Deep wells are also being dug， and rain water is being collected in huge artificial lakes. In one way or another， they hope to provide enough water to satisfy the needs of their people.

2013高考英语作文评分标准

1 本题总分为25分，按5个档次给分。

2 评分时，先根据文章的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次 的 要求来衡量，确定或调整档次，最后给分。

3 词数少于 80和多于 120的，从总分中减去2分。

4 评分时，应注意的主要内容为：内容要点、应用词汇和语法结构的数量和准 确性、上下文的连贯性。

三、书面表达应试要领

1. 第一步是仔细审题。重点注意内容要点，写作对象和交际目的。

2. 要写草稿，实在没时间也要写一个提纲。

3. 确定好时态。转述别人观点常用现在时。记叙经常发生的事用一般现在时，描写过去发生的事用过去时。

4. 不出现中文，不用汉语拼音。不生造中国式的英语。要用你听过的话来说，用你读过的句子来写。

5. 第一句很重要，不要轻易下笔。尾句部分容易出错，要留意。
