inherited by our ancestors. Many foreign media speak highly of this great

It was Mother’s Day. Sun Zheng thought he should do something for his mother.

He decided to help his mother do some housework. After school he went to a shop

to buy some food on his way home.

即便关于“幸福是什么”这一问题的答案并不确定，笔者还是想借此机会阐述一下本人的一些微不足道且极为简单的看法：“幸福是有一个爱你的爱人，一份稳定的工作，一帮值得信赖的朋友及时刻关心、牵挂着你的亲人们。”或许，该看法似乎赶不上“潮流”，似乎不够现实，似乎显得有点安于现状，但这正是一种追求简单生活之态度。常言道：“简简单单才是真”、“知足者常乐”。试想：背着陈沉甸甸的包袱容易行得远吗？放下过多的私欲就能活得轻松、快活、自在；而所谓“知足者”，并非一定是不思进取者。一边享受“现在”（因为“现在”的确很短暂），一边拼搏，何乐而不为？

懂得享受现在的人应该是真正热爱生活的人。在此，“享受”绝不含放纵之意，因为真正会享受的人一定是懂得珍惜的人，而不是大肆挥霍光阴的人。真正热爱生活的人懂得珍惜每一分每一秒，并珍惜与每一位亲朋好友一起度过的时光；真正热爱生活的人心胸宽广似海，他们包容一切并勇于献出自己的一片爱心；真正热爱生活的人是绝不会被任何艰难险阻打倒的；真正热爱生活的人从不抱怨，并且敢于承担、敢拼、敢闯；真正热爱生活的人擅于培养自己自学的能力，且从不停止学习，因为学无止境；真正热爱生活的人每天都充满着激情，不仅对自己有信心，也对别人有信心；真正热爱生活的人永远心存感激，感激亲人对自己的养育之恩，感激同学或朋友对自己的关心，感激同事领导对自己的支持和鼓励，感激那一双双伸向自己的援助之手，感激――；真正热爱生活的人敢于信任，而不是选择对身边的人充满无端的猜忌！

起床记

洗脚

I had a great time throughout my may day holiday.

On monday, i went bbq with my classmates who threw a celebration party at our middle school principles flat. our parents were invited to the party. everybody was excited about the holiday. i ate a lot of delicious food at that time.

On tuesday, i went visiting my uncles family with my parents. we went to celebrate our good time at a fancy restaurant in shanghai. later that day, we sang karaoke in my uncles house. we stayed for the night.

On wednesday, i went shopping with my cousins. we bought some brand name t-shirts and pants. in the afternoon, my cousins gave me a fun ride on the city highway. they also taught me how to drive their fancy car, so i tried to do some turning and parking. it was not easy first. but i learnt quick.

on thursday, we returned home with many gifts from our trip. i tried to get some rest. at night, i chatted with my classmates on the phone, and i watched cctv before going to bed.

From friday on, i started to finish up my homework assignments on my personal laptop. some of my assignments were quite boring. after i finished the homework, i emailed them to my teachers. that was the end of it. i started to prepare things for school on this coming monday.

With the explosion of population in the world, more and more poisonous waste is produced. As a resuit, a lot of rivers and lakes are polluted. In some areas, the air also becomes dirty and harmful. Consequently, animals and plants are endangered. And peopies health is greatly affected.

Fortunately, more and more people have realized the serious situation. Many countries have passed laws to prevent the environment from being further polluted. People are working hard to find ways to keep the earth clean: they treat waste gases, protect water sources and purify waste water. Definitely, controlling the increase of population is one of the most efficient ways.

The Huang Mountain is a place of interest. here are lots of tourists seeing sights every day. Years ago, some of them paid no attention to environment protection. The people I respect the most is my father. He is a doctor. He always busy

time to his patients, many lives are saved. He always said, a man should have

Freedom is what I am looking forward to since the very first day of my primary school. A lot of people said to me, "Study hard, and you will get freedom when in university." Most people miss their grade school days and think they are the happiest time of their life, but whenever I recall them I cannot help feeling a little sad. In my young days I disliked any dismal atmosphere and could not bear the feeling of loneliness, yet the fact was that I often lived in a dismal home and frequently had the bitter taste of lonesomeness. I was not cheerful even in the company of my classmates at the grade school I attended. When I was alone at home the dismal atmosphere often filled me with fear even though thought here went to work in the morning but always came later than I did. For a young person like me t was too bad. Not until I was about sixteen years old had I outgrown t feeling of fear. Then there was that nagging feeling of loneliness either at home of at school. My father changed his job several times and with each change of his job we had to move and I had to attend a different grade school. Before I finished my elementary education I had attended three grade schools and thus it was difficult for me to cultivate enduring friendships. The feeling of being friendless was a constant source of pain to me. Those unhappy grade school days have of course long been over. I still have an abhorrence for any dismal atmosphere and lonesomeness, but hardened by experience I now find them less disturbing than they were.

Recent years have seen a tendency in China that tourism is growing faster. According to a recent survey made by some experts, about 47% urban residents travel regularly, and 28% rural residents also make their tour across the country. Facing this tendency, we can’t help exploring some underlying factors that are responsible. 面对这一趋势，我们不能不说是负责任的开发一些潜在因素。在第一个地方，随着改革开放政策，对中国人民的生活水平有了很大提高，因此，他们大多数都不能周游。更重要的是，它相信，人们现在更积极的态度，旅游业，把它作为一种生活方式。此外，旅游设施正在变得越来越好。例如，交通运输发展迅速，许多景点都已经上市。

三年时间如白驹过隙，在不知不觉中就要过完了，经历颇多，收获颇多，伴随着挫折与成功，这一路走来，虽不辉煌，也算灿烂。

高一，是对一切事物都好奇的时期。新学校、新老师、新同学……，什么都是新的，几乎所有的都是从零开始。回想高一开学，我担任学习委员与舍长这两个职务，班级里与学习有关的事务都是由我一手经办。课代表的工作怎样开展，学习的氛围怎样营造。这一切让我体会到了“白手起家”的“创业”艰辛。“事在人为，没有过不去的坎，没有解决不了的问题”，是我那时坚守的信念。伴随着成功与挫折，我学会了挑战困难，永不放下，也学会了承担职责。宿舍从刚开始的天天整改到了天天优秀，班级学习成绩由级部一般到名列前茅，其中经历颇为灿烂。

高二，是按部就班的时期。没有了高一的好奇，对一切事物都变得熟悉，生活的轨道就在这按部就班中向前延伸，一切事物都在按部就班中进行，没有了浮躁，多了些沉稳。与此同时，知识的积累也在突飞猛进。这是一个量变的过程，正如煤炭的构成，开始时用超多的木材，最后的结果却只有一小块。沉浸在积累中，虽然枯燥而艰难，但也正是在这一时期，我学会了沉稳和淡泊。非淡泊无以明志，非宁静无以致远，生活虽然平淡，但思想却异常灿烂。

高三，是突破自我、挑战自我的时期。为了实现自我的远大理想，考入理想的大学，孜孜不倦地拚搏。原先的作息已经不足以适应新的生活，原先的习惯也不足以应对新的挑战。我与时俱进，跟上了高三的节奏，在两次大型考试中迈出了两大步，在激烈的竞争中勇往直前，不断攀登新高峰，实现一个又一个目标。在辛苦的付出过程中，我收获了成功，也收获了永不言弃、用心向上的人生态度。虽然要克服许多困难，但只有克服困难，才能完善自我，才能提高自我，发挥出自我的潜能，乐观地对待每一个问题，充满自信地去解决每一个问题，以用心向上、不畏困难的人生态度激励自我不断进步，最终到达自我的目标。有着成就感的陪伴，高三，也十分灿烂。

作为人生最重要的经历之一，高中三年，我收获很多。那些失败与成功，那些痛苦与幸福，酸甜苦辣，已经成为我最宝贵的人生财富，存入我的人生经历这个宝库中去了。

近日，作家、网络营销专家杜子建在微博上抛出了自己最喜爱的诗“我有一壶酒，足以慰风尘”，求续写并承诺送酒答谢。但没想到一石激起千层浪，短短三天时间，微博被转9万多次，评论2万多条，阅读量更是达到了惊人的1800万。但不少人认为这并非是真正的诗歌创作，续写者对诗一窍不通，是传统文化的外行，并指出诗人是寂寞的，诗歌是小众的。

诚然，诗歌是一种高雅的艺术，诗歌创作需要丰富的文化底蕴和深厚的文化修养。但是，不能否定大众对诗歌的热爱，他们可以用这种方式表达对艺术的追求，对诗歌的欣赏。

在热爱文化艺术的过程中，大众的文化修养会得到提升。一些年轻人和学生，他们在节假日经常参观画展，尽管他们的专业不是绘画，但却表现了对书画艺术的热爱，在参观中自然而然的受到艺术的熏陶。许多老年人也许他们跟不上时代的潮流，但他们经常听京剧、去参加戏友会，这也是他们热爱传统文化的体现。对乡下来城里的打工族来说，他们的文化水平不高，但许多人都懂得用读书来调节自己的生活，来感受都市文化。

曾经北大的孔庆东教授组织了对文化书籍解读的讲座，参与者有学生、上班族，他们对学术文化的研究并不专业，但却有着对文化典籍的深厚热爱，展现了对高雅文化的向往。

大众不仅有资格有能力热爱诗歌热爱艺术，他们更可以追求诗化生活。官员在忙碌的政治生活外，有的会私下收藏古董，作为一种文化的寄托。上班族在焦躁忙碌的工作中总会抽出时间参观博物馆，周末去踏青或与朋友小聚。对于我们学生来说，会从繁忙的课业中解脱出来，去公园赏花，在雨中漫步，听听悦耳的轻音乐，读读青春的小说。在前一段时间，人民大学组织了一场诗歌朗诵会，参加的人员有理发师、公司职员和农民工，他们朗诵自己创作的诗歌，他们的诗歌也许不是最精美，但却体现出他们对艺术和平凡生活的热爱。在这种诗化生活的渲染中，人们渐渐平复了心情，不再浮躁，精神越来越有风采，思想变得宽阔，胸襟更豁达，心灵更具真善美。

在我看来这次的诗歌续写活动是真正的诗歌创作，它激发了人们对古典诗词的向往，唤回了人们内心对诗歌的热爱，敲醒了人们对精神生活的渴望，对目前这种拜金、浮躁、快节奏的社会未必不是一场甘霖，一种清风明月。

Many people dream to live a healthy life. But sometimes they do not have a

full understanding of healthy life. In my mind, a healthy life includes physical

and mental health. People need to have a healthy diet and regular exercise to

make our physical more and more healthy. At the same time, people have to

remember that mental health is also very important. People need to find ways to

relax themselves and keep a good mood every day. At least do not be depressed

for a long time. People can have a healthy life only when they keep a good

health between physical and mental.
