一天，我无意中发现了一张照片，上面有一个小女孩，正在笑嘻嘻的看这美丽的风景，她的背后是五颜六色花朵，在蓝天下显的更加漂亮。这个小女孩就是我。

每当我看到这张照片，都会想起我在森林公园的经过：

那是一个阳光明媚的好日子，我、妈妈、弟弟坐着33路公交车来到了森林公园。刚进去，我就被这美丽的景色吸引住了，我一会看看这，一会又看看那儿，百看不厌。我又来到了一条河的旁边，这里真是美丽，青青的草地上，有着五颜六色的小野花。我把饼干扔进去，不一会儿，便来了一大群鱼，它们争先恐后的抢着饼干吃。如果它们会飞的话，恐怕它们早就把饼干抢完了，我心里想。这么多鱼，其中我最喜弞的就是那条又肥大的鱼了，它的身体是肉色的，在鱼群中最显眼，我不断的向它扔饼干，不一会就把它吃完了。真能吃!我又向前走来到了水上娱乐区，这儿真是太好玩了，我把每样都玩了一遍，到莲花台的时候，我感到害怕了，不过，我还是一口气跑了过去，途中，我差点掉到水里，往左去，经过一座桥，我把香蕉拿出来，跑到一个大铁笼旁边的猴子看到我拿的香蕉，都非常小心，我看着猴子的手和我们的一模一样，就是有点黑。我把香蕉分成几小块，分给这些猴子们，有一只大猴子特别坏，我真想过去打它一顿，叫它还抢别人的东西。

我又来到了鸟语林，这里的鸟可真多，数都数不清，我经过鹦鹉长廊的时候，看见了好多不同颜色的鹦鹉，它们的大小还不同。在往前走，我看见了一种我从没见过的鸡---火鸡，它可真是难看，身子大大的，脖子细细的，下巴那没有毛，还有两块肉，太难看了，走了许久，我们就来到了鹦鹉表演场，就坐下来认真的看起来，当我看到鹦鹉做健美操的时候，我看呆了，自己的身子也动起来。

时间过的飞快，转眼间，我们就要离开了，到了大门口，我对妈妈说：“妈妈，给我照个相吧。”“好啊”，妈妈爽快的答应了。

妈妈拿着照相机，一、二、三茄子!照片照好了。看到这张照片，我就想到在森林公园玩耍的一天。这一张照片永远使我难忘。

今天，是我盼望已久的节日——“国庆节”。早上，我穿上衣服，和爸爸、妈妈一起旅游。

我们来到了位于长治市黎城县的黄崖洞，这里的风景美丽极了，湖水清澈透明。

进入大门，看到两侧崖顶欲合，仰视如一线天，有“一夫当关，万夫莫开”之险。再往上走来到了高山公园，公园四周奇峰异石，真是美不胜收。

继续攀登，我们步入兵器库遗址，兵器库洞深72米，宽18米，高25米，这里曾经是著明的“黄崖洞保卫战”遗址。

黄崖洞真是一个进行青少年爱国主义教育及旅游的好地方。

今天，我们班举行一次削苹果大赛。

“叮叮铛铛”上课了，同学们纷纷进入教室，准备削苹果。冯老师来到教室，首先叫我们那组削苹果。我们拿着板凳来到讲台，做好了准备工作。便开始了，我认真的削着，削得很吃力，削一节断一节。而姜金宏更搞笑，把皮削得很厚，一个大苹果突然间变成了个小苹果。有人说黄彩杰削完了，用了30秒钟，而且没断。我想：这么快，而且又没断，真厉害呀。过了一会儿，姜金宏削好了，我开始心急了，我急切得削着。时间一秒两秒的过去了，真是皇天不负苦心人呀，终于削完了，苹果还是那个样，而皮却一节一节的。

很快二三四组削完了，最终还是黄彩杰获得了冠军。

黄彩杰能在短时间削完苹果，可想而知，她是多么认真啊！我一定要向她学习这种认真的态度。

农历五月初五就是端午节了，家家户户都要包粽子，还有有趣的划龙舟比赛呢!奶奶在家已经煮好了香喷喷的粽子，打开锅盖满屋都飘着粽子的清香，让我闻得口水直流个不停。我迫不及待地剥开粽子叶津津有味的吃了起来，真是回味无穷呀!

The Dragon Boat Festival is on the fifth day of may in the lunar calendar.

Every family needs to make zongzi. There are also interesting dragon boat races!

Grandma has cooked delicious zongzi at home. When she opened the pot cover, the

fragrance of zongzi was floating all over the house, making my mouth water

continuously. I cant wait to peel off the zongzi leaf and eat it with relish.

Its really memorable!

After eating zongzi, my father took me to watch the dragon boat race. There

are lots of people here, and the traffic is very busy! The race started, and

every team is ready to go. With a burst of gunfire, each dragon boat flies

across the water like an arrow. The audience cheered and shouted, cheering and

encouraging for the contestants. The contestants listened with confidence and

strove hard to paddle, and the water splashed everywhere. Each dragon boat

chased after each other. At last, the laggard No. 1 finally caught up with the

far ahead No. 2. The audience couldnt help cheering. There was a sea of joy

everywhere. Ah! This is the most unforgettable day for me.

“嗞啦——”一声妈妈走了进来。

这一次妈妈回来，直接问饭熟没。爸爸点点头说熟了。妈妈才开始洗手换鞋，饭端上来了，妈妈开始吃饭，她狼吞虎咽的样子把我吓了一跳妈妈平时不这样啊！今天是咋回事。我一边想一边吃。不一会儿妈妈那边传来了很响的嚼菜声，我第一次感觉妈妈吃饭是有声音的。

这时我给妈妈发了一条短信说妈妈你跟以前不一样了。妈妈回了我一句话说是因为我们都在长大。

我不明白短信的意思但我不会忘记在这个母亲节我送给母亲一条短信。

雄鹰

A boy found an eagles egg and he put it in the nest of a prairie chicken. The eagle hatched and thought he was a chicken. He grew up doing what prairie chicken do-scratching at the dirt for food and flying short distances with a noisy fluttering of wings. It was a dreary life. Gradually the eagle grew older and bitter. One day he and his prairie chicken friend saw a beautiful bird soaring on the currents of air, high above the mountains.

"Oh, I wish I could fly like that!" said the eagle. The chicken replied, "Dont give it another thought. Thats the mighty eagle, the king of all birds-you could never be like him!" And the eagle didnt give it another thought. He went on cackling and complaining about life. He died thinking he was a prairie chicken. My friends, you too were born an eagle. The Creator intended you to be an eagle, so don’t listen to the prairie chickens!

我的爷爷已是八旬老人，可他还是不断地给我、哥哥和姐姐讲战时的故事。这次他给我们讲的就是他自己儿时的故事。 一天早晨，我爷爷的爸爸、妈妈像往常一样带着我爷爷一起去上海火车南站站岗。开始天空蓝蓝的一片，可不过一会儿，天变成乌黑一片，突然“轰隆”一声巨响，一发炮弹打在火车站的平地上。

刹那间，站台变成一片混乱，成堆的人们从候车室内如潮水般涌向门外，将大门堵得水泄不通，叫声、喊声、哭声此起彼伏。在这紧张危急时刻，姥爷的上司发出紧急命令：“同志们，请大家不要慌乱，这是日本侵略者在咱们国家所犯下的滔天罪行，请有志者跟我去某某地区参加抗日行动吧！”姥爷为了救更多的人们，于是就叮嘱姥姥好好在家照看爷爷，毅然地跟着他上司走了。爷爷当时不会走路，被我姥姥抱着跑开了。

就在这时天空再次扔下了几枚炮弹，炸断了天桥，炸死了人们，炸散了无数个家庭。爷爷一个不小心就从姥姥手上摔了下来，正当姥姥要再次抱起爷爷时，天桥的一些碎砖瓦要砸到爷爷身上了，姥姥来不及把爷爷抱起来，只好用身体保护了爷爷。爷爷睁大眼睛看着姥姥，姥姥痛苦的脸上微笑着，缓缓闭上了眼。

后来，爷爷被附近的人收养了，姥爷参军了，日军被消灭了。之后，姥爷就独自一人照顾爷爷。

门前月下赏梅花，八卦田里看菜花，故事里面看我家。家是温馨的港湾，是快乐的源泉，更是我人生的启航点。

有时我和奶奶一起去种西瓜。当奶奶拿着锄头弓着腰费力地挖好每一个坑，我就拿着西瓜籽一粒一粒小心翼翼地撒下去，接着奶奶再用锄头给每个坑填上泥土，最后我再一起浇水并祈祷说：“种子种子你快快发芽成长，我们可等着吃美味西瓜呢”。奶奶听了后眼睛笑得眯成了一条直线。

Last week, my cousin was back at home from his trip. He had been away for

more than a month and he was a backpacker. I felt so envious, because he could

live the life he wanted. I listened to him and was so attractive by the scenery

he saw. The people he met also caught my attention. I made up my mind. When I

earned money in the future, I would do the things as my cousin do now. So the

first thing for me was to be more independent. I should learn to do the things

by myself, such as cleaned my own stuff instead of asking my mother to wash.

Secondly, I needed to study hard, so as to find a good job. I needed money to

support my dream. I believe that I can realize my dream and live my own

life.

Helen Keller once wrote about these early days.

One beautiful spring morning I was alone in my room, reading. Suddenly a wonderful smell in the air made me get up and put out my hands . The spirit of spring seemed to be passing in my room. "What is it?"I asked. The next minute I knew it was coming from mimosa tree outside. I walked outside to the edge of the garden, toward the tree. There it was, shaking in the warm sunshine. Its long branches, so heavy with flowers, almost touched the ground. I walked through the flowers to the tree itself and then just stood silent. Then I put my foot on the tree and pulled myself up into it. I climbed higher and higher until I reached a little seat. Long ago someone had put it there. I sat for a long time... Nothing in all the world was like this.

Later Helen learned that nature could be cruel as well as beautiful. Strangely enough she discovery this in a different kind of tree.

One day my teacher and I were returning from a long walk. It was a fine morning but it started to get warm and heavy. We stopped to rest two or three times. Our last stop was under a cherry tree, a short way from our house. The shade was nice and the tree was easy to climb. Miss Sullivan climbed with me. It was so coot up in the tree, we decided to have lunch there. I promised to sit still until she went to the house for some food. Suddenly a change came over the tree. I knew the sky was black because all the heat which meant light to me had died out of the air. A strange odor came up to me from the earth . I knew it. It was the odor which always comes before a thunder storm. I felt alone, cut off from friends, high above the firm earth. I was frightened and wanted my teacher. wanted to get down from that tree quickly, but I was no help to myself. There was a moment of terrible silence. Then a sudden and violent wind began to shake the tree and its leaves kept coming down all around me. I almost fell. I wanted to jump, but was afraid to do so. I tried to make myself small in the tree as the branches rubbed against me. Just us I thought that both the tree and I were going to fall, a hand touched me . It was my teacher. I held her with all my strength, then shook with joy to feel the solid earth under my feet.

Miss Sullivan stayed with Helen for many year. She taught Helen how to read, how to write and how to speak. She helped her to get ready for school and college. More than anything, Helen wanted to do what others did, and do it just as well. In time Helen did go to college and completed her studies with high honors. But it was a hard struggle. Few of the books she needed were written in the Braille language that the blind could read by touching pages. Miss Sullivan and others had to teach her what was in these books by forming words in her hands. The study of geometry and physics was especially difficult. Helen could only learn about squares, triangles and other geometrical forms by making them with wires. She kept feeling the different shapes of these wires until she could see them in her mind.

During her second year college Miss Keller wrote the story of her life and what a college meant to her. This is what she wrote.

My first day at Radcliffe college was of great interest. Some powerful force inside me made me test my mind. I wanted to learn if it was as good as that of others. I learned many things at college. One thing I slowly learned was that knowledge does not just mean power, as some people say. Knowledge leads to happiness because to have it is to know what is true and real. To know what great man of the past had thought, said, and done is to feel the heartbeat of humanity down through the ages.

All of Helen Kellers knowledge reached her mind through her sense of touch and smell, and of course her feelings. To know a flower was to touch it, feel it and smell it. This sense of touch became greatly developed as she got older. She once said that hands speak almost as loudly as words. She said the touch of some hands frightened her. The people seemed so empty of joy that when she touched their cold fingers it is as if she were shaking bands with a storm. She found the hands of others full of sunshine and warmth. Strangely enough Helen Keller learned to love things she could not hear, music for example. She did this through her sense of touch. When waves of air beat against her, she felt them. Sometimes she put her hand to a singers throat. She often stood for hours with her hands on a piano while it was played. Once she listened to an organ. Its powerful songs made her moved her body in rhythm with the music. She also liked to go to museums. She thought she understood sculptures as well as others. Her fingers told her the true size and the feel of the material.

What did Helen Keller think of herself, what did she think about the tragic lost of her sight and hearing. This is what she wrote as a young girl.

Sometimes a sense of loneliness covers me like a cold mist. I sit alone, and wait at life s shut-door. Beyond there is light and music and sweet friendship. But I may not enter. Silence sits heavy upon my soul. Then comes hope with a sweet smile and said

softly " There is joy in forgetting oneself And so I tried to make the light in others eyes my sun, the music in others ears my symphony, the smile on others lips my happiness.

Helen Keller was tall and strong. When she spoke, her face looked very alive. It helped to give meaning to her words. She often felt the faces of close friends when she was talking to them to discover their feelings. She and Miss Sullivan both were known for their sense of humor. They enjoyed jokes and laughing at funny things that happened to themselves or others. Helen Keller had to work hard to support herself after she finished college. She spoke to many groups around the country. She wrote several books and she made one movie based on her life. Her main goal was to increase public interest in the difficulties of people with physical problems. The work Helen Keller and Anne Sullivan did has been written and talked about for many years. Their success showed how people can conquer great difficulties. Anne Sullivan died in 1936, blind herself. Before Miss Sullivan died, Helen wrote and said many kind things about her.

It was the genius of my teacher, her sympathy, her love which made my first years of education so beautiful. My teacher is so near to me that I do not think of myself as a part from her. All the best of me belongs to her. Everything I am today was awakened by her loving touch .

Helen Keller died on June 1st, 1968. She was 87 year old. Her message of courage and hope remains.

My schoool life is busy and fantastic.

First, we have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon. We have to get to school before 7:30 because we have a morning class.

Second, I like my school life because teachers and my classmates are friendly and helpful. We also have lots of after-school activies.

Third, our school environment is very beautiful, the teachers all can make their lesson interesting and instructive. So I like my school life very much.

In 1882 a baby girl caught a fever that was so fierce she nearly died. She survived but the fever left its mark she could no longer see or hear. Because she could not hear she also found it very difficult to speak.

So how did this child, blinded and deafened at 19 months old, grow up to become a world-famous author and public speaker?

The fever cut her off from the outside world, depriving her of sight and sound. It was as if she had been thrown into a dark prison cell from which there could be no release.

Luckily Helen was not someone who gave up easily. Soon she began to explore the world by using her other senses. She followed her mother wherever she went, hanging onto her skirts, She touched and smelled everything she came across. She copied their actions and was soon able to do certain jobs herself, like milking the cows or kneading dough, She even learnt to recognize people by feeling their faces or their clothes. She could also tell where she was in the garden by the smell of the different plants and the feel of the ground under her feet.

By the age of seven she had invented over 60 different signs by which she could talk to her family, If she wanted bread for example, she would pretend to cut a loaf and butter the slices. If she wanted ice cream she wrapped her arms around herself and pretended to shiver.

Helen was unusual in that she was extremely intelligent and also remarkably sensitive. By her own efforts she had managed to make some sense of an alien and confusing world. But even so she had limitations.

At the age of five Helen began to realize she was different from other people. She noticed that her family did not use signs like she did but talked with their mouths. Sometimes she stood between two people and touched their lips. She could not understand what they said and she could not make any meaningful sounds herself. She wanted to talk but no matter how she tried she could not make herself understood. This make her so angry that she used to hurl herself around the room, kicking and screaming in frustration.   海伦五岁时开始意识到她与别人不同。她发现家里的其他人不用象她那样做手势而是用嘴交谈。有时她站在两人中间触摸他们的嘴唇。她不知道他们在说什么，而她自己不能发出带有含义的声音。她想讲话，可无论费多大的劲儿也无法使别人明白自己。这使她异常懊恼以至于常常在屋子里乱跑乱撞，灰心地又踢又喊。

As she got older her frustration grew and her rages became worse and worse. She became wild and unruly . If she didnt get what she wanted she would throw tantrums until her family gave in. Her favourite tricks included grabbing other peoples food from their plates and hurling fragile objects to the floor. Once she even managed to lock her mother into the pantry. Eventually it became clear that something had to be done. So, just before her seventh birthday, the family hired a private tutor Anne Sullivan.

Anne was careful to teach Helen especially those subjects in which she was interested. As a result Helen became gentler and she soon learnt to read and write in Braille. This method is called Tadoma and it is a skill that very, very few people manage to acquire. She also learnt to speak, a major achievement for someone who could not hear at all.

Helen proved to be a remarkable scholar, graduating with honours from Radcliffe College in 1904. She had phenomenal powers of concentration and memory, as well as a dogged determination to succeed. While she was still at college she wrote ‘The Story of My Life. This was an immediate success and earned her enough money to buy her own house.

As is known to us all, teachers play an important role in our process of

growing up. As far as I am concerned, an ideal teacher should be responsible,

impartial and wise.

First of all, a qualified teacher should be responsible. For one thing, he

should try his best to make his class interesting and try to understand what his

students need. For another, he needs to keep enthusiastic with his job of spread

knowledge all the time and act as an example for others everywhere he goes

to.

Second, be impartial is another requirement. As a teacher, he should not

divide students into good ones and bad ones since each student has unique

characteristic and value. Therefore, no matter what kind of students he

encounters, he should treat them impartially, without any bias.

Finally, my ideal teacher is one who does not only teach students his

specialized knowledge but also can give students some guidance about life and

about how to act as human beings. This guidance has a great effect on students’

To sum up, an ideal teacher should not only pay attention to the

achievements his students get, but also put emphasis on developing students’

correct views on life and sense of worth.
