（一）加强基础训练，培养写作兴趣。

美国著名心理学家布鲁纳说：“学习兴趣是个人对学习的一种积极的认识倾向与情绪状态。”学生对某一知识有兴趣，就会持续地专心致志地钻研它，从而提高学习效果。写作兴趣是引起写作动机推动学生写作的一种重要心理因素。因此，培养和激发学生的写作兴趣是提高写作教学效果的重要途径。对学生进行作文指导，既要注意在讲读课文时指导学生学习写作的方法，又要根据学生的水平差异，在普遍指导的基础上进行个别指导，同时还需在作文课中根据具体情况采用适当的形式。

１、口头训练

小学作文形式以书面作文为主，但并不意味着可以忽视口头作文。学生的口头语言从思想转化为语言的过程很短，有利于培养学生的抽象思维能力、语言组织能力，促进他们积极思考。对学生进行口头训练，可采用不同的方式方法。可组织他们开展故事会、讲演比赛、辩论会等。这些方式方法，有助于提高学生的阅读、口头表达、思维等方面的能力。

２、书面训练

由于小学生书面表达能力偏低，需要有针对性地增加书面作文的训练，即运用多种作文练习方式，提高学生的写作兴趣和表达能力。作文练习有许多形式，除了传统的看图作文、仿写、缩写、扩写、改写、续写等。

（二）加强命题指导，明确作文意图。

语文教学的讲读和作文是相辅相成、互相促进的，讲读指导作文，作文巩固讲读。因此，作文课要与讲读课联系起来，这可以使学生运用所学的知识，达到学以致用的目的。结合课文命题，是学生熟悉的，写作方法通过讲读学生也初步了解了，进行这样的作文练习，学生就可以借鉴、模仿课文。例如讲过《我的老师》，就以此命题，学习写人叙事的方法；讲过《人民英雄永垂不朽》，命题《我们的教室》，学习按顺序说明事物的方法等等，既有利于启发学生去思考写什么、怎样写，又能反过来加深对课文的理解，同时又适合学生模仿性强的特点。作文的命题还可结合学生的生活实际，引导学生去反映自己的生活，激发学生的写作兴趣。例如班里的同学经常做好事，可以让学生写《我们班的小雷锋》、《他是我学习的榜样》等。这样的命题，既能使学生做到言之有物，又能写出真情实感，还能帮助学生提高思想认识，培养学生实事求是的良好文风。

（三）加强方法指导，提高作文能力。

学生要写好作文，离不开教师对写作具体方法的指导。教师除了在平时的教学中要指导学生观察生活、积累素材外，在作文课上还要指导学生审题、选材、立意、布局谋篇、遣词造句等。对此，每次作文都要有一个具体的要求，有一个侧重练习的目标，教师进行重点指导，便于学生掌握。例如要求学生以《我爱××》为题，仿写《古井》时，重点是学习借物喻人手法的运用。教师可先指导学生设想所要描写的事物，完成题目，并结合自己平常的观察，抓住所写事物的出特点，确定其象征意义，再由每位学生说出自己的构思，请同学们帮他挑毛病，教师在此基础上再对借物喻人手法运用的是否恰当重点给予指导，最后完成作文。通过这一指导，学生基本上理清了文章的结构，掌握了象征手法的正确运用，写起来就会有一定的积极性。

寒假的一天

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father

was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in

Shanghai opera. She was watching a Shanghai opera contest. The apartment was

very quiet. Suddenly the light went out. It was a blackout, but I liked it very

much. It came and I didnt have to do my homework. We went to the living room

在实际写作过程中，有的学生感到无从下笔，即使能写，也仅仅是简简单单的句子;有的学生甚至对英语写作望而生畏，消极应付;总体上学生存在严重的英语表述上的困难。写作能力不高主要表现在：母语影响、词汇量少;单词造句、搭配不当;不懂句型、语法不通;信息不全、条理紊乱;语言连贯性差，缺少锻炼;缺少整体的谋篇布局和前后呼应。因此，如何有效地改进英语写作教学，结合自己的教学心得，我认为，培养学生的写作能力可从以下三方面入手。

一、扩展语言输入，奠定写作基础

英语作为一门语言，它具有一定的工具性和人文性，它的结构应是：词—句—篇。“词”是基础，“句”是过渡，“篇”是则是目的。整个训练遵循“词不离句，句不离篇”的原则，由浅入深，循序渐进，不断提高。为了提高学生的写作能力，我在日常教学中，尝试了“词、句、篇”三步曲的写作教学。在教学中做到 “教、学、用”三者的统一。

(一)巧记单词

书面表达需要一定的词汇量，学生书面表达时容易忘记单词或把汉英词汇等同起来。因此，要求学生坚持每天听写、默写、循环记忆单词，掌握巩固词汇。还要求学生给出与单词有关的同义、近义、反义和词形相似的词，使词汇量得到最大限度的复现。

(二)用词造句、连词成句

造句是英语写作中极其重要的一环。可以说，会造句就会写作。要学会造句，需要注意以下几方面。

1、熟练记忆词汇和短语

这个环节是最基本、最重要的。记忆单词和短语时，可以从五个方面入手：词性、拼写读音、意思、用法。抓住了这一点，就像打好了万丈高楼的地基。否则，写作就无从谈起。

2、熟练记忆各种句型和结构

在牢记词汇和短语的基础上，还要记忆各种句型和结构，为造句进一步打下坚实的基础。像There be / How many / How much / be+adj / be+V-ing / make sb. do sth /plan/wish/hope/want to do sth.等句型和结构。在表达某个意思时，注意让学生尽量使用学过的结构造句，不可随心所欲地造出汉语式的英语句子。

3、掌握各种时态及语态的含义和用法

要写出一个英语句子，就要明白时态和语态。也就是说，谓语动词使用什么形式。这就要求学生对八种常用时态和两种语态非常清楚。因此，熟练地使用各种时态语态对于造句尤为重要。

4、掌握句子类型和成分

简单句的五种基本句型是句子类型中最基本的型式，每个英语句子都是以它们为模型写成的。掌握了它们，适时引导学生扩大句式，鼓励学生利用课文中的句型造句。另外还要训练学生“一句多译”的能力。有时候，拿到一个中文句子，可能不会译，这时，就要想办法，换成其他的表达方法，迂回曲折，达到目的。通过这样的训练，可以增加学生的多渠道的语言思维，提高应变能力，从而避免“中国式”的英语。

(三)连句成篇

此项训练的主要目的是培养学生把语法项目、教材内容和文章体裁有机结合起来的能力。

1.要求学生仿写。掌握在英语学习中所学到的连词。只有连词才能把句子连成语篇。

八年级所学课文都有一定的篇幅，老师在引导学生理解课文的基础上，可要求学生用所学过的短语和句型，用自己的话把课文的基本内容简要的表达出来。如在教授八年级第二单元阅读理解，说明篮球的发明者是谁?是在说明情况下发明的。在老师的帮助下，学生可以吧短文改编为对话的形式展现出来。这样既吧学生的读、说的能力和写的能力同时训练了。也大大的提高了学生的兴趣

2.列出提纲，引导学生写作。

引导学生书面表达有许多形式，教师要从学生“学”的角度来设计教学活动，使学生的学习活动具有明确目标，并构成一个有梯度的连续活动。我首先采用给出文中的关键词或短语，整理素材和文章要用到的信息和关键词。帮学生做好铺垫和理清思路，让学生的大脑里有东西，这样学生才有可能写出东西来，帮学生树立信心，克服心理恐惧，从写作中获得了成功的快乐，树立了写作的信心。

3.注重平时的词句积累

鼓励学生收集好词好句，以便于在写作时能信手拈来。

二、进行有效指导，扎实写作训练

1.巧设课堂，限时作文

训练时当场发题，促使学生瞬间接受信息，快速理解信息，迅速表达信息，提高实际应用和应试能力。这一步是关键，也是学生的难关。首先必须使学生明白书面表达题既不是汉译英，也不是作文，不可任意发挥，要求的是将所规定的材料内容经整理后，展开思维，目的在于考查学生运用所学英语知识准确地表达意思的能力。必须要求学生在写作过程中牢牢记住以下口诀：“先读提示，弄清要点与格式;时态语态要当心，前后呼应要一致;句子结构和搭配，语言习惯莫违背;文章写好细检查，点滴小错别忽视。”学生明确目的并掌握要领后，要严格在规定时间内完成作业。训练的初级阶段，每次时间可放宽一点。随着学生写作能力增强，时间相应缩短，逐步做到20分钟内完成任务，决不能养成拖拉的坏习惯。

2.优化习作批改，及时讲评

作文的批改与讲评是写作教学的最后一个环节，也是其重要的一个环节。由于班级人数多，批改的工作量很大。因此，教师可以让学生动手参与，互相评改。由于学生之间的了解更深刻，他们之间的相互交流往往能收到很好的效果。而当学生意识到教师并不是他文章的唯一读者时，他们会更认真地写好作文。因此，让学生相互传阅和批改作文不仅增加了写作时的真实感，更重要的是，能训练学生的语言意识和语境。

教案(Teaching Plan)是教师施教的课时计划或方案，是帮助教师有效地进行素质教育教学的依据。教案可以帮助教师有计划、有步骤地进行素质教育教学，充分利用课堂教学时间，高质量地完成教学任务。教案写得如何将直接影响教学效果的好坏。因此，在日常教学中，广大教师都非常注重写教案。那么写教案时应写什么呢?

一、写课题(Topic)和课型(Lesson Type)

课题相当于文章的标题，讲课时要首先告诉学生，并写在黑板上。因此要写得准确。课型是指该节课的讲授类型。初中英语的主要课型有：：新授课(New lesson)、巩固课(Reinforcement Lesson)、复习课(Revision Lesson)、语音课(Phonetic Lesson)、听力课(Listening Lesson)、听说课(Aural-Oral Lesson)、阅读课(Reading Lesson)、语法课(Grammar Lesson)等。不同的课型应用不同的授课方式或方法，只有确定了课型，才能选择有效的素质教育教学方法。

二、写教学目标(Teaching Objective)

教学目标是教案的核心内容，是教师施教的准绳。教学目标要符合大纲对教材的要求。由于教学目标要在课堂上展示给学生，让学生明确，所以写素质教育目标时，要力求简明扼要，浅显易懂，便于操作和检测，一般3~4个目标为宜。

三、写教学的重点(Main/focal Points)、难点(Difficult Points)和关键点(Key Points) 教学重点是课堂教学的主要任务;教学难点是师生顺利完成教学任务的障碍;素质教学关键是攻克教学难点的突破口。在教案中写清一节课的教学重点、难点和关键点，能提醒教师在讲课时注意突出重点、突破难点、抓住关键。

四、写教具(Teaching Tools)

课堂上需要什么教具要写清楚，如录音机、教材录音带、教学挂图、卡片、实物(或模型)、小黑板、刻印好的练习题、彩色粉笔、幻灯片等。

五、写教学过程(Teaching Procedure)

教学过程是教案的主要部分。写教学过程主要写以下几方面的内容：

1、 写教学环节。教学环节即教学任务是什么要写清楚，做到心中有数。目前有

些教师采用"三阶段六环节"教学模式，即：准备阶段(自由交流、复习检查)、讲练阶段(导入课程、分层操练)和发展阶段(巩固发展、布置作业)。

2、 写知识点和所用时间。写好知识点，教师使用教案时能一目了然，有的放矢。写好所用时间，能使教师从容掌握教学速度，合理安排每个教学环节所需的时间，充分利用课堂时间。

3、 写教师活动。不仅要写教师"教什么"，还要写出教师"怎样教"，即写清楚教师要教的内容，写出讲授这些内容的方法。写出课堂用语和各环节的过渡语。课堂用语要求简练、口语化，用学生已经学过的熟悉的、听得懂的英语来解释或表达新的教学内容。各环节之间的过渡语要自然流畅。写出使用教具的时机和方法，写板书内容等。

4、 写学生活动。写出学生学习的内容和学习方法，特别是怎样学应写清楚。不能简单地把学生活动写成听、读、思考、操练、做题等。

六、写课堂训练题(Exercises)

备课时精心设计的有针对性的随堂练习题和达标题要写在教案中。写清出示这些题的办法，如用小黑板、看刻印材料或学生已有材料等。写出这些题的答案和解题方法。

七、写课堂小结(Summing-up on Teaching)

课堂小结是教师帮助学生回顾和总结本节课的学习内容的重要环节。小结的方式和方法要在教案中写清楚，不论是教师引导学生总结，还是由教师归纳总结，都要注意把本节课的内容纳入知识系统之中，使学生在整体上把握知识。

八、写板书设计(Blackboard Designs)

板书是有声有色的教学语言，它具有直观性、形象性和启发性。因此，教师在课堂上要有计划地使用黑板，板书什么内容、写在什么位置、用什么颜色的粉笔等要在备课时设计好，并写在教案中。避免课堂上东写一个句子、西写一个短语、一会儿写、一会儿擦、一会儿擦了又写的板书混乱现象。好的板书能使讲课的内容系统化、结构化，有利于学生复习本节课的知识。
