Last Saturday I joined a voluntary activity which was organized by the students union of our school. “奶奶，今天学的单词，我下节课要抽背的哦。”在下课前，我对奶奶提出了要求。“好的，我会认真复习的。”奶奶说。

就这样，一节有趣的英语课结束了。从中我不仅感受到了当老师的快乐，还体会到了生活的乐趣。

在我记忆中，有许许多多事情让我值得我去品味，去琢磨，而那次的活动让我终身难忘。 那天，妈妈对我说：“今天我们来搞一次活动吧！”“好啊！让弟弟妹妹也一起来玩吧！”我回答道。“那我来当裁判，我们就来玩：？乒乓球不能落地？这个活动吧，活动的规则是：

首先是弟弟pk妹妹，妈妈一声令下，她们就互相挤，可是他们的乒乓球，妹妹管好乒乓球，看弟弟不注意来了个出其不备，用屁股顶了一下弟弟，等等重心不稳，身体向前倾，球掉了。所以这场妹妹胜。

小学教育是孩子的启蒙教育，同时也是教育的基础。其教学质量的好坏，直接影响着孩子的学习生涯和前途。在半年的教学工作中深刻的感触到以下几个方面尤为重要。

一是培养学生的学习兴趣，要抓住小学生的心理，成为他们的朋友、知己，让孩子们喜欢上你，爱屋及乌般的喜欢上你教的课程，产生学习的兴趣，活跃课堂气氛。让孩子们融入到课堂气氛中，让他们自觉的思考，开发他们的智力。

“提起作文头就疼”这是同学们的口头禅，对于三年级小学生来说更是如此。那么，作为三年级语文老师应当如何指导学生作文呢？

我本着追求快乐作文的本意，让学生在我的课堂里摆脱畏惧作文、感觉“没有东西可写”的困境。我设计了一节游戏作文课。

一、玩玩、说说、写写轻松又实在

兴趣是学生学习的强化剂，是学习获得成功的必要条件。要想让学生认真写作，喜欢写作，还应培养他们对写作的兴趣。游戏作文是最富有情感性的创造活动，在课堂上我挤出时间让学生尽情地“玩”，这对于激发学生的表达欲望，创造协作心境是大有益处的。在游戏过程中，我把游戏分成三个部分，就是想让学生能够边看、边玩、边议、边说。在每一个部分开始或结束时都让学生谈体会，说看到的、听到的、有意思的事。学生兴趣盎然，纷纷举手发言，写起作文来自然是得心应手。

二、重视学生的口头表达

在游戏作文课中，玩玩、说说、写写是紧密联系，相互相成的。在玩玩、说说的过程中，有些学生只注重玩的过程，而没有注重用合适的语言把玩游戏时，自己或同学的神态、动作、语言说清楚，那样写出来的作文照样也不会生动。所以，在课堂上我认真倾听学生的发言，遇到表达好的学生及时鼓励，给其他同学以榜样作用。如：“你的口才真好，把你的同学逗笑的动作说得逼真极了。”或及时引导表达不具体的学生：“他们玩游戏的姿势是怎样的？能形容一下吗？他们说了什么，做了什么才把你逗笑呢？”等等。在课堂上我还展示学生的习作，使学生感受到成功的喜悦，从各方面激发学生写作的兴趣，点燃学生写作的激情。在尽情游戏、细致观察的基础上，我再引导学生进行具体、形象的描述，这样学生就能创作出优秀的游戏作文。

在玩玩、说说、写写作文课之后，我准备继续将“画画、说说、写写”、“做做、说说、写写”、“读读、演演、写写”等各种活泼、有趣的形式请进我们的作文课堂，让学生越来越喜爱作文课堂，越来越喜爱作文。

小学语文作为基础性教育，关系着学生整个语文学习生涯，对于学生今后的学习有着极为深远的影响，若要实现小学生在语文运用方面的能力提升，最为直接有效的方式便是开展课外阅读学习，使学生在进行阅读时能够丰富语文知识体系，拓展学生的视野，从而提升其对于语文写作学习的兴趣。

一、课外阅读有助于培养小学生的语文写作兴趣

由于小学生的年龄较小，心智与思维比较幼稚，自制力较差，容易被外界事物吸引，因而在实际的教学工作中往往会有较多的困难。鉴于小学生群体的特点，小学教师在进行语文教学时应当注重对于小学生学习兴趣的培养，使学生乐于学习。当小学生对学习有了足够的兴趣时，才会集中精力并主动参与语文写作学习，从而提高语文写作教学的课堂效率和质量。在进行语文作文的教学时，可以多鼓励学生阅读名人列传以及其他相关书籍，帮助在学生进行课外书籍的阅读时，帮助其书籍当中汲取更多的养分。由于多数的名人列传具有较强的趣味性以及故事性，因而能够吸引小学生对于书籍阅读的喜爱，并且名人列传的故事具有良好的榜样作用，小学生在阅读的过程中会逐渐被榜样的力量所感染而更加热爱学习。同时教师作为与小学生接触和交流时间比较多的人，学生的思想也较容易受到来自教师的影响，教师在进行课堂教育的同时，也应当充分利用课余的时间与学生一起阅读课外书籍，并加强对学生的交流和指导，逐步培养起学生的阅读和写作兴趣[1]。

借助课外阅读可以十分有效的提升人们文学感知力以及写作能力。在以往的教育环境中，家长以及教师普遍认为只有教科书以及工具书才能提高学生的写作成绩，而课外书籍则只会误人子弟，因此家长以及教师在为孩子进行书籍的购买选择时多以作文大全以及好词佳句之类的书籍，而对于其他文学类读物则不会过多的去考虑，这主要是由于在以往的教育环境下家长与教师并没有认识到课外阅读对于学生写作能力的重要意义。在新课改的背景下，课外阅读对于学生写作能力的提升得到了家长以及教师的一致认可，并得到了学校方面的重视。通过课外阅读能够有效帮助小学生感悟生活周边的事件，并激发感想，从而为其写作积累一定的写作素材。在实际的课堂写作教学中，课外书籍阅读较多的同学往往能够拥有更为广泛的知识面以及更加敏捷的思维能力，无论是在遣词造句还是人际交流方面都拥有更好的语言表达能力。因此通过大量阅读课外书可以帮助学生掌握更加丰富的知识，也即是说只要做好学生的课外阅读工作，便可以有效地帮助学生提高文学理解的能力，既能减轻小学生的语文写作学习压力，也可以使其在学习的过程当中感受快乐，使其更加乐于学习，并取得良好的语文写作学习效果[2]。

三、课外阅读有助于加强学生语文写作的素材积累

三月十二号这一天是植树节，在老师和家长的精心组织下我们去东郊参加了献爱心植树的活动。

一大早我们就早早的到了学校，我们给每辆车贴上了标号 ，绑了红色的丝带以便路上好跟着不要拉队 ，两位老师也赶过来和我们合影，还给我们交代了好多注意事项，然后我们的大部队就浩浩荡荡的出发了。到了种树的地方，先听了爱心组织单位叔叔给我们讲了这次活动的意义，然后讲了一个奶奶捐了好多树的经历。我拿着我们的旗子就开始了今天活动的正式议程，种树。领了树苗以后，我们就把树放进了提前挖好的坑里，拿着铁锹把土铲了进去，踩实，还给树的周围留下了浇水的边，水来了赶紧接的浇水还挂上了提前作好的心愿卡。我的愿望是希望小树苗快快长大，健健康康！

Every sportsman should have sportsmanship. When defeated, he should GREet his opponent and congratulate him. If he can＇t, on one will care to be his opponent because he lacks basic decorum and the spirit of a good sportsman. A true sportsman has a generous heart, admits to his loss and does not act with vexation. Learning to have sportsmanship is very important. It doesn＇t always matter whether one wins or not. What＇s even more important than results is what you have learned from each competition.

As we all realized that every one of us will fail during our life. Take me

for an example, I fail in my exam. In fact, failure always does appear, which

also means that failure is a daily occurrence, however, when facing the failure,

different people have different attitudes.

Some people hold the view that failure is the meaning whenever they could

not be successful. Thus, if meeting with failure, they will feel so nervous that

they have no idea what they are supposed to do. As time goes by, they become

more and more dispirited while eventually, they could do nothing well.

On the contrary, there are some people tending to believe another idea.

From their point of view, failure is outstanding due to the fact that it can

give them plenty of encouragement. Therefore, if facing failure, they will be

quite courageous and then try their best to beat it, finally, they make their

dream come true.

From my perspective, failure is neither an excellent thing nor an

appreciating thing. Sometimes, it is capable to offer us with encouragement,

however, it can also make us unconfident now and then. Thus, if encountering the

failure, never could we be scared. What we should do is to face it bravely and

never give up.

In summary, I wish when failure appears, each one of us could confront with

it bravely and beat it, if possible.
