家乡的春节气氛很浓，到处洋溢着过节的喜庆。从腊月二十三到正月十五，每天都会有很多的精彩。

腊月二十三是小年，这一天“灶王爷”要离开人间，上天向玉皇大帝禀报一家人这一年来所做所为的日子，又称"辞灶"，所以家家户户都要送“灶神”，我们还可以吃香甜可口的“祭灶糖”。同时，家家户户开始置办年货。

腊月二十八家家户户都要贴福字、窗花、对联、门神等彩色年画，以满足人们喜庆祈年的美好愿望，将宅子里里外外装点一新。从这一天开始，家家要蒸我们家乡特有的高馍馍和各式各样的花糕，有石榴花的，有小鱼的，还有蝴蝶状的。还要蒸一个又大又圆的花糕用来祭奠先祖，这个花糕可是要等到过完春节才能吃得哦!虽然大家忙里忙外，但是如果把忙碌和欢乐相比，我感觉还是欢乐更多。

除夕是最值得我们庆贺的时刻。在这个晚上大家都会回到家里与家人团圆，一起吃丰富的年夜饭，一起看精彩的春节联欢晚会，享受着团圆的乐趣。到了十二点，家家户户都会燃放烟花爆竹，迎接新的一年的到来。

从大年初一开始，大家都要到亲戚朋友家里去做客拜年。我们小孩子还能收到长辈们的压岁钱，别提有多高兴了。

正月十五又是春节里一个重要的日子，家家户户都会挂火红的灯笼、吃汤圆，寓意着我们大家团团圆圆，生活和和美美。过完了这一天，年也就过完了，人们开始正常的工作和学习。

I think，it is natural that with increasing exchanges with the West，a lot of Western holidays have been gradually introduced into China。 For us Chinese we should never neglect or even discard our own traditional festivals。 For centuries Chinese have observed this traditional holiday to wele the beginning of a new year。 And we will treasure the Spring Festival forever。

大年初一那一天，我们大家都换上了漂亮的新衣服，欢聚在了小叔家。来到小叔家时，大家都已经到齐了，我忙给大家拜年，大人们给了我一个个大红包，我可开心了我们来到小叔家没多久，就要开始吃饭了，大家围着桌子一边吃着香喷喷的饭菜，一边有说有笑着。桌子上摆满了丰盛的饭菜：海鲜，蔬菜，家禽，样样俱全，美味极了。

吃过午饭后，我们休息了一会儿，便来到了这附近的花市，那里人山人海，大家都满载而归。一到那儿，我就被眼前的景象惊呆了：艳丽的牡丹，妖娆的玫瑰，素雅的兰花，高洁的百合……浓郁的花香，在清新的空气中散发出一阵阵清香，我们仿佛置身于花的海洋中。花儿的颜色各有不同，红的红似火，白的白似玉，粉的粉似霞……可美了。逛完了花市，大家都心满意足了。回到小叔家时，我们都累得气喘吁吁，把花放下就往沙发一坐。我喝了几杯水，看了会儿电视，便去和妹妹玩去了。

吃过晚饭后，我们不得不离开了小叔家，我们坐着车一直沿着韶关河慢慢行驶，我看见河边人们接锺而至。原来，今天韶关河要放礼花人们都守在这儿观看。我们也有幸观看了一小段礼花，可精彩了。

只见“砰”的一声，一个红色的礼花在空中炸开，就像一朵盛开的月季，花瓣慢慢地展开，越来越大，渐渐的，颜色越变越暗淡，最后消失在河岸的夜空中。刹那间。又一个礼花在空中放响，美丽的礼花那耀眼的光芒将黑暗的天空照得如意白天一样真美呀！车渐渐地离开河岸边，渐渐地越开越远。

新的一年到来了。大家都欢度春节，在春节拜年时，长辈们都会给我们压岁钱，我们应该合理支配，不应该乱花掉。在新的一年中，我们又长大了一岁，应该更加听话更加懂事，好好学习，天天向上。

red paper. People in northern China will eat jiaozi, or dumplings, for

breakfast, as they think "jiaozi" in sound means "bidding farewell to the old

and ushering in the new". Also, the shape of the dumpling is like gold ingot

from ancient China. So people eat them and wish for money and treasure.

Southern Chinese eat niangao (New Year cake made of glutinous rice flour)

on this occasion, because as a homophone, niangao means "higher and higher, one

year after another." The first five days after the Spring Festival are a good
