然是得心应手。

二、重视学生的口头表达

在游戏作文课中，玩玩、说说、写写是紧密联系，相互相成的。在玩玩、说说的过程中，有些学生只注重玩的过程，而没有注重用合适的语言把玩游戏时，自己或同学的神态、动作、语言说清楚，那样写出来的作文照样也不会生动。所以，在课堂上我认真倾听学生的发言，遇到表达好的学生及时鼓励，给其他同学以榜样作用。如：“你的口才真好，把你的同学逗笑的动作说得逼真极了。”或及时引导表达不具体的学生：“他们玩游戏的姿势是怎样的？能形容一下吗？他们说了什么，做了什么才把你逗笑呢？”等等。在课堂上我还展示学生的习作，使学生感受到成功的喜悦，从各方面激发学生写作的兴趣，点燃学生写作的激情。在尽情游戏、细致观察的基础上，我再引导学生进行具体、形象的描述，这样学生就能创作出优秀的游戏作文。

在玩玩、说说、写写作文课之后，我准备继续将“画画、说说、写写”、“做做、说说、写写”、“读读、演演、写写”等各种活泼、有趣的形式请进我们的作文课堂，让学生越来越喜爱作文课堂，越来越喜爱作文。

这个暑假，我去京广书城实践了十天，这十天，是我获益最大的十天。

记得第一天去实践时，干什么，怎么干，我毫无所知，只是想尽快完成实践任务，其它的都不重要。到了那里，一位姐姐告诉我，如果看到书乱了，就整理一下，不乱你就干自己的事情好了;一般半个小时左右看一下就好，不用一直转，应该会很轻松。

的确，很轻松。我一天去三小时，三小时其实很短，因为陪伴我的有书，有乐趣，这使我的实践获益无穷。

从《安妮日记》到《骆驼祥子》;从《钢铁是怎样炼成的》到《朝花夕拾》;从《简爱》到《羊脂球》，再到一部部小说集，其中的内容让人难以忘怀——忘不了那句"当回忆起往事时，他不会因虚度年华而悔恨。都已献给了世界上最伟大的事业———为人类的解放而斗争。";不会忘了那个"坚壮，沉默，而又有生气"的祥子，更忘不了那个"自私的、不行的、社会病胎里的产儿、个人主义的末路鬼"。这些都来自于书，来自于在书城实践活动的收获。虽然每天要工作三小时，会少一些玩的时间，少一些写作业的时间，可是我相信在实践中所学到的知识，是不亚于在家中、在课本上所学的知识的。

从实践中，我还知道了为什么书没有交款拿到门口时，门口的报警器会响——那是因为，每当书店进来一批新书时，服务员们会把一个小铁片夹在或贴在书中，正因为这个小铁片，书离报警器近的时候，报警器才会做出反应。我想这个发现可能是只有在这种实践中才会发现的。

活动最后我荣获了"服务之星"的称号，并获得了六十块钱的书，这或许算不了什么，但是这是我劳动所得，这仅仅是属于我自己，所以它对我有更深的一层意义。

发生火灾的时候，如果我们已经被大火包围了，那就一定要先拨打火警的电话119，在报警的过程中要详细讲清楚发生火灾的地点、报警人的名字，以及现在火势的具体情况，然后我们就可以等待救援。

如果火灾不是很严重，火势比较小的情况下，我们可以先用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，然后披上湿毛毯在火灾现场冲出去。其实，发生火灾的时候，被烧死的人真得很少，绝大部分的人都是被烟雾熏死的。所以用湿毛巾捂住口鼻真得很重要。

那么为什么烟雾会让死亡率增高，会成为人们在火灾中失去生命的“罪魁祸首”呢?因为烟雾里面有着很多有毒和有害的气体，这些有害气体被人们直接吸入体内，就会导致中毒。

在逃出火场的过程中，一定要逆风而行采取弯腰的姿势爬出去，用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，这样才能保证自身的安全，避免中毒。

在火势较大的情况下，我们可以利用阳台、下水道或者接地比较牢固的物件进行逃生。也可以把绳索或者床单撕成一条条然后接起来，把一端固定在比较牢固的物体上面，顺着绳索或者床单往下滑，这样也可以逃生。

如果这些方法都不可行，火灾已经非常大，必须跳楼才可以逃生。那么这种情况下，一定要先把棉被衣物这些抛出去，这样能够增加缓冲，然后用手扶着窗台往下滑，尽量缩短直接跳下去的高度，在跳楼的过程中，尽量让自己的双脚先着地，这样才能够最大限度的保全自己的性命。

火灾真得很危险，我们一定要“防患于未燃”。每个人都要关心消防安全，注意防火，这样才能减少火灾，也让我们的生活更加美好。

要还学生习作的真实与本色，就要给习作教学注入新的活力。教师有必要为学生创造习作的活动天地，积极组织学生参加实践活动，丰富他们的生活，拓宽他们的思路，使他们在实践活动中学习语言和技法，同时边做边写，不断提高习作能力，培养习作兴趣。现就活动作文教学的一般流程略谈一孔之见。

活动准备：请学生课前收集有关资料、信息，了解活动的规则、要求等知识。同时准备好有关材料、器物及工具，以保证活动顺利进行。

2.激情导入：主要是激发学生的活动兴趣。教师要善于运用语言艺术，或设置悬念，或引发争论……以趣味性的语言激起学生的好奇、探究的心理和愿望，从而保证学生一开始就以饱满的热情投入活动。

3.预设结果：要求学生预先设想活动的结果，一石击起千层浪。学生根据各自的想象、推理、判断，纷纷发表不同见解，有的甚至是截然相反的两种不同结果。通过争议，实际上是对学生活动热情的再次激励。

4.活动验证：开展活动，让事实说话。学生兴致勃勃，人人动手，演示出活动的结果。这是活动的主体部分，一定要引导学生仔细观察。关键的地方，可以放慢频率，或做出特殊标记，以引起学生注意。

5.活动质疑：活动的真正目的并不是要得出某种结果，而是要从活动中学到某种知识、得到某种启示、受到某种教育、形成某种观念。实验后，要引导学生提出问题——“为什么是这种结果，而不是另一种结果呢?”这是将活动引向深入的一步，不论是引导者还是活动者，绝不能忽视。

6.引导探究：针对学生提出的问题，相机引导学生利用学过的课文、有关资料、以及身边的师生所掌握的信息，去寻找答案。这是培养学生进行研究性学习的极好机会，也是训练学生如何利用（开发）学习资源的大好时机，这将对学生的未来学习产生深远影响。作为老师，必须清醒地认识这一点。

After eating zongzi, my father took me to watch the dragon boat race. There

are lots of people here, and the traffic is very busy! The race started, and

every team is ready to go. With a burst of gunfire, each dragon boat flies

across the water like an arrow. The audience cheered and shouted, cheering and

encouraging for the contestants. The contestants listened with confidence and

strove hard to paddle, and the water splashed everywhere. Each dragon boat

chased after each other. At last, the laggard No. 1 finally caught up with the

far ahead No. 2. The audience couldnt help cheering. There was a sea of joy

everywhere. Ah! This is the most unforgettable day for me.

上星期二中午，结合“助残日”我们学校举行了“爱心跳蚤市场”活动。

看在操场跑道上，各班摆了摊位，放上琳琅满目的商品，看得同学们眼花瞭乱。我们班选出了几位销售员，大家齐心协力把桌子抬到操场的一角，把商品整整齐齐地摆在桌子上等待第一位顾客光临。

准备工作一切就绪，该我们大显是伸手的时候了，我大声吆喝道：“快来买啊，快来看啊，小豆苗小卖部大甩卖了!价格便宜，个别商品买一送一!”一会儿，顾客陆陆续续来到我们摊位前，把桌子围了水泄不通，看看这个，摸摸这个，还不时问问价格。我手忙脚乱心里既紧张又兴奋。渐渐地，顾客变少了，桌子上的商品也所剩无几了。看着哪几样无人问津的商品，我开始发愁了，心想：这些商品怎样卖出去呢?突然，我灵机一动不一定要守在摊位上，我可以拿着商品主动出击找顾客。于是我拿着一个玩具找到一个低年级的小朋友对他说：“这个玩具可好玩了，我便宜一点卖给你，要吗?”“多少钱?”那个小朋友问。我急忙说：“两元。”小朋友看看手里的钱说：“我只有一元了。”行，就一元。“我说。小朋友赶紧递给我一元钱，我把玩具给了他，他拿着玩具高高兴兴地离开了。我心里乐开了花。

回到教室我想：”虽然我们卖得钱不够多，但却是我们的一份爱心，我希望下次再举行“爱心跳蚤市场”活动，我会更加积极参与，献出爱心，帮助残疾人。
