下午，我们学习了叠被子，在这里被子可不能像在家中叠那么简单。只见教官拿着一条被子，放在毯子上，他拿着被子的一角，朝里叠了三分之一，反它铺平，接着对折一下，把中间线信而有征一个记号，把它拱起来，就放成一个椭圆形的大长条。然后，该弄旁边了，两边先对折，留一厘米，也把它拱成一个圆，对折一下，最后是一个总折，这时你要小心，万一叠散了，前面的功夫就白费了。结果下来，同学们叠得有的好，有的不太好，我也叠的一般，教官叠得是又有棱角又端正，同学们对教官是佩服的五体投地。

二、站军姿让人脚酸。

我们有一个训练项目是站军姿，10秒中调整军姿。“开始”只听得一声令下，同学们手贴裤线，站得跟松树一样挺拔。而且要保持十分钟，同学们脚酸的受不了了，只听见老师吹了一声口哨，大家总算松懈了下来，脚都抬不起来了，还好，老师让我们休息了一下，我在站军姿时，我一直是站不直，摇来?e去的，还好老师没发现，不然老师一定会很凶的。

三、就寝纪律让人烦。

晚上，我们九点钟就要熄灯睡觉，平时在家里我要到九点半才睡，现在这么早又不能让人说话，这可真让我觉得烦恼，很多人实在睡不着，杨柳青和许逸舟开始了讨论，听着听着我才慢慢地睡着了。

Marcel Hirscher continued his dominant start to the alpine skiing World Cup season with yet more milestones on Sunday.

The Austrian, seeking an unprecedented fifth consecutive overall title, became the first man to win three successive giant slalom races at the Alta Badia venue, in Italys Dolomite mountains.

He claimed the World Cup lead from Aksel Lund Svindal, moving 20 points ahead of the Norwegian -- who was 28th, following his two speed-event wins in preceding days at nearby Val Gardena.

Hirscher claimed his fourth victory this season, and his third in giant slalom -- a technical discipline where he already leads by 134 points after only four rounds.

常听父母说，孩子，我们的生活，因为有你的存在，才会如此有价值。坐在窗前，我掩卷遐思：爸爸，我的生活也因你而精彩。

爸爸，由于妈妈整天忙着自己的生意，没时间照顾我。而你是一位中学教师，相对来讲生活有规律些，所以，大部分时间都是你过问我的生活和学习。久而久之，我们就成了形影不离的"好朋友".每天放学后，只要你有空，就会辅导我学习，给我做好吃的，陪我散步、打球、下象棋。一到周末，我更是和你黏在一起。每一次的相处，都会让我感受到生活的美好;每一次的相处，都会让我体验到学习的快乐;每一次的相处，更让我从中获得人生的启迪，懂得做人的道理。

清晰地记得，那是在我上小学五年级的一个星期天，春暖花开，阳光明媚。傍晚时分，起风了，你带着我到村外小河的堤坝上放风筝。血色的晚霞映红了半边天，一望无际的碧绿的田野里，麦苗扭动着柔美的腰肢，和着春风翩翩起舞。小河流水潺潺，泛起阵阵涟漪。夕阳的余晖洒落在河面上，像洒下细碎的金子，熠熠生辉。我们手扯风筝线，在堤坝上跑呀，笑呀!粉红色的"蜻蜓"、橘黄色的"蝴蝶"愈飞愈高，直插蓝天。我手里的风筝线越来越短，一不留神，从我的手中挣脱，我的"蝴蝶"渐渐隐没在苍穹之中。"爸爸，我的风筝不见了。""怎么啦?"你停了下来，问道，"是不是把手里的线松开了?""是的。""孩子，如果风筝没有了线，自然会飘飘摇摇，失去了方向。就像人生一样，一旦失去了理想和追求，就没有了前进的目标。"我若有所悟。

最近一段时间，你却因为工作的原因，不能时常和我在一起。我知道，现在你所带的毕业班已进入中考最后的冲刺阶段，你需要利用课余时间辅导学生学习，找学生谈心，调整他们的思想状态。每天，你都很晚才回家。但无论有多晚，你仍然忘不了督促我的学习。在我学习疲劳之时，陪我在月光下散步，聊天。

我不怨你，爸爸。舍小家而为大家，是你，让我懂得了人生的真正价值。

我感谢你，爸爸。精心地呵护着我，是你，让我的生活变得丰富多彩。

I dont think our school life is colorful. Because weve got so many classes every day. I wonder whether we can change our school life someday. You see, from Monday to Friday, I have to stay at school. the only relaxation is to listen to the radio or play ball games. At weekends, we need to go to school to have classes, too. I know its very important for us to study well now. As the saying goes, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. "I want to step into the nature. I hope we will have more activities such as visiting museums, taking part in different kinds of contests, attending some lectures and so on. Is it only a dream?

Since I was very small, my parents sent me to learn painting. They thought

I could understand art and mastered one skill. This experience brings me the

sense of art. I have my own understanding of it.

On the one hand, art is an important way to express peoples opinion. When

we see the pictures, the difference between classical and ordinary paintings

lies in the thoughts. The famous artists implant their ideas in the pictures,

which are admitted by the public, so the value of arts can be seen. Some famous

artists expressed their unique opinion and gives arts great meaning.

On the other hand, art is not only from works, but also from life. For

example, my mother cooks the delicious food. Everybody speaks highly of her. So

her food brings people great happiness, which makes the food an art for me.

Whats more, my friends is good at communicating. The way she talks can convince

other easily, so I call the way she communicates as an art.

In all, for me, art is around. It brings people a way to see the world or

makes our life wonderful.

Now I want to say something about my dream. What is my dream? I often ask

myself. In my mind, everyone shall have his own dream. I think that having a

dream means that we have an idea, and then we will do all the things to achieve

the target. As long as we have a goal to be realized, we won’t be blind at

least.

My dream is to become a successful doctor, helping those sick people and

saving their lives. Of course, to be a good doctor is very difficult, but I will

do whatever I can do to keep everyone healthy. Thats my dream. I want to try my

best to help the poor sick people of our country. I want to let them have an

opportunity to receive excellent treatments for their illnesses without having

to pay much or just enjoy them free. China is a developing country which needs

good medicine and good doctors, especially in the countryside and distant

villages.

Now I’m a junior student on Grade One, all my classmates and I are working

hard. We all know that the entrance exam of high schools coming in the year of

2009 is a big challenge for us, so we must study harder and harder in order to

go to a good high school. Thus after we finish our senior high school, we are

able to go to a good university. Finally, we can find a good job in society.

My dream is also that although at present I’m good at study, I’ll still try

my best to be the study winner. Now everything I do is close to my dream. I feel

life is fill with hope and is colorful, and I have enough confidence to realize

my dream.

I know that fantasy is something hard to realize, but dream can. I’ll work

hard for my dreams, I’ll never give up.

I enjoy summer vacation very much.Becausesummer vacation is the longest vacation of the year. We have more than fifty days to rest. Though it is very hot, we can either go to swim or stay in the air-conditioned room.

In the evening, I like to go shopping with my friends.We can eat many things in summer, such as ice creams, watermelons, grapes, and so on.In summer, I always go on a trip with my parents. Its a good chance for us to visit some nice interesting places.

现如今“幸福”已成为一个热门话题。幸福到底是什么？有人说，幸福是一生的平安；有人说幸福是永远的快乐；有人说幸福是绿叶对红花的呵护；也有人说幸福是今天对明天的希望……

对中国而言，幸福就是“人人都有好工作，人人都有好收入，人人都有好环境，人人都有好心情，人人都有好身体。让人人都能学有所教、劳有所得、病有所医、老有所养、住有所居。”这些美好的前景是等待开拓的美好未来，它要靠全民的努力奋斗来换取。

对革命者而言，祖国的发展，社会的进步就是自己的幸福。方志敏同志，一个红军战士，年仅36岁的他，以自己的死，写出了一个革命者的坚贞，同时也为幸福二字作了深刻的注脚。他曾经说过；“我能舍弃一切，但不能舍弃党，舍弃革命事业，我有一天生命就应该为他工作一天。”他以民族解放的事业为人生的目的，宁愿为之而死，这就是他的幸福观。

对领导者而言，社会的富足，人民的幸福就是自己的幸福。温总理在与网友对话时，句句不离民生，中国未来的发展和建设要以民生为前提，民生是政治的中心，是社会一切活动的原动力，只有国家的发展有利干人民的生计，才能是祖国实现真正的幸福。为人民谋取幸福是他坚定不移的指导思想。如今中国翻天覆地的变化，凝聚了自新中国成立之后一代又一代的领导人的心血。

对人民而言，和平安定，劳有所得，丰衣足食，和谐快乐就是幸福。勤劳一日，创造财富，可得一夜安眠，勤劳一生，携手健康，可得幸福长伴。朴素的幸福观，体现了人民的心愿。

他们的幸福，是中国未来幸福的基础。拥有了他们，就拥有了未来的幸福之源。

为了中国未来的幸福，还必须发展科学。只有发展科学才能满足人民群众日益增长的物质文化需求，才能让中国人民“福”起来，要让各民族人民过上更好的生活，必须在科学经济发展的基础中，注重社会建设，在科学发展中创造人民幸福生活，只有科学技术才能点亮幸福生活。

为了中国未来的幸福，还必须建设精神文明。中国是一个文明大国，中国的发展不仅要求物质生活越来越多姿多彩，而且精神文明建设必须跟紧时代的步伐，用精神文明打造幸福生活。

为了中国未来的幸福，必须扩大城乡就业规模，着力解决就业难题，提高医疗保障水平，让农民看病不再难，小病就在身边看，提高住房保障水平，让百姓都有一个温暖的家。加强教育改革发展，让学生进的来，留得住，学得好。

总在，幸福中国的发展还需更多人的努力，幸福是个人幸福与国家强盛的统一，建设幸福中国是我们每个社会成员应有的责任和义务。

现在，学习是我们最重要的任务，也是党对我们青少年的要求。作为幸福中国的建设者，我们要善于思考，勇于创新，为了肩上的重任，为了创造祖国的美好未来，我们必须发愤图强，为未来点燃幸福的长明灯，让幸福在中国长留永驻。
