到了放长假的时候，我就会去游泳，我最拿手的一项运动就是游泳，很喜欢游泳，但是一开始练得时候可是吃了不少苦头，我对水不是那么的热情，一开始洗澡我都怕，可是后来练得多了，快乐就来了！偶尔心血来潮跑跑步做做仰卧起坐也是有的不过因为太能睡觉都没怎么坚持，所以体重总是减不下来。
