当以前没有读这本书时，我是一个动不动就爱乱发脾气的小孩子。比如我总是丢三落四可是妈妈批评我时，我不但不承认错误还顶嘴。再比如在学校我动不动就和好朋友吵架。第二天，好朋友让我和她和解，可是我却说：“我是有自尊的，别想让我和你先握手。”自从看了这本书后，我不再和爸爸妈妈顶嘴了。每次当我生气时，想一想该不该发火？说话的时候也能心平气和的说了。在我没有读这本书前我有一个问题：情绪是什么呢？读完这本书我就明白了情绪是什么。控制情绪这绝不是件简单的事情。这正如每日坚持锻炼身体一样。只有坚持锻炼才能练出肌肉，增强力量一样。我们也可以通过训练使自己渐渐成为情绪的主人。

小朋友们，你们也快来读这本书吧！让自己成为情绪的主人吧！

Dear Sir,

I noticed an ad. In the paper today you said you were looking for people to join your expedition team. It sounded as if it might be fun so Im writing to say Id like to come along.

About myself: I left school at 16 because I wanted to earn a bit of money. After that I got a few part-time jobs as a waiter, etc. But I didnt stick to any of them for long. Recently Ive been doing a bit of hitch-hiking round Europe so Ive had some experience of traveling the hard way which should come in handy on the expedition youre planning. By the way, Im a great guitarist so I can keep you all amused round the campfire at night.

Let me know when I can call in for a chat about dates and other details, etc.

im of the opinion that taiwans students are pathetic because they have too much pressure in their lives. because they have to pass the joint college entrance eam, they must study hard, to meet their teachers and parents epectations, they have to study day and night. but its such a shame because most students dont know what they really want and what their goals in their future should be. so what should they strive towards? should they only want to get the best grades and pass the jcee? the answer is no. in my view, all students should calm down for a few minutes and think earnestly about what they want.

种子，坚持不懈，出芽

我今天种了一些种子，悲剧的是天地起了大雨，我刚开始认为他会被冲跑，想不到的是，过去了几日，我要去看时，它浮在了土表面，的身上仅有小量的土壤层来供它生长发育，但它还是出芽了。当我们举起它的情况下，它的的身上也有许多的小孔，由此可见它被鸡们啄过，但它没有舍弃生的希望。种子尽管在大雨的清洗下，可是它不象其他的种子，它比他人多了份坚持不懈，因此它成功了。

幼芽，坚持不懈，开花

在它之后的日常生活，雨自然是不能缺乏的，但它还是坚持不懈了，在坚持不懈的全过程中，它折了腰，断掉手，但它还是坚持不懈了出来。因为它搞清楚报剑锋从磨炼出，梅花香自苦寒来，仅有击败了重重困难，才有有美丽动人的芳香。大家也都了解仅有经历了艰难困苦，取得成功时的微笑才算是最璀璨。因为它来源于不容易，大家更会爱惜。花也是这般，它仅有经历了大雨的清洗，太阳光的烤制，风的摇荡，它才会开得更璀璨。这颗种子，它保证了，它最后绽放了，尽管没有玫瑰花那般的高雅，牡丹花那般的雍容，桂花那般的芳香。但它懂了坚持不懈了，才算是最美丽的。

开花，坚持不懈，凋零

这朵杰出的花，最后完成了它的宿命，但它不后悔。就在这时候一始料未及的大雨从天而降，告一段落它的生命。

请记牢它，一粒不值一提的种子，一颗顽强的小苗，一朵绽开生命的花，它的一生从雨里来，在雨中努力，在雨里去。一个雨中的故事，一个种子的出世发展身亡。在雨中完成了它的重任。

闻，那边有一阵香味在雨中飘扬。

Be Grateful to Our Parents

Since we were born， many people help us a lot. We should be grateful to their kindness. But the ones we should show our greatest appreciation are our parents. From the first day we appear in their lives， they give us all their love and care， but never expect anything in return. As long as they are there， we do not feel any difficulties， because they are always in front of our shelter， preventing us from difficulties and danger. In order to make our lives better， learn better， they do everything they can to create the best conditions for us， but ignore their own needs. Therefore， we need to cherish parents’ love and repay their upbringing. We should treat them as they treat us.
