1970年4月26日，《建立世界知识产权组织公约》正式生效，世界知识产权组织这一致力于保护知识产权的政府间国际组织正式成立。2000年10月，世界知识产权组织决定，从2001年起将每年的4月26日定为“世界知识产权日”，旨在世界范围内树立尊重知识、崇尚科学和保护知识产权的意识，营造鼓励知识创新和保护知识产权的法律环境。

这是一片存在于中国塔克拉玛干沙漠地带的土地，在这一望无垠的黄土沙上，风声带动着黄沙滚滚席卷着这半壁沙地。

随着日子一天天的过去，祖父也离开了自己，只剩下自己一个人了，天一亮，公鸡就开始报晓鸣啼，他睁开眼睛简单的进行洗漱，之后随即在大脑中开始思考祖父在时留给自己的关于“家”的问题，只是，多半时间是思考无果就开始忙活当天的工作——喂鸡鸭，给狗狗们打扫卫生，喂牛喂羊，打水浇灌植物，种植收割……

沙漠始终是沙漠，没有雨淋，只有风吹日晒，日晒风吹，他的脸颊马上失去了昔日那仅存的一点光泽，变得黝黑，身体却还是以往那样健壮，只是不知这一路是如此艰辛，曾有多次差点从驼背上滚落失去知觉，丧失性命，他身上的毛发渐渐变得又黑又硬又长，就当他费尽千辛万苦之时奇迹般地到了他想要去的地方。

“谢谢你啊，谢谢……”没等他思考透彻就被眼前这位长得像自己祖父的老者打断，脑海确实一片迟疑“这老人是脑子坏了吧，是你们救的我还向我表示谢意”

“虽然”老者见他清醒了不少，就急忙将他扶起，一边继续接着说“额，那个”老者瞅了瞅眼前的这个“救命恩人”半晌又打量了他可能来自的地方，终究没有个定论“虽然不知道怎么称呼，但是您救了我一命，是我家人发现你倒在离我家不远处，然后本想向你借几个果子喂喂我这原本半瘫的老生，谁知这奇果有奇效，我这身子竟然好了，你真是老天爷派来救命的啊”说着老者一边用手抹着眼泪，一边向他磕头，边上的人见了都纷纷下跪磕头。

他想了自己的祖父曾今也教育过自己一些礼节，哪敢让这么多人行跪拜之礼呢，忙上前阻拦。

“老先生，你们不要这样，我只是沿着一条河的方向想去远方看看，能不能指条路让我继续走下去”他眼神中充满着真挚。

老先生想了想，从土里扒出了两块砖头大小的金子给了他“我们老了，这东西留着也没用，既然有缘就送你当作救命之恩之礼，你就收下，我告诉你该往哪里走……”他眼里含着泪一边听着老者的忠劝，一边点头道谢。

次日，他刮掉了多年未经打理的毛发后就继续出发了，耳中仍然回忆着老者在自己临行前的话“孩子，记住，这里才是你的家，想的话就回来”虽然他觉得这话和自己祖父当年和他讲的一样，但还是不太明白到底是什么意思只是一边前行一边思考。

慢慢的，他所到之处人也变得多起来了，他也感觉不到以前的孤单，也许从某时刻他再也不想回到那地方，与自己此时在的地方相比简直是天壤之别，他觉得这里和他一样的人都是这般的善良，就如同那个老者一样，要不是自己想要离开那个原始的世界出来闯荡一番真的不想和那位来老者分别……

这天晚上，天已经很黑了，在没有灯光的地方几乎伸手不见五指，但是，对于他而言黑夜如同白昼般光明。可是，他再怎么适应也得找个地方先睡一觉，但是这里已经是个城市，除了自己有家就只能找户人家或宾馆过夜，可是他什么也不懂，况且还不识字，只是能和这边的人交流，这还得归功于祖父以及他们的祖先。

“嘿”一个穿着牛仔，染着黄蓝相间的杀马特式发型的社会混混迎着灯光走过来对他说，当他的双眼瞄到他的怀中竟然敞亮着两块大金砖时，两眼散发着他在这个社会无法认知的光芒“能帮你什么吗”

“真的吗”他浑然不知这个穿着打扮奇特的人的用意“我想今晚找个能睡觉的地方，你可以帮我吗”他单纯地问道。

“当然，我是个好人，只要……”混混把右手伸向裤腰带准备拔出匕首。

“只要什么，你说什么我都答应你”他毫不犹豫地接过话茬子，也许自己真的太累了。

“只要给我……你手上的其中一块……砖头”混混把要去拔出匕首的手又伸了回来，又刻意强调了一遍。

“好，真的吗”

“真的”

“太好了，你真是个好人”他惊呼道，再次毫不犹豫地将其中一块足有五公斤重的金砖递给了混混。

见此，混混心想天下哪有这么便宜的事情，索性就给他找了宾馆让他入住好不再打扰到自己的发财梦，他一进房间刚触碰带柔软的地板就睡着了，管它哪里是床哪里是卫生间，他只是想有个地方能睡觉，更何况这里这么安静这么祥和。

月亮在天空高高地挂着，几丝祥云从中飘过，星星点点的光芒在月光下是这么的暗淡，一切的组合都是多么自然和谐……

第二天，他还没起身，房间外就一阵凌乱，他刚一睁眼，就见房门被几个着装一样的人给按倒在地，丝毫不得动弹，让只有一丝意识的他瞬间清醒了不少。

“怎么回事，这是怎么了”他忙问道，眉头开始紧皱，感觉自己摊上了不好的事。

“就是他，我说的没错吧，是他偷了我的金砖”门外传来了熟悉的说话声，只见昨天晚上“帮助”自己找到住处的混混竟然在这个地方出现，竟然还给跟三个衣服上印着“PLICE”字样的人一起抓自己。

由于人赃并获，他说什么也没用，就这样被他们用手铐带到了一间房子里，关进了一个铁笼，并且拷上了锁拷，在房间里，其中一个警察厉声问道“小子，你就等着关十年八年的吧”说着，朝地上啐了一口唾沫。

“你说什么，那是我的东西，原本我有两块，昨晚他帮我找到了住处，我为了感谢他给了他一块……”

“编！你继续编！”一个警察恶狠狠地瞪着他“我在这干了十几年才挣多少，别人帮你个忙，你给人家价值一百多万RMB的谢礼，我怎么碰不上这样的事啊，编个谎话也不靠点谱，你大爷的！”说着，就用皮鞭狠狠地抽了他几下以解自己的心头之恨，也许是恨自己的命运不济，也许是很偷东西的贼，但到底是什么谁知道呢。

牢房里，传来一阵又一阵呼嚎喊叫声，但是随着一鞭又一鞭，他逐渐感觉不到肉体感受的疼痛，意识突然转到了自己的祖父曾经对自己不知重复了几次的话“孙啊，记住，这里才是你的家，这里才是你的家……”以及那位认为自己救了他的命的老者的话，难道是在告诉自己不要再继续走下去了，回到原来的地方去吧，那里才是自己的家。

他慢慢闭上了眼睛，已经几乎完全感受不到疼痛，意识随着血液的滴答逐渐脱离了身体。

不过，他还没有死，当他再次醒过来的时候，发现身边还有十几个穿着和自己一样衣服的人，上面都印着相同的字样“囚”，虽然自己不认识那代表什么意思。

“小子”其中一个囚犯先是用脚尖碰碰他的手臂，发现他只是挣了睁眼又闭了回去，好像是对自己的不敬，火就上来了，继而又是狠狠地一脚，踹地他网边上飞出了好几米，剧烈的疼痛使他不能在这么安静地闭着眼睛恢复体力，他缓缓站起身来。

此时的他已经身心力竭，更加不想和他们理论，也不知道从哪儿来的力气，一下子，站起来就将离他最近的一名囚犯狠狠甩出，撞在了粗铁柱上，那名囚犯立即吐出一口鲜血，眩晕在地。其他囚犯见了，都不要命似的冲过去就是乱踢，像一群疯狗似的攻击他，以保全自己在这片“领土”的地位。只是他们全然不是他的对手，三两下子全都被撂倒在地，不是死就是伤。

没几分钟，狱卒听到这么大的响动，忙拿上电棍就包围过来，打开锁门，用电棍刺向他的要害，可是没曾想这些小小电棍竟也伤不了他，他一路躲避防守，冲出了监狱，飞快的速度将他们远远甩在了后面。

即使到了较为安全的地方，他还是心中生满疑虑和不安，他感觉到整个世界都是恐慌的……

按理说，警方一定会对越狱的犯人进行通缉，可是事实并不然，也许是由于他的身份在这个社会并不存在，警方也就没有再去“干涉”他了。

而他的生活一下子进入了低谷，没有身份的他真的好像社会并不承认他的存在一般，何况他除了丢失的那块金砖根本就没有钱，当他再次去写着“宾馆”字样的地方入住时，经理根本就不会让他入住，还派保安对他狠狠地殴打，他抱着头，不敢反抗，只是他觉得他真的不应该住在这里，他想也许自己没有他们想要的东西，包括金钱。其实他没有了钱，也不知道如何去经营，去生存，身为无业游民的他在经验中获知路边的绿色箱子里也许可以找到填饱自己肚子的东西。

也许这样的生存方式对他来说已经不至于饿死，可是时间告诉他这里的世界还有另外一个季节，那就是冬天，寒冷的冬天，令所有生存在这里的生物所畏惧的神圣的季节。他除了刚来到这里时的几片薄衣，别无其他可以避寒的衣物，他又在这些绿箱子中找到一件旧了的大衣，虽然尺寸上小了点，但避寒确实是个不错的选择。

看样子，一个原始人类需要历经所有需要面临的困难。

时间一晃就两年过去了，可怜的他早已尝受到了这里的心酸苦楚，人情的冷漠，在这里，他曾看见过一辆外形靓丽的车上下来一位打扮穿着超乎自己想象般华丽的女人，面对着蜂拥似的摄像头徐徐走入一座万人可容的大礼堂，门旁边还贴着一张巨大的印有“电影节——迷人的我”式样的纸，这应该就是哪一位影帝又来宣传她的电影了吧，即使他什么也不懂，不识字，不知道他们在干什么，在这里，他曾看见有一位老人跌倒，而身边的人却像看不见似的从那正在地上哀嚎低吟的老者边上经过，他不知道这个社会发生了什么，或许永远不会知道，更加无法理解。

在这里，他也能看见和自己遭遇差不多的人，只是和他不一样的是他们的面前还有一个碗，有人会将钱放入他们的碗中，然后他们会利用这些钱去买好点的食物充饥，或许冥冥中与他们遭遇如此相似的他好像错过了这个时代的某个进化过程，他并不想和他们一样，他宁愿从那个绿箱子中翻找点食物也不愿意如此……

然而种种的在这里……在这里……在这里……他看到的太多太多，他懂了这个世界的生存方式，他真的累了，累了就睡了，管它是马路中间，还是高级床铺，就像第一次在宾馆住的那样，还是绿箱子里边……

他睡着了，睡在一片草地上，身上盖得仅有几张报纸，他做梦了，他看见了自己的祖父那慈祥和蔼的面孔，对他来说，这面孔是这般陌生，竟又是比任何人还要熟悉，他在梦中对他祖父脱口而出的第一句话就是：祖父啊，孙儿懂您的意思了，孙儿想回家，想回家……祖父只是微微绽开了一丝笑容，朝他轻轻点了点头……

“你们想干嘛，混蛋，你们知道我是吗！？”

一阵吵杂声将他从睡梦中惊醒，揉揉惺忪的眼睛，四路没有一丝灯光，可是他却能看得清楚发生了什么，他在心里暗自庆幸自己有一双非同凡人的眼睛。

原来有一名穿着时尚面容姣好的女子正在被三四个地痞流氓侵扰，此时正在地上挣扎。

“妞儿，管他妈你是谁，你今儿个落爷手里……”其中一个带头的染着黄蓝相间的杀马特式发型的混混的笑了几声，就要开始对她进行侵犯，其中一个人则用手堵住她的嘴，另外两个开始撕扯她的衣裳。

看到这儿，他一个箭步冲了出去，一下子将三个人推了出去，一个个翻倒在地撞了个狗吃屎，还没等自己缓过神，他们就直起身子气势汹汹的撵回来，三人齐力把他按倒在地就是一顿狂踢乱踹，他紧皱着眉头忍着疼痛翻转过身想看看是不是那个曾经让自己管过铁笼子的人，就当他断定是他以后，愤怒的眼神竟然迸射出极绿的光芒，一下子将所有人震慑住了。

“鬼啊”随着三个地痞流氓的失声喊叫，他们各自奔走逃窜，消失在夜里。

过了晌久，他才知道身边还有一个女子也被自己惊吓而不得动弹。

“没事了，我送你回去吧，你家在哪”他眼睛里的绿光随着内心的愤怒气焰慢慢消去“这里太不安全”。

“我不要回去”女子发现危险已经远离了，想了想，背过身去果断地说了句

……

当他问清楚情况后，才知道她是市长的女儿，和父亲闹矛盾不顾家人劝阻偷偷跑出来的，没想到会如此遭遇。

他暗自叹息，有家人竟还想离家出走，他并没有告诉她自己的遭遇，兴许怕引来不必要的麻烦。

第二天，他送走了她，自己便决定要离开这里回到原来属于自己的地方，他一路上看着眼前的一幕幕，回想起自己曾经在这里艰难生存，忍饥挨饿，暗自神伤，自己真的不适合在这样的地方生存。就像自己想的那样，既然真的要回家就不再去关心这里的所有，包括在这两年里学到的金钱地位名誉权利等等在自己的那个国度根本不需要存在的东西。

那天，他再次来到市中心，想最后感受一下这里纷繁的热闹的场面，可是再没有了第一次来到这里时的感觉，更多的是排斥，厌恶，和虚伪。这时他再次想到了祖父的话“孙啊，这里才是你的家”

他一边走一边看着这车水马龙，人来人往，毫无留恋感可言。他看着位于一座购物大厦上的巨大荧幕所做的一个个广告，饮料，名牌，汽车……这些都与自己的生活毫不相干，突然荧幕的一个镜头捉住了自己的视线，是两块金砖，好像是那位老者送给自己的那两块金子。

这时，行人的视线都移向了这块大荧屏——

：紧急播报一则新闻，最近一桩两年前的案子被重新审理，经过罪犯自首认证，警方误抓了一位良好公民，误将他的金砖错给罪犯，我们表示深切的歉意，请当年的受害者前来认领。

听到这里，人群开始躁动起来，纷纷猜测着这到底是什么人，有的故弄虚玄虚似的想去充当这受害者，有的投射出羡慕嫉妒恨的目光，似乎想将这上千万的资产纳入自己口袋。

他摇了摇头，长叹一声，慢慢远离了人海，随机便听到后面的人群异口同声地惊呼，他回头一看，什么都明白了。

他走了好久，按照自己的记忆朝着老者曾经给他指的道路往回走，到了当年老者给自己送行嘱咐自己回“家”看看的地方，发现什么也没有，只有一袋甘果，个数远不比他带来的时候少，旁边还有一头体格健壮的骆驼。

原来当年什么也没发生，那金砖自然也是假的。

他释然地笑了

又如以往一样，他历经千辛万苦回到了原来的“家乡”，和自己出发前的一样，只是多了一个身影，披着几片破布的面容姣好但却不知经历了什么脸上早已失去大多光泽的女子。

“是你！”他看了她半晌，眼角抽搐了一下，眼神中的光芒在白天仍旧这样清晰可见，至少对于面前的她来说是如此
