姨妈和妈妈在打扫卫生：先将每一个房间用吸尘器吸一遍，用鸡毛掸子将有些小墙角的蜘蛛网卷调，再用扫把地扫一遍，最后拖一遍。姨妈和妈妈又在准备过年那天接待客人的小吃，用果盘装了一盘水果，又用令一个盘子装了一盘糖果。

而我和姐姐呢，那然就准备过年那天晚上玩的鞭炮了。姨爹带我和姐姐一起去批发市场买鞭炮，哇!琳琅满目的鞭炮，看起来都很好玩!我挑了几个看似很好玩的，就回家帮姨妈和妈妈“干活”了。

在过年的前一个晚上，我“浏览”一下我买的鞭炮，看看买的都好不好玩，我将买的鞭炮全部都放了一个，剩下的就过年时玩，哇!我竟然买爆竹?我非常惊奇。还看了看装鞭炮的袋子，原来我还买了一些小烟花。

那天晚上吃完饭，我们就开始把明天中午的饭菜理出来了，先放在冰箱，明天下锅炒一下就行了。

那天晚上我没睡着觉，因为只要到了晚上12点鞭炮声就会“啪啪啪啪”地响起来，那时，我就睡不着觉了，一心就会想着下楼去放鞭炮了。

新年，代表着春暖花开，农民们开始忙碌，新年的开始也是春姑娘降临到世界的时候。在新年，我们有许多习俗。例如贴新对联，放烟花……其中我最喜欢放烟花了。

记得去年新年，小仪和她老爸、老妈来给我们拜年，叔叔还带来了一袋烟花，我拿过来一看，有“大地开花”、“哪吒闹海”、“天女散花”……我看得眼花缭乱。这时，叔叔说话了“小媛哪，待会儿，你和小仪一起去放烟花吧”“好啊！好啊！”小仪高兴得跳了起来。太阳渐渐落入海中，月亮站在岗位给我们值班。我拉着小仪的手和老爸‘、老妈、叔叔、阿姨一起来到楼下，沿江路已人山人海了，这时，不知是谁打响了“晴天霹雳，”“啪”的一声，把我们吓了一跳，小仪紧紧抱住我大喊“姐姐，我怕！我怕！”见状，我也不甘示弱。我点燃了“大地开花”，只见桶中涌出了火花，成了一片花瓣的形状，紧接着又涌出一片花瓣，涌出五片后，中间又喷出一道长长的火花线。“哇——”大家异口同声地发出赞叹。这时老爸又点燃了“珍珠串”。我们见了，都争先恐后地跑去捡“珍珠”了……

“咚！”十二点的钟声赶走了兴奋，送来了留恋，我们依依不舍地回到家。新年，难忘的新年啊！
