我是在1993年10月12日那天顶着淅沥的小雨，来到了这个世界上。据说刚出生的我，不像别的孩子那样身体又红又丑，而我一生下来，一头乌黑的头发，大大的眼睛，胖乎乎的很漂亮，令人喜爱。爸爸、妈妈把我宝贝似的呵护着，无论谁带我，爸爸、妈妈总是千叮咛、万嘱咐，千万不可粗心大意。为了祝我有一个好的前程，爸爸、妈妈给我起了“浩远”这个名字，希望我以后目标远大、有所作为。

As we all realized that every one of us will fail during our life. Take me

for an example, I fail in my exam. In fact, failure always does appear, which

also means that failure is a daily occurrence, however, when facing the failure,

different people have different attitudes.

Some people hold the view that failure is the meaning whenever they could

not be successful. Thus, if meeting with failure, they will feel so nervous that

they have no idea what they are supposed to do. As time goes by, they become

more and more dispirited while eventually, they could do nothing well.

On the contrary, there are some people tending to believe another idea.

From their point of view, failure is outstanding due to the fact that it can

give them plenty of encouragement. Therefore, if facing failure, they will be

quite courageous and then try their best to beat it, finally, they make their

From my perspective, failure is neither an excellent thing nor an

appreciating thing. Sometimes, it is capable to offer us with encouragement,

however, it can also make us unconfident now and then. Thus, if encountering the

failure, never could we be scared. What we should do is to face it bravely and

Elephants are the greatest animals on land. They have strong legs and fan like ears. Although they are very strong, people feel great and powerful; but they also have a cute little eyes.

The elephants long nose is like our small hand, and doing a lot of things can be used. They use their noses to bathe, take things, contact others, and so on. The elephants thick thigh walked up the road and made a heavy sound. Standing next to them, it feels like its very powerful in a five magnitude earthquake.

People may be a little scared when they see giant elephants. In fact, the elephant is a kind and clever animal. If you dont hurt them, they wont hurt you.

The year before, I went to an elephant school in Thailand. Its an elephants paradise. Some Thailand tutors teach elephants to draw, kick, push the trunk, and so on. This kind of animal is not all called "stupid", they are both smart and sensitive. They quickly learn to learn all kinds of activities.

In the performance, every elephant behaves well. The paintings they draw are more beautiful than mine. I feel amazing. A thick and heavy nose can control fine brushes and draw a beautiful picture. I am at present a student at Mary High School, Hong Kong, where I have been studying for the past five years. I passed the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination last year with distinctions in English and History, and credits in Economics and English Literature. My advanced-level subjects are History, Economics and English Literature. In addition to these subjects, "Use of English" is also a compulsory subject because a pass in English is a minimum requirement for admission to most faculties of the University of Hong Kong.

For most western countries, Christmas Day is the biggest festival, and all

the people will have the long vacation, just as Spring Festival in China. With

the development of globalization, Christmas Day is celebrated by people around

the world. When the day comes, Christmas trees can be seen in many shops and

some products have the great discounts. One of the main reasons for people to

love Christmas is that they can get the great discounts from some products,

which saves them a lot of money. For American people, Christmas Day is the great

moment for the families to get together and enjoy the family hour, while for

some people they just treat it as the shopping day.

It was fine on March 12, I got up early that day . All the students in our school went to the hill to plant trees .

We arrived at the hill at eight oclock . The teacher asked each of us to plant at least six trees . Then we started digging , planting and watering . We all worked so hard that we could finish our tasks ahead of tim e.

Among us , our monitor set a good example for us . Though he was ill , he worked harder . When he finished his task , he went on to help others without even a little rest. He was wet all over after work .“ I must learn from him ,” I said to myself . Looking at the lines of the young trees , we smiled happily, forgetting our tiredness.

不久，第一单元的测验成绩出来了，猫美美100分，鹅淘淘85分。自从测验以后，鹅淘淘就开始嫉妒猫美美了，无论做什么事都和猫美美反着来做。如：在猫美美做值日的时候，鹅淘淘非往地上丢碎纸不可；老师在表扬猫美美时，鹅淘淘总是在下面反过来批评猫美美……有一天，全体师生要去”美丽谷“游玩。那里的景色迷人，有一座座奇形怪状的山、一条条缓缓流淌的小溪、一束束争奇斗艳的鲜花、一丛丛生机勃勃的小草。大家都心情地玩闹，只有鹅淘淘一个人坐在桃树下发呆。猫美美看见了，妈怕鹅淘淘肚子饿了，就到树上给他摘个桃子。正当猫美美要下手摘桃子的时候，一个猎人用一枪指着鹅淘淘，猫美美不顾安危就从树上跳下去一脚踢开了猎人，鹅淘淘得救了。他的心里非常感激猫美美。

第二天，鹅淘淘向猫美美道歉，为之前的行为和心理感到无比的愧疚。猫美美对鹅淘淘说：”做朋友我是不会计较的。“后来，经过猫美美的辅导后，鹅淘淘的第二单元测验也取得了优异的成绩。

My family is a harmonious family, There are 5 members in my family. They are my grandpa、grandma、mother、father and I. My grandpa is 58 year old. He is a very happy man. His hair is short. I look like him. My grandma is happy too. She wants to have a pair of sandals. Two days ago she had one. My mother is beautiful woman. My father is a handsome young man. He wants to have many shoes and jumpers. My grandpa likes running. My grandma likes singing. My mother likes driving and my father like drawing. My family is harmonious, because my mother takes care of my grandpa and grandma very well. I love my grandpa、 grandma、father and mother very much, and they all love me too. I have a happy family.

我从小就和书打交道了。妈妈说，我两岁时，就天天搂着家里的书看。我看了丹麦作家安徒生写的《安徒生童话》、德国的《格林童话》、孔子的《论语》、《三字经》。妈妈说，我都认识书中的字。上小学后，我又读了更多的书：作文书、孔子的《诗经》、冰心的《繁星.春水》、《宋词三百首》……

我的作文在四年级时，常常被老师读或者贴在墙上供大家欣赏。我的作文能写好，是因为我读书时都有做笔记的习惯——摘抄优美的词语和句子。四年级的暑假生活，我几乎是“泡”在书海里的。每天晚上，我早早地爬上我的小床，靠着靠垫，津津有味地读着我的作文书、童话书……别人和我说话我都听不见，这害我被妈妈骂，还被罚三个月不能吃零食。我虽然爱吃零食，但更爱看书，所以没什么大不了的。我忍，我忍，我忍忍忍!

现在我已经五年级了，我有十几本作文书，我虽然和它们已经是“老朋友”了，我却似乎还没有了解它们。现在开学了，放假我又要上补习班，时间已经不允许我读这么多的书了，我只是有空才读。我现在好想念它们呀!
