这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

When people ask me what kind of job I want to work on in the future, my

answer is to be a teacher, which is my ideal job. I like to pass knowledge to

next generation and lead them to find their own place in the world. What’s more,

I can live near my families, so I can go home often and enjoy the dinner with

them. I dont want to work far away from my parents, because money cant make up

the time we stay together. When I become a teacher, I will have the long

vacation, then I plan to travel around the world. The place I visit will bring

me a lot of knowledge and open my vision. I will show what I learn to my

students and let them know more about the world. I must fight for my ideal

career.

小学生的写作能力的提高是一个复杂、漫长的过程。学生在写作的时候，总会遇到一些这样或那样的问题，我们作为指导者、引路者，有必要为他们的写作之路扫除荆棘和障碍！其实，每完成一次作文过程，学生们的思想会迈进一步，会成熟一些。换句话说，每次写作就代表成长与进步！下面，我就结合自己的作文教学经历，简单与各位老师交流作文教学的困惑与应对方法。

困惑一：作文内容空洞——不明白写些什么

有一次，我向学生布置一道作文题，题目是“一次有趣的经历”。第二天，我已已审阅了学生的作文。结果令我大失所望！很多学生在文中继续了经历的事情，可就是平常之事。有的写了和妈妈逛街；有的继续了吃饭上学，有的。。。。。。总之，学生的作文内容非常空。如同一座大宅院里面什么也没有。这样的作文能力应该是比较一般的。

解决策略：引导审题、确立主题，挖掘材料

仍然是刚才的作文题，对于出现的问题我仔细反思。于是在作文讲评课，我又一次出示了作文题目。我让学生反复读题之后，引导他们交流，题目的眼睛是什么？学生议论之后，我把“有趣”去掉，再让学生读一读，发现了什么？这下学生都恍然大悟，原来题目也有眼睛啊！俗话说，眼睛是心灵的窗户。通过题目的眼睛，我们可以准确的把握作文的主题。主题有了，那么如何用生活中的材料来表达呢？我再让他们在大脑搜索有趣的事情。。。。。。。。。这下，教室里顿时炸开了锅，有的说在学校里的事，有的说在家里的事，有的说在街上发生的事。说的学生忍不住笑了，听的学生更是如此！原来，作文就是生活。由此可见，要想写出一篇好作文，仔细审题，至关重要。

困惑二：作文语言平淡——不知如何生动表达

小学生的作文都有一个通病，那就是不会生动表达。写的平淡的原因是什么呢？我想有以下几种情况：第一，学生的阅读面较狭窄，特别是农村的小学生。他们除了书本上的词汇，就不会其他的。第二，小学生的经历较少，除了吃饭就是上学，当然编制不出美丽的神话！第三，学生没有积累好词佳句的习惯。学了再多不会积累，也是枉然。生动优美的词句是作文的身体，画龙点睛便是如此！

解决策略：引导阅读，学会积累。

课文是最好的范文，每一次学习新课，我都会让学生反复朗读，读出感情，读出韵味。学完后，我又让学生自觉积累好词佳句，并且引导交流。一个星期过后，我让他们在此交流自己的积累与收获，再一次巩固了积累。另外，我每个星期，还安排了一节课外阅读课，鼓励他们吸取语言的能量，再一次进行自由的积累。每周布置一篇小练笔，让他们尽情自由的表达！

作文教学是小学生学习的一个难点。但是也是他们享受成功与快乐的舞台。在这里，我仅对作文教学提出个人肤浅的看法，让我们与学生一起展开思维的翅膀，翱翔于作文的天空！

春节大扫除

Tomorrow is New Years Day, my family have had a completely cleaning for

龚老师说：“我们来做第二个游戏，画鼻子。”龚老师在黑板上画了一个人的脑袋，脑袋上有头发、眉毛、眼睛、嘴巴、耳朵，就是没有鼻子。龚老师说：“我用书把自己的眼睛蒙着来画鼻子，你们看我把鼻子画在什么地方了。”第一次龚老师把鼻子画在了脸上，第二次龚老师把鼻子画在了眼睛上。龚老师说：“这个游戏哪里有趣？”我们一起说：“鼻子画错了地方很好笑。”

我觉得做游戏真有趣，我真想老师带我们做更多的游戏。

“哈哈哈……”，是怎么回事？原来是我们在斗西瓜虫呢！科学老师让我们观察土壤，大家在土壤里发现了几只西瓜虫，于是大家开始玩起斗西瓜虫游戏。

我们先拿来一个杯子，把西瓜虫放进去，再拿来几支铅笔，这样，斗西瓜虫游戏就开始了。

因为我们的土壤都是从校园里刚挖的，两只西瓜虫如朋友一样，一开始都不愿意攻击对方。这可急坏了急性子同学刘浚哲，他拿起一支铅笔，捅了其中的一只西瓜虫，我们称它为一号西瓜虫，这只西瓜虫以为是另一只西瓜虫打了他，非常生气。于是，两只西瓜虫的“和平期”结束了，“战争”爆发了。

只见一号西瓜虫“变身”成一个小圆球，向二号西瓜虫滚去，二号西瓜虫见状赶忙用“手”捉住那个“小圆球”。一号西瓜虫见被挡住，把脑袋伸了出来，四处张望。这时，同学方明雨叫道：“一号西瓜虫好样的，赶紧推二号啊！”可是一号西瓜虫听不懂方明雨的话，反而把脑袋缩了回去，急得同学们不停地说“推二号，推二号啊！”“一号加油，加油啊！”可一号西瓜虫仍缩着脑袋，“唉……这一号太让人失望了！”在同学们的纷纷惋惜中，一号西瓜虫毫无悬念的被二号西瓜虫推了回来，结果二号西瓜虫赢了！

“叮叮叮……”，上课铃响了，一场精彩的斗西瓜虫游戏在我们的笑声中结束了！

Everybody will meet all kinds of difficulties during their lives, of

course, they are willing to accept success, but the fact is that no one can win

all the time, they will meet failure now and then. Fail is an unpleasant thing

to face, people treat fail a bad thing. While for me, I think we can learn from

failure and be a better man.

Everyone is afraid of facing failure, because failure brings them the sense

of frustration. When facing failure, people choose to avoiding talking about it,

they feel that they will be looked down upon by others. Indeed, no one likes to

failure anything, they want to be successful all the time.

If people change their idea about failure, they can see the positive side.

There is an old saying that failure is the mother of success, which means that

people will learn from failure and make preparation for the success. So failure

is not that hard to face, if people take right attitude towards it, they will

周六下午，小区举行游园活动，我和妈妈一起去参加。

来到活动现场，哇，真是人山人海啊！每个游乐项目前都排着长长的队伍，小朋友们都欢天喜地，快乐无比。我赶紧加入他们的队伍。我首先玩的是“特殊游戏棋”，游戏是这样玩的：每次四人参玩，地板上有一张大毯子，上面有红、黄、绿、蓝四种颜色代表四个起点和四个终点；参加游戏的四人每人甩一次骰子，按骰子上的数字前进步数，谁先到达终点谁就赢。这很像在下飞行棋，大家都兴致勃勃，跃跃欲试。好不容易才轮到我，我抱起大骰子一扔，居然投出了六，一下子比别人快了好几步，接下来乘胜追击，很快就到达了终点，赢得了第一，我开心得一蹦三尺高！

后来，我还玩了蒙眼睛打鼓、套圈、打羽毛球进中心洞和蒙眼贴鼻子等项目，一共得了13张兑奖票，用这13张兑奖票我换到了许多礼品，有巧克力条、巧克力含果冻、洗衣粉和洗洁精。

啊，游园活动让我们玩得真痛快呀！

我和妹妹一会儿我扮好人，她扮坏人；一会儿又是她扮演好人，我扮演坏人。一玩起来就可以玩２至３个小时呢！瞧！某日，好人键和多猛出门去玩，不巧碰上了坏蛋京二，打不过他。怎么办？去叫好人的首领主舰，结果主舰也无能为力。最后是键和多猛合体，终于战胜了坏蛋。好人把坏蛋关进了我们搭好的笼子里，这时，只听见一个坏蛋说：“我带了一台游戏机，我们一起来玩吧。”说着，我们举起了搭成的积木游戏机，但是游戏机没电了。于是他又说：“我们带了一台手提电脑，我们继续玩。”我们又拿起了积木搭成的手提电脑。可是一个坏蛋在笼子里热得发牢骚了，那个坏蛋连忙安慰：“没事！没事！我带了空调，快来凉快凉快。”哪知道，笼子里根本没插座，无法开空调。它们只好求看门的好人：“求求你们，给我们按个插座，我们拿棒棒糖换。”我们赶紧拿出积木棒棒糖……小人的人头掉了，又搭上，于是又有了新的战争。就这样，我们往往是玩得不亦乐乎。

一个暑假快过去了，每天的奇思妙想，带给了我们无穷的乐趣。
