“叮铃铃、叮铃铃”，上课的铃声响起。同学们并没有像往常一样跑向教室，而是三五成群地向操场走去。原来，今天是场体育课。

今天体育课的内容：踢足球。体育老师带领大家做完准备活动，讲解了踢球的基本动作要领后，就将全班男生分成红、蓝两队进行对抗练习。

随着哨声的响起，红、蓝两队球员开始在球场上激烈地追逐起来。只见他们你来我往，一会儿进攻，一会儿防守，足球也在双方脚下飞快地传来传去。忽然，红队球员抓住机会，在蓝队球门禁区内虚晃一枪，然后以最快的速度突然起脚，只见足球像离弦的箭一样快速地冲向蓝队球门。蓝队守门员一看，急忙飞身跃起，伸出双手向球扑出，可是太晚了，球进了。此时，蓝队的球员们显得有些沮丧，垂头丧气，而红队的队员们却高兴极了。

通过今天的体育课，同学们明白了团队的重要性，同时也体会到了团队成员间相互配合的力量。

Books As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and

many other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds and

strengthen our character. In other words, they are our good teachers and wise

friends. This is the reason why our parents always encourage us to read more

今天，我特别想吃妈妈炒的豆芽，所以我决定自己去泡黄豆制作豆芽。

我准备了一个直径大约是20厘米的不锈钢的盆子，捧了一捧黄豆放到盆子里，然后我往盆里接了一半自来水，最后我在黄豆上面放了一块潮湿的布。

我想黄豆什么时候才能发芽啊?

9月21日星期五晴

今天，早上一睁眼我就去看看黄豆泡得怎么样了。

我发现黄豆变大了很多，盆子里的水不见了，一定是被黄豆给喝光了。我仔细一看，惊奇的发现黄豆长出了一根根小嫩芽，那小嫩芽弯弯曲曲的好像在跳舞一样，我心里非常激动，想黄豆终于发出小嫩芽了。

9月24日星期一晴

今天，早上一睁眼我又去看了一次豆芽，我现豆芽长大了不少，于是我就用带着的尺子给它“量身高”，发现了长的长的有五、六厘米左右，短的有二、三厘米左右，我非常开心，心想：豆芽终于长大了、总算是可以让妈妈给我抄豆芽吃了!

This summer vacation, I took part in the English summer camp. I found many

interesting things here.

First, the children in the camp are very young and lovely. They taught me a

lot. We always paly together and study together. Everydaywe are very happy. It’s

a vew life to me. Because it is a good chance to know many good friends. It

brings me a colourful life.

Second, the teachers in the English summer camp are very kind, and some are

beautiful. For example, our headteacher Miss Zhu, and many foreign teachers.

They teach us English and help us improve English. I think attending their

classes is very interesting and exceting.

In the class, we can play games, and learn more English words. They always

come up with many good ideas which let us feel happy. I get a new feeling and my

whole body feel refreshed.

Third, thescenery of Zhejiang University is so beautiful. There are many

trees, flowers and other plants. It’s a colourful school. There are also some

lakes and bridges. It is the paradise of my new life. I think it is a special

place. It makes me relaxed and happy.

So I think Zhejiang University is equal to giving me a new life.

I enjoy the vew life, enjoy the things and people here.

Today, I still went to my mothers office. My mother was very busy, so was

my father. They always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they

will manage the factory. So I know they are very laborious. So I should save my

money. Also I should help them. Although I cant do something useful, but I

think I should share the work with them. I am one of my family member. In the

future, I will take a job and work. Its time for me to begin to learn how to

work.

Today, I want to go for an autumn outing, Dad give me prepare many

delicious. 8 points the mother sent me to school, the teacher with when we got

to the car. The embroidered Hill Park, everyone happy on the ground floor of the

car, we enter the gate see beautiful flowers. The teacher took us to a small

river, we see many beautiful fish, I would buy the a bag of fish food for the

fish to eat, suddenly a big fish swim over the fish away, I dont want to feed

the fish food to the students, I bought three fish.

今天我要去秋游，爸爸给我准备了许多好吃的.8点了妈妈送我去学校，老师就带着我们上了车.到了绣山公园，大家高兴地下了车，我们一进大门就看见美丽的花草.老师带我们来到小河边，我们看到许多美丽的小鱼，我就买了一包鱼食给小鱼吃，突然一条大鱼游了过来把小鱼都赶走了，我也不想喂了就把鱼食给了同学，走时我买了三条鱼.

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt Im free.

I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live

alone but I dont feel lonely. But I didnt do something special. I stayed at

home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my

homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was

time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

It was a sunny day today,when I got up in the morning,I decided to see my

grandparents.so I took the bus got there at noon,they were happy to see me,and i

was very happy,too.

In the afternoon,my farther asked me to help him water the plant,and I was

happy to see the flowers smiling in the wind.

In a word,today is a unforgetive day.because I saw my relatives helped

people.

今天是个晴天，当我起床时候，我决定去看我的爷爷和奶奶。因此在中午的时候我乘公交车去了，他们很高兴见到我，我也很高兴。在下午，我的父亲让我去帮他中枢，我很高兴去看花儿在风中微笑。

宗旨，今天是一个令人难忘的一天，因为我发现我亲戚乐于助人的。

今天一大早，我还没起床就听到厨房里传来锅碗瓢盆的碰撞声音。我想一定是姥姥在厨房里忙活呢!我很想知道姥姥为什么一大早就在厨房忙活，所以我就赶快穿好衣服，洗了脸，刷了牙，跑到厨房看姥姥在忙活啥呢!

进了厨房，姥姥得意洋洋地对我说：“今天是腊八节，腊八节要喝腊八粥，所以，今天早上我出去在超市买了许多豆子，来做腊八粥。”我听了姥姥的话才知道今天是腊八节。于是我赶快洗了手，来帮姥姥做腊八粥。做腊八粥真的不容易啊!我看见姥姥洗了很多大大小小的豆子泡在大大小小的盆子，摆满了整个案板。我数了数，惊呆了!姥姥一共泡了二十一种东西。我一看这么多啊!我仔细一看，我只能认识十种东西，有大米、小米、绿豆、葡萄干、枸杞、黄豆、大枣、杏仁、芸豆、麦仁、山药，姥姥拿出过锅，倒上了水，又把所有的豆子和其他东西都倒进高压锅里。大概煮了二十分钟后，姥姥揭开高压锅看了看，还没熟透，又在火上熬了熬。十五分钟后，一锅香喷喷的腊八粥就出锅了。姥姥分别倒到碗里，让我们大家尝尝腊八粥的味道，我们一尝，都赞不绝口。我最喜欢吃粥里面的葡萄干了!

今天姥姥做的腊八粥是我喝过喝的腊八粥。今天我也认识了一个节日“腊八节”，妈妈也给我讲了腊八节的由来，让我又学到了新的知识。今天我很开心。

One Sunday my mother (Mother) had (made) me take my little young brother to

a trip to the country. She bade me take good care of him.While we were walking

along the road, the sun was shining brightly and the breeze was blowing gently.

We saw the beautiful flowers smile (smiling) at us and heard the birds sing

(singing) their sweet songs on the trees. The scenery was indeed very pretty

(beautiful).When we felt tired, we returned home. We saw Mother (our mother)

wait (waiting) for us at the door.

我一天的学习生活 My School Day

I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth.

After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mothers car. It takes us more

than half an hour to get there.

我早晨六点起床，然后我洗脸、刷牙。匆匆吃完早饭，我坐妈妈的车上学。我们要用半个多小时才能到达学校。

We have four hour classes in the morning. I have lunch at my grandparents,

because their home is nearer to my school.

我们上午上四节课。我在爷爷奶奶家吃午饭，因为他们家离学校更近些。

After two classes in the afternoon, school is over. Then we clean our

classroom.

下午上两节课后就放学了，然后我们打扫教室。

I get home at about half past five. We have dinner at seven. After dinner I

do my homework. If I finish my homework early, I can watch TV for half an hour.

I go to bed at half past nine or ten.

她买菜一共花了18.7元。

Yesterday my classmates and I went to on a picnic. According to our plan we

would climb the West Mountain.

昨天我和我的同学去野餐。按计划要爬西山。

Early in the morning all of us gathered at the gate of our school, we

started of at seven, soon it began to have a little rain. We kept on riding for

an hour till we reached the foot of the mountain.

清晨，我们都聚集在学校门口，我们开始在七，很快就开始有一点雨。我们骑了一个小时，直到我们到达山脚下。

The little rain stopped then. We began to climb. Soon we reached the top of

the mountain. How beautiful it was when we looked at the view from the top. We

After the lunch we went down the mountain. We got home at four, all of us

almost gave out.

English is a great language and I loved it very much. It is a sunny day

today. I went to the Zhejiang University to attend the English camp. Zhejiang

University is such a big school. It let me feel a little diny. I can’t find the

way, I thought. But I like this school, it looked so beautiful. In this morning,

we arrived our dorm. After a few rest, we went to cafeteria and had lunch.the

food was dilicious. In the afternoon, we had our first class in this English

camp. The teacher was very good! It was very cool.

Now, it is 6:30. we are writing diary here. After on day’s english camp, I

feel the teaching was very good. Friends were very friendly. And I was very

happy.

游泳，是我拥抱夏日最喜欢的方式。

站在室外泳池边缘放开心胸地一跃而下，身影沿着弧线从跳台飞到空中，一个弯腰，再转眼间，便潜入了圈圈涟漪，水面霎时所溅起的水花碎影，一滴滴撞入旁人围观者的视网膜上，映照出的是只属于夏季的亮橘色光彩。

紧接着扑通的声响后，是透过着氟味的水从耳廓滑过，沁凉入骨的水温透过肌肤渗入体内，调节呼吸，将手臂交叉地往前伸展，先是颈部、胸、腰部再来大腿、小腿的肌肉、再往下是脚踝、指尖，还有不断加速的心跳拍数，每一吋的细胞此刻都在好好感受被阳光暖过的水，维持好身体的平衡，每次侧过头把握时机地深深吸一口、让氧气好好填满肺部，继续往前划，就算游到了尽头，只要弯曲双脚轻轻往墙岸一蹬，转身，又是另一个起点，在蛙镜的外头是被目镜的微黑颜色和数个水滴所遮掩的世界，水流的拍打声将换气的节奏、岸旁的嬉閙言语逐渐混在一起，附在耳膜上喧嚣的只剩下哗啦哗啦的声响，身心借由水彷彿轻盈起来，这就是、自由的感觉。一旦离开了地面，将身躯投入水中，想橡自己有如海底的鱼优游时，我总会有这般感受，这是和用双脚踩在实际的陆地上用尽全力奔跑时迥异--清新凉爽的自由，我很喜欢这样不受拘束的自由，让人有种似乎挣脱了地球引力的错觉。

喜欢从鼻腔、口中冒出大大小小的泡泡缠着彼此不断往水平面上升的可爱模样，喜欢全身放松漂浮在泳池里往天空看去一大片无际蔚蓝的景色，喜欢午后不那么刺眼的太阳洒落在波光粼粼的水波反射出的光影，喜欢和朋友结伴一起体验夏天玩水的乐趣，也喜欢将烦恼抛到九霄云外去、单纯把头埋在水中享受短暂却美好的宁静，喜欢从指缝流泄而过的透明水感，也喜欢换气时昅入的空气夹杂些许消毒水的味道，我喜欢透过水来拥抱热情的夏日时光。

游泳，是我最喜欢也最熟悉的夏日拥抱。

烈日炎炎的夏天来临了，意味着我们的疯狂假期来了。在假期中有的同学可能有优越的条件可能去上辅导班;有的家境贫困的同学会在家里自己预习快要学习的知识;有的不太爱学习的同学在家玩电脑………而我与他们并不相似，我就像一朵花一样不停的在吸取养分，书就是我的养分。

我前几天的时候在家里玩电脑，爸爸看见了瞪了我一眼。我立刻体会到爸爸的意思，马上拿起一本我们的语文书装模作样的看了起来，爸爸看见我这个样子轻叹了一口气。等一会妈妈过来对我说：“启航，你要明白我们家长对你的期望。你爸爸就是因为小时候家境贫困才当了个教师，现在我们的生活优越了，想给你创造一个好的学习环境。而你唉。”听了妈妈的话我恍然大悟，突然，我想起了一个让我不断充实自己知识的地方：图书馆。

我马上就和我爸爸说我要去图书馆，爸爸一听我主动去学习便流露出很久都没有看到过的笑容。进到图书馆看到了书的“海洋”似的，马上翻阅起书来看看这本，看看那本就是没有找到我心怡的书。在当我不知道选那本书时《知心姐姐》这本书是出现在我的眼前，我马上翻阅起来看到有一个环节十分有趣就是有什么烦恼都可以和知心姐姐倾诉，每次看到这个地方都感觉那个向知心姐姐求助的孩子就是我。我还看了许多的书看过的书都会做笔记，把精华都收集到上面。这个东西仿佛就是我的“小宝贝”

这就是我暑假时最爱去的地方，如果你也是被爸爸妈妈说不爱学习，就来图书馆吧那里绝对可以让你即放松自己有可以学到知识的圣地。

Today I feel I like Mrs. Tian’s English class more than before. In her

class we can learn knowledge in the game. In her class, she makes an experiment:

she puts many salt in the water, then put an egg in this salty water. The egg is

floating. I love this English class.

I have a happy family.My mother is a teacher.she likes singing.and she

likes eating hot pot .she likes piaying sports.so she is very healthy.my mother

is strict with me.

My father is a policeman.his work is kind of dangerous he likes reading

newspaper.he likes eating hot pot too.but he doesnt doing sports.

Im a girl,Im fourteen years old. I like eating hot pot best.and I like

playing tennis best.

This is my family.

After morning’s class, we couldn’t help rushing to the cafeteria. It always

brought us coolness. The food was so-so, but the home-cooking is much delicious.

When we almost finished eating, I suddenly saw a familiar face——our foreign

teacher Nick. A girl was sitting beside him. They were talking over lunch. I at

once told my friends Sandy and Jenny about it. We were so excited. I slowed my

speed of eating to wait for that girl. At the moment, they finished their lunch

and walked by us with the smile on their faces. Nick seemed so different from

how he looked in the class. I guess that is the power of love. Hope they will

enjoy everyday when they get together. So romantic!
