more. When they find me start to eat less, they think I am sick. I tell them

A happy Day

It was sunny and very hot today. I got up early and helped my parents cook breakfast. Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room. After a short rest I did my homework in the morning. My desk-mate is a pretty girl. The clearest characteristic of hers is the smile on her face. Any time you meet her,she will give you a sweet smile that is just like spring wind. With the rapid process of modernization, computer becomes more and more

popular. Nowadays, almost every family has a computer. Because of computers, our

daily life is improving.

Computer has a great effect on our daily life. In the first place, computer

has so many functions. As we have computers, we neednt buy books, radios, TVs

and any other things, because computer can take place of them. Secondly, surfing

on the Internet must be very interesting. Through the Internet, we can do

everything we like. Thirdly, thanks to the Internet, we can get the further

我从小就喜欢读故事书，可我的妈 妈就是不让我读，非让我读名著不可。

有一天，妈 妈让我读《读书改变命运》,可是我一听这个名字就觉得很平淡、很无趣。我对妈 妈说：;妈 妈，你能不能给我买一些可笑的、有意思的书啊？;妈 妈说：;那些有意思的书全都是没有用的，对学习也没有帮助。我灵机一动，想出了一个主意。我对妈 妈说:;妈 妈，我想起来了，我答应找同学去写作的。妈 妈说：;行，你去吧。我偷偷地把我最喜欢的故事书也带了出去。就找了一个地方读了起书来，不知不觉地就过了很长时间，直到火烧云刺得眼睛睁不开时，才知道已经过了两个多小时，;不好，过时间了。我急忙跑回家，妈 妈似乎看出了什么破绽，对我说;你平时不是写字挺快吗，为什么这次这么慢。在妈 妈的审问下，我只能承认了。

妈 妈趁这个机会向老师告状，我只能把读书当作任务来完成了，可是书上的字好像和我有仇似的，怎么也钻不进我的脑子里。

可是不久之后，我却慢慢地爱上了这些大部头，不只喜欢故事书了，我也喜欢天文的、地理的、历史的。妈 妈让我读什么书，我就读什么书，之后我才明白，什么书都读，不能只读一类书，要多读书，读好书。不知不觉中，我的阅读能力和作文能力都有了提高，而且以前许多不知道的知识，现在也都知道了。今后我还要经常读书，要读更多的书。

After finishing my homework I went to the Tai Mountian with my friends during my holiday. When we got near the Tai Mountain by buswe were very excited. We planned to get on the top of the Tai Mountain. Next we began to walk we to the foot of the mountian. There were many visitors there. And all of us enjoyed the beautiful views beside the steps. At last we reached the top.Not only we had a picnic there but also we took several picturestoo.
